For those of you who want to try and be a little healthier when your friends and kids want McDonalds, do NOT bother ordering the chicken salad!! This was the most pathetic salad I have ever seen. Two teeny tiny pieces of chicken (I asked for grilled, got crispy - so tough I could not even cut them let alone bite into it!), 2 small pieces of bacon, a couple slices of onion, 2 slices of tomato, maybe a slice of cucumber and the saddest lettuce ever! Total waste of money! And then when we got home I discovered I didn’t even get my dressing, which would have made it semi edible. All in all, salads are clearly not their thing. Just have the burger :)

Shinkflation on the hot chocolate. Supposed to be 0.3L on a regular but instead I get around 20% less (see attached). Please increase the price of the hot chocolate and the correct amount of drink instead of using slimy tactics by reducing portion sizes but keeping the price the same. Will append score if there is a valid reason for the reduced amount I'm getting.

Came to mcdonalds at 10pm to be faced with a short little "security gaurd" with small man syndrome who was already man handling someone out of there and then stated to the other "security gaud" that he was dying to knock someone out. He then proceeded to make fun of the mcplant burger and vegans which I found very odd and pathetic. I don't know why McDonald's insist on hiring tiny men with massive egos, it's quite odd.

It's a very crowded place. It's hard to find seats sometimes. There are toilets available on the first floor. The disabled toilet is on the ground floor but I have seen many abled people using it.

Place is a joke!! kids running riot and being left to do as they please! I ordered a burger and after a 10min wait I got a bun with nothing in it! That’s not the only mistake but that tops it! Staff are slow, not very helpful, mens toilet is always flooded or covered in human waste (and I mean up the walls and everything) junky’s always outside begging, arguing, taking drugs in the open, saw one woman cleaning her fanny with a pack of wet wipes right in front of the window I was sat by while I was trying to eat.. (DEFINITELY NOT A CHILD FRIENDLY LOCATION!)

Nothing like McDonald's giving away expired codes 😅 absolute joke looking at that... We are today the 27th of April to which this came off my milkshake I ordered today and the date of expiry on this is the 25/04/2023.... Nice to know McDonald's has updated stock.

Only table was right next to the door for a wheel chair and with the amount of people coming in and out it spoiled our trip. Food was warm not hot.

Ordered a meal, with a mc flurry, but my mc flurry was never given. I went downstairs with my receipt to get it sorted, and the man told me it'd be done in a second. Waited another 20 minutes and I chose to walk away. No care whatsoever for their mistakes on their orders.

I usually refrain from writing negative reviews but the place is not worth having food or wasting money in or takeaway. Same rubbish junk food which attracts a special crowd. Except for the staff the place is a big no go for me or my family.

Fast service on my last visit, considering its school holidays they were banging out the orders. Chicken select a bit chewy today, but normally very good. My fav meal with a latte. Never stay to eat in, too full and loads of kids, not what I want on my work lunch break.

Been to many McDonald's but this one based in swansea city centre is clean well managed staff ever so helpful and so polite everyone smiling no one seems miserable in this place. Food is fantastic milkshake are delicious chocolate taste like chocolate not like the ones in London I have been having. Highly recommend this McDonald's 👌

The usual good value McDonald's fare, and hard working staff. But the upstairs seating area is truly opressive. Yes have a small part of it that resembles a graffiti strewn skate park, but not the entire area.

Busy as usual but staff are good at what they do. A well oiled machine they have there, I was watching how each section does their bit and how it all comes together.

Food is great, but every kisok is broken, so you can NOT get your receipt to see your order number. It has been that way for 7 months, at least. And they don't allow you to sit on the stool after a certain time. Which makes no sense, and even the employees think it is stupid.

Fast service, moderate taste and affordable as usual. Had cucumbers for the first time in McDonald's and it tasted like cucumbers 🤣

As far as McDonald’s go, this is on the slightly larger size, one entrance specially for the people who pick up orders. The counters are staffed by courteous young boys and girls. So, to cut a long story short, it’s a normal McDonald’s. Feel free to place your order using the screens that make the process of choosing and making payment smoother. You could either dine in or choose a take-away. However, when there’s a crowd, be careful that you receive your complete order. I received an incomplete order, which I had to have traced and the missing beverage was given with apologies.

Bit of a wait. Food excellent. Staff very helpful. Toilets not all that considering it was 0945.

OMG the food is horrible, luke warm and dry as hell. The staff really don't want to be there. The place is dirty and even with the cleaners doing there best, but I think they need more help.

Was a busy time of day, but service was quite quick as all staff were very busy, first time to go in there for a couple of years and food was tidy, we all enjoyed.

Every single time I order from here a burger is always missing. Surely they can’t be hiring such idiots! And if it’s happened EVERY SINGLE TIME to me who else has items missing. I’ve worked in fast food. Yes it’s fast paced but it’s far from a difficult job! Do better.

Good food! I haven’t tried the nacho burger or the nacho cheese bites yet but I hope they are nice! I like your beef cheese burger and your lovely salty fries! Even I like your Oreo ice cream and the caramel frappe!👍🏼I like the Big Mac and mozzarella sticks with a salsa dip I love your hash brown and egg muffin

It was filthy. Weren't allowed to sit up one end or upstairs. Rubbish all over the floor and no one cleaning. Two staff standing near closed off area to point you back cause closed. Had to give a star to allow me to post... deserves a minus 5 at least

It was around 9pm, we'd seen fresh burgers being made on TV, so got the urge to eat one. We were staying in the centre of Swansea, so Oxford St. seemed the obvious place to go. 1st impressions are important, so the unsightly litter near the Castle Square, McDonalds wrapping and food remnants being most prevalent, wasn't great. Then we encountered two apparently 'homeless' people, sat cross-legged in the entrance, seemingly enjoying a box of something from McDonald's, I always feel a little awkward in these situations, I wouldn't want to have to be like that, but I don't carry cash and begging is actually against legislation, isn't it. Why not put benches along the wall, at least they could be off the ground? Once inside, the staff were busy servicing the many delivery riders and drivers orders, once again there was litter and mess everywhere. No tables were clean, so we opted for the very uncomfortable stools and bar set-up. Our order was simple value hamburger, value chicken burger and a couple of regular drinks just under £5.00 the lot, quite reasonable I thought! It took longer than expected, due to the many large deliver orders I imagined, no problem though the staff were non-stop, the manager too, certainly not a shirker! Our order number was eventually called, we got to our "seat" and opened up the wrapping, then took a 1st bite. Imagine my disappointment to discover the almost total lack of onions, check the picture, can't be more the half a dozen fragments. I suppose that when I modified the order to 'remove pickles', I should have realised that most of the onions were on top of them! I pressed on, but now I'm looking for deficiencies, it wasn't difficult to identify them! The bread at McDonald's has always been decent quality, not this time it was very dry and broke up easily, when holding the bun to eat it. It can't be difficult to keep fresh bread to hand, not in a place like this? Then there was the beef patty, I know things are expensive now, prices have to go up, or portions have to reduce, but BOTH! We left, very disappointed, I've never been a big fan of McDonald's, but always managed to enjoy what I chose ('Wimpy' was always my favourite), but I have had some pretty poor experiences at McDonald's recently, it won't take much more to say enough is enough and take the kids and grandkids elsewhere, after all, food is expensive now it should be better presented than this!

My order came cold and with a missing drink with the meal after paying extra for the milkshake option. I called a few times but the line was busy. I'm not usually one to complain but this is not the first time it's happened. Edit: I don't think the number on the Google page is correct for the store as it is still not working.

Ordered a vegetarian meal and received 4 meat containing meals. I can't eat them, so I now have to throw away like 4 persons worth of food straight into my bin. I thought I could maybe at least eat the chips but they were completely cold and rubbery, no exaggeration they were like they'd been sat outside in the cold for half an hour. When I phoned the restaurant to let them know they'd sent me totally the wrong order that I can't eat and now have to have 4 persons worth of food rotting in my bin, she laughed at me and said she was hungry thinking about the food. Lovely. The driver just told me "my job is done call the restaurant" (not really his fault to be fair) Got my money back from Uber Eats but that doesn't change the fact that I'm now still hungry and the huge food waste that's going to be attracting flies and rats in my food bin.
