I
called
up
on
the
date
of
my
partners
birthday
to
order
flowers
for
her
as
I
was
working
away
and
could
not
spare
the
time
to
arrange
for
a
collection.
I
had
spoken
to
one
of
the
owners
Michelle
at
9:00am
and
she
had
talked
me
through
some
of
the
great
bunches
of
flowers
they
had
to
offer
me.
Due
to
my
poor
planning,
michelle
was
quickly
adamant
to
help
me
out
in
my
situation
and
described
to
me
the
perfect
bunch
of
flowers
I
needed
for
my
partner
on
this
special
day.
I
made
a
small
request
as
to
what
time
I
wanted
the
the
flowers
to
arrive
at
my
house
and
by
god
did
they
deliver.
My
partners
face
dropped
as
she
saw
the
most
beautiful
bunch
she
could
wish
for
and
I
couldn't
thank
no
one
other
than
Michelle
from
Ferry
Flowers.
Brilliantly
understanding
and
willing
to
help
customers
needs.
