The best quality cooked breakfast in the world and a fantastic atmosphere all encompassed in the remnants of a crappy old chip shop. The Oriental bloke in charge is brilliant, it's more like a social service than a cafe. The value for money is astounding.

This is your everyday, basic cafe/fish'n'chip shop, serving the local community. As I was walking along, I could smell the food, so I called to try one of the breakfast deals on offer. The first thing you notice, is how clean everything is. The basic seating and tables are comfortable enough and are usually full of workers at mealtimes, having a decent breakfast or lunch. The usual Full English style breakfast is available in a few sizes, providing increased amounts of eggs, bacon and sausages, alongside plum tomatoes (and beans which I never have in a breakfast, they're not traditionally part of an original "full English", as beans aren't grown in England). The very pleasant chap behind the apron, came straight to me, smiled and showed me the various meals. I chose the Β£5.00 breakfast, that came with a mug of tea. The only way to describe what I received is "superb"! The 2 sausages were tasty and nicely cooked, from there on it got even better, 2 eggs, good sized yolks, perfectly cooked, 2 very thick large rashers of extremely tasty bacon, again cooked perfectly with piping hot, juicy tomatoes, with tasty white bread toast and accompanied by a really good mug of tea. They only take cash here, so make sure you visit an ATM before you go, but it's easy to see why this place is popular.

Eira's is the best place to go for breakfast, lunch, or Sunday roast. It's a down to earth venue that prides itself on excellent, freshly prepared food at insanely low prices. The owner is witty and friendly, making his visitors feel comfortable and welcome. Trust me, you will need to wait for a table due to this cafe's outstanding reputation and plethora of regular customers, but I guarantee it will be lip-smackingly worth every tiny second.

If you come early you'll have to fight for a seat, repeat customers mainly builders, always a good sign. Fab owner, generous portions and good quality food. Bring a sense of humour!

Excellent classic English breakfast with outstanding prices 5/5. This was the first time I went to this cafe and the service was impeccable. The staff made us feel very welcome and chatted, unprompted outside of the normal breakfast order. The food came out pretty fast and it was easy to tell everything was cooked fresh to order. The cup of tea was actually nice (very rare in cafes these days). We showed up 30 minutes before closing time and were warmly welcomed, and did not feel rushed to finish our food before leaving. Bring cash as there is no card option, however the staff advised there was a free cash machine just down the road at the Tesco express. Β£5 for 2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 eggs, fried potatoes, black pudding, mushrooms, beans or tomatoes(or 1\2) and 2 toast. Do not hesitate to go here, it is so hard to find a nice traditional full breakfast.

To be fair this is one of the nicest breakfasts I've had in a long time. 6 pound for a very large meal and tea. 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 Rounds of toast, black pudding, potato wedges, and I swapped out the beans and mushrooms for hash brown and tinned tomatoes. Quality is very good too. Nice owner , guys like a joke, will be going again for sure. If your from outside the area and you need a cheap, good quality and filling meal this is the place to go.

Popped in for an impromptu breakfast on my way through Briton Ferry. The food was very tasty & outrageous value for money, with prompt courteous service, at no additional charge. Well worth a visit.

Love this place for a good start to the day with a excellent breakfast and milky coffee at fantastic prices.Car parking outside really friendly atmosphere excellent service. Covid hand sanitizer available. Open till 2 Monday to Sunday. Prices have gone up but still worth the quality and quantity. Still the cheapest full breakfast around. Can get busy so would advise to book a table. Also do takeaways to pick up.

If you are looking for a fry up you can't beat the value here and the quality matches most breakfasts at double the price. You also get a tea or coffee included in the price. The guy waiting on the tables is great too. Always there with a joke and deep down friendly. This then leads to a friendly atmosphere throughout the cafe. It is busy and you will see why but the staff will try and get you a table as soon as they can. Good experience πŸ‘
