We are absolutely delighted with the experience we had today. Jim and Oliver gave us a wonderful welcome. Very friendly and up beat. It was our son's first haircut and also has additional needs, the treatment we received was absolutely outstanding. The session was made fun and the kindness and compassion shown towards our son was amazing not to mention the patience to and understanding these gentlemen have it's something I haven't seen before and doubt many would. Definitely a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere while making it fun for children to explore. Definitely going back and highly recommend to anyone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jim was fantastic, my boy hates having his hair cut but Jim made him so comfortable and worked around him. He now loved haircuts and can't wait to go back!

As always James (Jim the trim) went out of his way to make our little boy relaxed, having a child who is autistic a haircut can be every parents nightmare! But James is always patient and goes out his way to make sure our little boy isn’t overwhelmed! - recommend to anyone struggling! He’s fab!!!

came in for the autistic appointment and jim was very patient with my boy, he let him walk around and make drawings with talc powder on the floor and decorate his xmas tree since he could see it was calming him down, after getting stressed getting his hair cut. recommended the best tshirt for my boy to wear next time since he wasnt liking the bits of hair coming through his top. Highly recommend

Jim done my nephews first haircut the other day! Knowing my nephew is a busy boy his parents does research and we stumbled across jim the trim! His one hour long session enabled my nephew to have a calm environment and have the best experience for his first ever haircut! Jim was patient and took his time to get my nephew out of his shell and make the experience overall amazing! I would highly reccomend Jim to my friends! Jim cut my 2 year olds hair who is awaiting his autism assessment today. He made us all feel very relaxed and was very professional. He took his time and was great with our son and chatty 7 year old daughter! Being a parent of a child with additional needs comes with many learning curves and any appointments can be just as overwhelming for us, as we're ready for a meltdown at any minute! But Jim made us feel comfortable and was able to do a fantastic cut on our son in 30 minutes. Found a hairdresser for life for our little boy! Thank you ❤️

We absolutely loved the experience that Jim provided for our son. He has been frightened of having his hair cut and Jim made him feel so relaxed and welcome! Our son sat there the whole time so still and Jim worked his magic. Jim gave our son his phone so he could watch what he wanted and talked to him the whole time to make him feel relaxed. Helpful as normal. This is not your normal barber! These guys sort out errors with cuts others have made. Highly recommended. They may cost more than normal but you pay for you get!

I’m fussy with who cuts my hair as I take a lot of pride in it. I’ve had consistently great haircuts by Jim, and it's clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work. The style stays great, even as my hair grows out before the next cut. The online booking system is easy to use and convenient as it allows me to book and manage appointments as far in advance as I want. Highly recommended.
