The manager and staff are appalling and like playground bully’s they were snarling and talking about me as I left the store, also will not let you return and item for a different size regardless weather you have a receipt if it wasn’t bought with your card, which they are legally bound to let you do if you have a receipt Terrible customer service and poor management my family and I will not shop here again.

Terrible treatment of staff it seems. I have witnessed staff clearly unwell, sobbing on the shop floor, making me and I assume many other customers very uncomfortable, no other staff being concerned at all. Other older staff dressing in shop clothes and making obscene jokes,being loud and obnoxious. Most of the younger staff are welcoming and helpful, but something is clearly amiss at this store.
