Why are you looking at reviews of a B&Ms? You go to one not because you need something, but you want to satisfy that itch at the back of skull to buy things. I'm looking at you, the person who bought the 6ft tall xbox lamp/speaker.

Most of it's items seem to be made in China. I won't buy from a country that has complete control of it's people. No real freedom. And it contributes to China's economy, outstripping ours. Still it's cheap so people will buy. Shame.

I called on on Monday evening, went to the tills and a staff member came from outside and jumped on a till, when she served me, she absolutely stank of stale cigarettes, such a strong smell, I assume she had been outside for a smoke break, do they not get told to wash their hands before serving customers and handling their items? Disgusting to smell that bad whilst at work and dealing with customers. Dont know her name only that she was a ginger haired lady. Wont be going back to this store anytime soon

Best shop in neath for almost anything you need. Vinyl sheets easily cover a hall way when cut in half. £48 per roll. Staff are always around and willing to help. Vinyl flooring range is lovely. Ques are minimal. Anything you want for a house... Check it out here first.

Huge variety of stock, including furniture, food, drinks, confectionery, textiles, gardenware and much more. The aisles could be better by being 6" wider and customer toilets would be a handy facility to have as it can be easy to spend quite some time browsing. The staff are all very polite, cheerful and helpful, which always makes the experience a little more enjoyable. The parking is pretty good, 2 hours free, if you shop at B&M, but leaving the car park can be tricky, due to the narrow entrance, which is also the exit.

Decent store at low prices, which unlike other branches has a small garden centre to the rear.

Not a bad variety of goods/plants... its possible to get a few "bargins" from reduced price plants and stock... but there's usually a wait at the tills which takes as long to pay for your goods as it did to find them 🙄

I love shopping here! Nice big store with a large outdoor section. Always manage to find something you didn't know you needed!

Big store, sells a bit of everything, first time for me.. Offers on food etc.. Homewares i find a bit pricey, but it's the same everywhere now... Staff are helpful, when i couldn't find what I wanted.. They actually take you to it rather than giving you directions.. Will call again..

I went to B&M neath on Bank Holiday Monday and discovered they were open till 10. Amanda helped me find what I needed and went above and beyond. Amanda also gave me a friendly welcome when I came into the store and carried that throughout my experience.

Thank you to your two young female assistants who helped us today with purchasing a patio table and chair set. They assisted us in the store and with loading into our car which wasn’t an easy task. They were both so pleasant and willing. Well done, we were so grateful.

The Carpark is a free for all, Bays are tiny. If you own anything larger that a Mini then it's best to park in the adjacent Morrisons Carpark as the bays are much larger. The shop itself is full of cheap "Value" tat. Probably OK if you have a limited budget but nothing in there of good quality.

Store is ok. A decent mix of products from homeware to garden to food. I was very disappointed to find there was no hand sanitizer at the entrance. According to a member of staff they "don't do that anymore". COVID hasn't gone away guys, and there are still those of us that value that added safety when we enter a shop.

9.10am, very busy, 12 people in the queue with trolleys and only the 1 checkout open, pathetic. Left my shopping and went elsewhere.

Brilliant shop always got loads of stock in and a well stocked garden centre. Seasonal Isles are always good and have what you need.

Today I visited B&M in Neath where I go regularly. Unfortunately, I was survey by a woman named Courtney who was miserable, had an absolutely terrible attitude, was rolling her eyes at customers, huffing and puffing at elderly when they were slow at moving their stuff from the till area and didn’t smile at one customer. Clearly, Courtney needs training in costumer service as a priority. Very disappointed.

Lots of my regular buys are out of stock atm and it's been 7 weeks now. Not the issue of the company it's probs to do with either war OR because nobody can take anything the united Kingdom wants, needs or says anymore, and who could blame them really? 😡🤷‍♀️😞

Car park spaces desperately need re-sizing, if you want a damaged door this is the place to go. The store itself is quite large and has the usual B&M supplies, finding a trolley or basket is a mission tho!

  • 5/5 Diane E. 1 year ago on Google
Dogs only allowed in if they are in a trolley. Member of staff Claire was wonderful, found a trolley for me and cardboard to go in the bottom. I had walked into town, but was able to browse the store making note of everything I wanted to go back in and make my purchases. It is wonderful to know I don’t have to leave my dog at home, and she can enjoy the experience again.
