Zoars (quite frankly) shocked the Heck out of me. For such a small "looking" shop.....IT IS HUGE!!! They have Soooooooo much choice of all top brands at such reasonable price's!!! You would be silly and doing you and your Fur babies an injustice to go else where if you want the best for your Fur babies, then look no further. The staff are AMAZING and NEVER "ONCE" made me feel rushed......or go deal with other customers. I would give Zoars a big fat 10 if I could. Thankyou for all your help with my new baby Cane Corso. He loves his new bed and the food you recommended has been AMAZING 👏. His belly is 💯% better. THANKYOU SOOOOO MUCH ZOARS ARK PET STORE. ❤️❤️❤️

Brilliant pet shop, everything you need for a wide variety of pets and a great selection of pets for sale,nice to see a place who have so much knowledge about animals

Always get my bugs from here. The staff in the reptile section are always pleasant and helpful. My only complaint up till recently was that the display vivs were always very dark. You literally had to push your face close up to the glass to see the reptiles, which isn't very good if you have nervous creatures. However after being in there today I can complain no more. Bright display vivs greeted me, where the reptiles could be seen easily from a distance.

If you need it for your pet then you will find it here, so many different products, I have been after filter sponges for my fish filter, they had every model you could think of. All domestic and quite a bit of exotic animal products and if you haven’t had enough go around to the garden and equestrian part, really nice garden stuff, more fancy stuff than functional, no shortage of garden supplies though. Staff were all friendly and always busy, but not too busy not to help, always a good sign in a shop.

Really cool pets shop with some unusual animals. We bought our tortoise from them many years ago. Dropped in the other day and they now have Chameleon along with lots of fancy birds. Friendly staff, worth a visit.

I have previously used this pet shop to purchase inverts and supplies and was happy at the time with the experience. However, after following their social media and seeing the horrible tiny 'starter kits' they promote for small mammals I won't be returning and supporting this shop. Shame as it's my local reptile shop but I can't support a shop promoting poor welfare standards. They also promote getting pets for Christmas! They are actively deleting posts from people promoting best care/correct cage sizes.

Bought a habistat dimming thermostat today from this shop because the one I ordered from Amazon turned up not working. it was actually cheaper from this shop and worked fine. Thanks for helping me out at short notice. ❤️👍

First time here, we were looking for a bird feeder with a cage to stop the crows eating all the peanuts. Not much of a choice and the ones there did not look like they would be easy to fill and clean. There is a car park and a good choice of pet foods. Surprised to see they had a few marine fish and loads of tropical fish. Well worth a visit

Always a pleasure shopping here as my 3 year old loves visiting the rabbits, birds and fish. Everything you want from hamster food to dog food and more. The staff are always very helpful and if something isn't in stock they will always check availability. A great gem for Neath

Good selection of everything needed. Staff didn't seem very cheerful. I went in with my puppy and unlike pets at home, they didn't seem like they particularly liked animals. There was no fuss made. We got what we needed there though.

Lots of birds to look at, my husband wouldn't let me buy any, but it was still nice. I like birds. Would recommend.

Great Pet Store with a varied selection of supplies. Spent a lot of time in there admiring the variety of mammals, reptiles, birds and fish. Customer parking available and only a short distance from Neath Town centre.

Absolutely brilliant pet store. They always have everything we need and their animals seem really well looked after. It's a brilliant asset to the local community and I wish them infinite success.

I go there every month for cat biscuits. They are £5 cheaper than same brand in Pets at Home. I put in a monthly order but every time i turn up theyve lost the order. Plus they never have the same staff working there. They must have a massive turn over of staff. This place is useless. Dont waste time go to Pets at Home who are slightly more expensive but you get what u need.

Didn't have what I wanted and when I asked the staff about alternative products didn't seem sure. However plenty to choose from but would have liked to have seen more stock available of things like flea tablets for cats. Very helpful with the free water testing for fish tanks and helping to get setup

Love this place. Better than pets at home by far. Recommend a visit. Knowledgeable about reptiles, snakes as well as birds, rodents and provide for dogs, cats, rabbits etc. A great pet shop with lovely people that are happy to help you.

Amazing place to buy all your pets needs. Although low on stock for cat food I wanted, but staff will order in if you need it.

Every time I visit this place, the customer service is exceptional. Today I visited with my 8yo daughter for her have her helmet refitted. It took us almost an hour but the lady was so patient and wanted it to fit perfectly. Thank you so much for another wonderful experience.

This shop has everything we need for our vast animal collection. Cats, dogs, chickens, fish all of our needs catered for and for a good price that knocks pets at home out of the park. Easy parking and access.

Cracking job done on the new vivariums there. Lovely and bright, better for everyone. A lot of time well spent building those up and well worth a visit to see all the lizards etc. supported with a good stock. well done those invoked building it, looks awesome. 👌

Very tidy place bought chickens from there a few times pleasant staff but on the reptile side of things I think they need to research more on things they sell but all so clean the marine tank

I call the shop before travel to them asking if there was a good selection of marine fish and invertebrates, they told me they have a very good variety of marine live stock, but they have badly few fish, the tanks looks disgusting, aiptasie everywhere, asterine, Cyanobacteria and brioxsis algae in every tank. Why they don’t shut it down? If you are going to buy something in there you will infest your tank with the most annoying pests ever. I try to speak with some manager but he was on break. A shop is supposed to give to the hobbyist good advice and give to the animals they hold a good and safe accommodation, but I could not see anything like that, I feel so sorry for the few fishes that are surviving in there. Hope to see an improvement or remove the marine department.

Undoubtedly very well stocked with dry goods, frozen goods and live stock. Aquatics has a decent range of tropical fish priced pretty well. Plenty of food, plants and ornaments. Certainly the better fish shop to go to in the Swansea area.

The variety of animals is worthy of having "Ark" in its name. I didn't see everything as I was solely interested in the aquatic section, which is vast with some very unusual species. From what I could see, they also have a plethora of birds and reptiles too. I only interacted with staff from the aquatic section, but they were helpful and knowledgeable and gave me sound advice. My little girl had a lovely time there, it was akin to going to a zoo for her. Great place, 100% coming back to stock my aquarium.
