Easy access into the store, generally clean and tidy and staff are very helpful. Has a really good range of gaming products on major platforms. Some good deals on games although the company may need to start competing on price against major supermarkets in the near future 🙂

Bought my PlayStation at game talbot green about two years ago . Suddenly it stopped working and I couldn’t figure out why I took it to game in Bridgend and they said I’d have to send it to Sony. On the off chance I work in neath and popped it in there the guy can’t remember his name although I wish I could just fixed it right in front of my eyes in 2 mins and said I was a game customer so he’s happy to help didn’t charge me nothing but il be taking my business there from now on and recommending all my friends to. On a plus note tho all of the staff seemed happy to help and give it a go but this guy was just on top of his game , whatever is going on in this shop they are doing brilliantly .

Centrally located in Neath's town centre. Ample pay and display car parking is available within easy walking distance of this shop. There is a nearby bus stop and only a little further away is Neath's bus station at Victoria Gardens. Whilst wheel chair access to the store is reasonable, although once inside it would be difficult. Excellent video games store, particularly good when they have a sale. The staff are friendly and helpful and willing to talk and advise on absolutely anything game related.

Good variety of clothing/shoes/sports equipment. Only negative is how much everything costs

Helpful staff, good variety. Note, search for sports direct as the game store is inside sports direct on Queens Street not on Green Street as is shown on Google maps

Finally got a Playstation 5 from Game Neath. I won't go Into detail but the service definitely outweighed my expectation.

I took my 9 year old son's Nintendo Switch back to the store in Neath because it had the dreaded 'blue screen of death' and wouldn't boot up. It was in warranty but the staff there refused to send it to their repair dept because it was 'slightly bent' which had caused the failure according to them. (Apparently my son had done this whilst 'holding' the console). They told me the only thing I could do was buy another one as it would be cheaper than getting it repaired. I took the console home and logged a repair with nintendo directly. They requested I send the console back to them with proof of purchase which I promptly did. They did not hesitate in fixing the console (free of charge as it was within warranty) and their communication throughout the whole process has been fantastic. Thank you Nintendo and shame on you Game - Neath branch.

Went into the shop yesterday, to sell my phone, they told me that my phone is in good condition, but they didn't have cash to give me, they told me to come back in the next couple of hours. so I got there two hours later, we went through all the procedures and the guy who who served me said that the system has gone down and wont accept huaweis. He told me to come in the following day. So I went in today and it was a straight no, they can't accept my phone because its got a little scratch on the screen. thats put me off going there now so im going to the one in llansamlet instead. im a local boy, thanks a bunch
