Caroline gave us a fantastic service when we visited this shop. Extremely helpful throughout. It is also very useful having a seamstress to change length of dress etc. who works in conjunction with the shop. Lovely selection of a plethora of dresses in a variety of colours and styles. I can highly recommend.

Zero stars. Poor experience. Went looking for a prom dress for my daughter after school one evening. Awful service.... got a half hearted greeting once we'd been in the shop for about 5 mins. Then no attempt made to help with the dresses. Had to ask if my daughter could try some dresses on but really felt like we were inconveniencing the lady in the shop. She kept saying that the new range would be in end November but we wanted to look at styles and maybe see what was in the sale. Just felt in the way and didn't feel like she wanted to serve us at all. My daughter hated it and was so disappointed as it should be an exciting time buying her prom dress.... we certainly won't be buying a dress from there and I'd advise others not to bother either. Very money orientated shop and certainly not out to make the customer happy

Visited this store today as I have an awards ceremony to attend and needed a dress to impress! I looked at several shops and found the woman looked down on you. However the experience I had in this store was the complete opposite the owner was very down to earth. Thank you so much for your customer service and how welcome you made myself and my mother feel.

I visited The Prom Queen in Llansamlet yesterday and again today, with other members of our family, in order to help choose a Prom Dress dress for my great niece Jess. I have to be honest, I had not realised just how big a deal it would be to choose a Prom dress! The whole experience was amazing. A truly great selection, so many styles and colour! Caroline was helpful and patient with all of our questions, especially as six of us arrived for our second visit! Many dresses were tried on with assistance given in choosing best style and exactly the best colour. We were all impressed with our Prom Queen experience, and I am very happy to say that a delightful ball gown has been chosen. Jess can't wait to go back for a fitting.

We had a visit to the prom Queen shop for my daughters prom. So the lady in the shop was lovely helpful until she got the feel we wernt going to a dress that day mood completely changed. Also for my daughter the experience was very awkward. Not all young girls are confident that should be considered. Having to come onto shop floor trying dresses on with other customers in the background can be very overwhelming for some. Plus I think the man just sitting there right next to changing rooms can be off putting for some. Especially when you have to come out into the shop to parade infront of others.

Took my daughter Maegan for a dress unbelievable service couldn't do enough for her and made her feel like a princess.first shop to look in and her dream dress purchased.thank you both so much could not rate it any higher even if I wanted to .one word FABULOUS x

Dreading looking for a prom dress for my daughter, prom queen was first and only shop we went to! Caroline was so pleasant and very helpful we couldnt have asked for more, she made the whole experience very easy and gave excellent advice. Then covid happened..... just picked up my daughters dress which is top quality and arranged for 1st fitting, was appalled to hear that this small independent business which has had to close for the most important 3 months of their year, has been let down so badly by people that now have not collected dresses ordered for them. Come on people play fair we need to support people like caroline, in their hour of need to enable them to continue to provide great service which we demand. Will probably never need to use this service again as its such "once in a lifetime" experience for our daughters, if only we got the same great service and advice from other retailers!!
