Fined £100 for a over stay in the car park !!!! Yet there is 2 shops within the store Iceland and your normal range plus a restaurant. On average I tend to shop for a hour in each shop and I liked to think a hour for food is fair yet the car park is a 2 hour Limit unknown to me and my family. The tickets are automatic the camera ready your plates ,we won't be shopping at the store in at Swansea in the future. £100 fine yet we spent £55 in the range ,£20 in Iceland and £22 in the restaurant

Visited the store last week with my parents and what a joy the cafe experience was. Rebecca (I hope I have remembered her name correctly) was an absolute tonic. She was so pleasant and even though quite busy her whole attitude was so positive. She was an absolute joy and credit to this company - we will definitely be back!

Love the range for the art supplies so was slightly disappointed on this visit as they didn't have exactly what I needed and there wasn't anyone around to ask. They do have a fantastic range of affordable kids craft sets and games. Staff are friendly on tills.

Love The Range Great value for money. Great Christmas selection, toys, home furnishings. Bonus having Iceland foods located within the stores. Recommended all round shopping experience.

Really nice store with plenty of space. Well stocked with everything from food to furniture. Spotlessly clean and pleasant staff. Excellent cafe too

They have a wide range of household goods, DIY products and an Iceland freezer section. There is also a small cafe. When we went, a lot of the stock was Christmas items. Queues were rather long at the tills.

I always love the Range. Lots of choice and price range. Shame the coffee machine wasn't working again. Most staff are friendly and helpful. (But there's always 1 that shouldn't work in retail!)

Very well stocked, many many products and ranges spent nearly a hour browsing but still only managed about half the shop, friendly staff

It's like an aladdin's cave with everything you can possibly want. It even has an Iceland store within. I bought some seafood stuff there ready to go straight in the freezer. I bought some half-price flower seeds + a few other bits n bobs.

Pardon the pun, but a good range of products for the home. There is a small Iceland store inside as well. There is plenty of parking and a cafe for a nice cuppa half way around.

Nice place you have 3hrs parking plus an Iceland inside and you can buy anything from net curtains to kitchen electrical equipment to your pet food and gardening plants and features and dinning room tables and chairs and sofas and around late August September a good choice of Christmas decorations, tree's, lights .

I love looking around The Range. Great variety of items & always something you just have to have! I would not however advise getting a delivery from them - absolutely awful.

A large store with a variety of items, including a small Iceland. They've got a café too, but I haven't tried it yet. Just a heads up, it can get pretty busy and the narrow aisles don't make it any easier. Customer service is great, but be ready for queues. It's a bit confusing knowing where to go when the line builds up.

Great selection in this shop and we'll laid out. Cramped in places but that's to be expected of range stores. Good quality goods and customer service has always been great whenever I have had an issue. Cafe is great and decent scran

I returned a faulty duvet cover, fully expecting no refund as had no receipt. However, I was given a gift card which I immediately spent !

Accessibility in the store was very poor. Not great for pushchairs or wheelchairs. Some aisles not even wide enough for a trolley to go into it

Overall I would try a different store. I don't often go here the staff and building let it down tbh. It's a bit of a mess, the Iceland range is only really the branded stuff. The roof is still leaking so buckets catching water everywhere. Staff are the usual flakey, shirker attitude and of the ones ive spoken to they don't have a clue what they even sell.

Good size, and range of stock. Has an Iceland range in which works surprisingly well. Queuing is not good though. Long waits as tills look undermanned compared to how many team members are walking around shop floor. Confusing queue area

Not too busy and prices not as bad as I thought . Seems to have started to compete. Toilets on site and food from cafe smelled lovely. Winter wonderland was ok but alot of items needed batteries replaced. Otherwise all good

At least 4 times I've had to question my receipt the prices are always different at the til to what's shown on the shelves , once I can understand but I've kept an eye out as I've spent alot of money at the range so I've not always noticed , I've caught them out the last 3 times I've been in , and the poor excuses I've had , so keep an eye on your bill if your spending lots you don't notice especially Christmas time!!! I'm sure it's great for the range but it's wrong what they are doing .

We have bought our Christmas tree here for the past 3 years. Great selection of spruces and heights. Fantastic display of decorations and lights too. Helpful staff to net your tree and suggest how best to care for it. They charge similar prices to supermarkets however you can choose your tree and see it before netted. You can also see lights and decorations on display unlike other shops

I really like The Range in Swansea, brilliant store with the added bonus of a cafe. Lots to look at and reasonable prices. The only downside is the limit of 2hr parking time so be warned as it is so easy to go over the time, it's a £100 if you do😞 I am disabled and I can't walk for very long or quickly so it takes me some time to get around. (it's why I like having a cafe there to have a rest) there is not enough time to get around the whole store and get something to eat /drink as well. We travel from the other side of Merthyr so it's quite a way for the two hours. The one in Cardiff doesn't have 2hrs limit (unless it's changed) We prefer the Swansea store but might have to reconsider going there now.

This is a wonderful store with everything you need to make your house into a home. I just cannot walk out without buying anything! Would definitely recommend.

Bought this Lovely Hanging Chair wort £349, there was no stock in store so I was ok with the displayed item. The lady said they will have it disassembled in the following day and would be ready to pick up. I was working the next say so my friends volountered to collect the chair. So the dismantled pieces arrived home without the assembly instructions. I started putting the chair together and found out that one bolt is missing. I phoned the next day and the supervisor told me to bring the screw and a similar bolt. So I went to The Range Llansamlet, and much to my disappointment, he gave me this silver bolt. (Which I could have bought somewhere else). I know It fits and I could use it, like swapping the bolts so that it would not be visible. But the thing is, Thats not the type of quality that you would expect from a £349 worth of chair. I decided to keep the chair as its too much of a hassle to return. I have to disassemble it and would have to ask a friend to help me transport the item (I don’t have my driving license yet). The Chair is great, its easy to assemble and looks really sturdy. But I’m just extremely disappointed of the service they gave me. It’s like buying a very expensive item with scrap parts.

Its an expensive shop however I bought a king size duvet cover set for approx £11 Also a rose bush for the patio for £10. We needed flower bed edging which was a fair price as well. So not a bad experience.
