Would just like to say over the last few weeks I've visited neath and popped into poundland, usually between 8:30 and 9 am, and I've been greeted by a women who is by the checkouts, she is a credit to the store, she is warm and friendly and always has been willing to help any customer who is in need, even this morning I had my morning after the night before head on, she was friendly and understanding when I made a mess up putting items through the self service. I feel bad for not remembering her name , but she is a delight and a credit. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves

Love the section of drinks and food. There clothes are very good with lots of choice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shop is big and tidy.

Most things were over a pound.....I don't know what's right or wrong anymore. The world is lies!!!

Well there is not much there for a pound, I think the prices are on par with home baggage and B&M

Self serve scares half your customers.. 6 people in front of me were happy to wait for a cashier .. should have two separate cues like every other retail establishment

Turned up at 5.45pm on a Thursday, was not allowed in as it a man said it was closed, despite saying 6pm on the door. The gentleman said "we need to close the tills down at 6 you see" rubbish.

Too many self service tills, not enough staff.

Its not the BEST shop but good for needing things in a hurry. Their self-service checkouts have seasonal voices that can be a bit wierd/creepy. But good for last minute shopping.

I have seen a lot of customers just pretending to pay at the self service check out and leave without paying

I just love pound land they've got everything you could ever need and more at a price thats just right

As a normal I love poundland .but what I wanted they didn't have.....cable ties.garden animals.....not much in the way of DIY.. either.so maybe things will improve soon.

Same as every other Poundland, a good store with plenty of variety and good prices.

Has items needed at budget prices.... Good value

Super shop for bargains.. bright and we'll laid out, helpful staff... Will always go back.

Need to make the iles a bit wider for disabled people who use their scooters in the shop, apart from that idel for clothes I bought loads from here.

I had a problem with my granddaughter last week whilst I was in the shop and a Shop Assistant helped me. She was amazing and very helpful. I wish every shop had kind and caring staff like this. Thanks
