Honestly,
love
the
staff
and
have
found
the
pharmacy
to
be
highly
dependable
before
the
past
couple
of
months.
A
repeat
medication
I
have
taken
for
years
poses
serious
side
effects
when
I
miss
more
than
one
dose.
The
dispensing
machine
has
been
a
gem
to
me
in
the
past,
as
I
recieve
a
text
to
remind
me
to
pick
it
up
when
it's
ready
as
i
can
be
highly
forgetful
due
to
my
condition.
It's
always
been
dispensed
a
few
days
before
I
run
out.
However,
the
past
8-9
months
have
been
absolutely
horrific.
I
don't
think
there's
been
a
month
where
I
haven't
had
to
ring
111
to
get
a
few
nights
supply
of
my
medication
until
the
pharmacy
has
sorted
their
end
of
things
out.
Complete
miscommunication
CONSTANTLY.
I
have
really
inflexible
working
hours,
and
the
times
I
have
called
in
my
lunch
break
to
be
put
on
hold
for
30+
minutes
to
try
and
sort
what
has
ALWAYS
been
a
repeat
medication
service
is
just
ludicrous.
Neither
pharmacy
is
open
on
the
weekend
to
chase
around
for
a
prescription,
which
automatically
means
111
is
the
only
option.
I
am
literally
on
the
phone
to
111
as
I
type
this.
I've
had
enough.
For
the
sake
of
peoples
health
and
wellness,
please
do
better.
I
understand
there
are
national
shortages
of
medications,
but
it
goes
beyond
a
stock
problem
if
its
a
staffing
and
communication
issue
within
the
business
itself.
I
hate
to
leave
a
negative
review,
but
I
am
sick
of
putting
my
health
on
the
line
because
I
keep
believing
this
pharmacy
will
turn
itself
around
and
function
as
it
used
to.
