    Been on hold for 50 minites with no answer. Put my prescription in over a week ago and still havent had a text to say it is ready.

    What's gone wrong?.....I've been collecting prescription's here for years yet as soon as I signed up to you last September it all went horribly wrong.....lost prescription's. ......prescription's not coming back from doctors and so on.......the latest one......you text me on 8th March to say you were ordering mine........nothing........rang you in April. .......oh I'm priority. .....emergency........we are now in may........still nothing!.......thank God I found an old prescription in my cupboard and put it into my doctors a month ago and they dispensed it......I had two days medication left!!!..........NOT GOOD! UPDATE!!!!!!........still nothing......my phone hasn't tinkled all day......I have been waiting!!!.....off to my doctors (again) tomorrow to put my prescription in......my friend was here earlier.....no medication......didn't come back from the doctors........hmmmmm heard that one before......good luck lol

    The lady I seen was so helpful, she couldn't do enough to help me. Especially because I couldn't work the new app, she showed me what to do. 5* service.

    The Health dispensary on Stockhams corner has been our pharmacy for the past 6 years or so and honestly every member of staff give a first class service. They are all so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Outstanding pharmacy. Excellent pharmacy, knowledgeable and friendly staff. My partner has been in and out of hospital over the last 6 months and his prescription has been changed a lot and honestly the staff have dealt with these changes swiftly every time. huge Thank you to the whole team.

    Honestly, love the staff and have found the pharmacy to be highly dependable before the past couple of months. A repeat medication I have taken for years poses serious side effects when I miss more than one dose. The dispensing machine has been a gem to me in the past, as I recieve a text to remind me to pick it up when it's ready as i can be highly forgetful due to my condition. It's always been dispensed a few days before I run out. However, the past 8-9 months have been absolutely horrific. I don't think there's been a month where I haven't had to ring 111 to get a few nights supply of my medication until the pharmacy has sorted their end of things out. Complete miscommunication CONSTANTLY. I have really inflexible working hours, and the times I have called in my lunch break to be put on hold for 30+ minutes to try and sort what has ALWAYS been a repeat medication service is just ludicrous. Neither pharmacy is open on the weekend to chase around for a prescription, which automatically means 111 is the only option. I am literally on the phone to 111 as I type this. I've had enough. For the sake of peoples health and wellness, please do better. I understand there are national shortages of medications, but it goes beyond a stock problem if its a staffing and communication issue within the business itself. I hate to leave a negative review, but I am sick of putting my health on the line because I keep believing this pharmacy will turn itself around and function as it used to.

    First class service. So much easier to use than going to the GP every month. They help with any issues very quickly and I can’t recommend them enough

    They can never fill a whole prescription. I always have a slip to say medication is owed, no follow up text to say your medication is in . Which means I'm without medication for over a week . Just not good enough .

    Terrible chemist, no matter what you go there for its out of stock! Today went for ear wax drops, told to use olive oil then book in for syringing at a cost of £30!! Will definitely not be going there again.

    Not good service at all I lost my medication 2 weeks ago and I had the script ready on Wednesday and they had it Thursday I went there Friday morning and it wasn't ready and told me to come back at the end of the day 0 stars

    Nice friendly and helpful pharmacy. Was a 5 star review but had a lot of problems with ordering with the 24hr kiosk service. I want be using the kiosk again.

    Very friendly and helpful staff. I recently had to get a prescription for an elderly relative, and after being advised by another pharmacy that they did not stock the item and would not order them I tried the Health Dispensary. Although they also did not stock the item they immediately put in an urgent order and I was able to pick them up later that day. I cannot thank them enough brilliant service.

    Unfortunately, wife, my son and I'm on medication, I'm 67 and been on meds for years. The Pharmacy, staff and owner are keeping us all alive every month and I cannot say enough, or thank them all for all they have done. What a great service!!!! Many Thanks, The Pearson's

    They were really helpful answering my questions about a prescription request. On top of that the 24/7 collection machine is fantastic! Really happy I picked them as my new pharmacy after moving to Neath.

    In theory this is a great service, but please be careful using the app because for me, it hasn't been working and I ended up without my medication twice. To avoid this issue I have been making the request to the health centre myself and asking the health dispensary to pick up the prescriptions. This may be an issue particularly with my health centres and others may not have this. It is incredibility useful to have them pick up your prescriptions from your health centre to save you the effort - particularly good if you're disabled or busy. Being able to pick up your prescriptions from the automated machine outside after work is amazing. They are able to source medications that other pharmacies aren't. Being able to talk to the team via the app makes it accessible. In going in I found the staff friendly and helpful. I did have some issues with communication on the app, not paying enough attention to the specifics of my question and giving incorrect information. But generally they have been helpful and responded very quickly. A big credit to them though is that they want to listen and improve the service. This means a lot. I hope that they will be able to fix the issue with ordering via the app.
