Since starting BJJ at SJA Martial Arts both of my Twin boys have grown in confidence, they have only been going for two weeks. I have seen one of my Boys come out of his shell immeasurably. The cost of the lessons is amazing, 3 lessons per week and £35 per month. I have to say this has been the best decision I have made as a parent. I know they are safe, I know they are learning a valuable skill and I can see they are growing. A Star School 🙏

I trained here as a visitor and was really impressed with both the atmosphere and the level of coaching. Classes are well structured for all levels and the principles are well explained with each technique, which will give students a deeper understanding over time. Everyone I’ve met from the coaches to the students have been friendly and welcoming and I look forward to coming back again in the future. Highly recommend Saru to anyone and everyone in the area.

If I wasn’t to receive the call on Wednesday I probably would never have came but when I came I loved it, when I first trained I felt left out with the other students maybe coz I was new but the coaches was very welcoming towards me. Overall I love training here and I would recommend anyone to come train here no matter what level you are at. Still going to train as I have had experience in judo and boxing so this is just will be something I do for fun and as a hobbies to keep my skills.

I really enjoy training here, the team is professional, the coaches have endless knowledge, the group is friendly and have no egos, the gym is big and always clean. I'll be taking my daughter when she's old enough to attend. The online content they publish is great to go over (once you join). The pricing is fair and once you join you get a starter pack of goodies such as a Gi, rash guard top and bottom, tshirt, hand wraps, mouth piece, bag, booklets etc. If your thinking of starting or already practicing jiu-jitsu this is the place to be.

Joined SJA in August in search of some routine other than the gym and am fully hooked on the BJJ classes. Great staff, great coaches, great people.

Training at Saru is 100% the best decision Ive made since moving to Swansea in 2017. What Josh (head coach) and the team created at Saru is something else. I have attended many gyms and academies in different countries and I can confidently say that Saru is by far my favourite one. Cant recommend them enough if you want to improve not just physically but also become a better person.

Best thing ever to do in years, SARU is family like collective, with loads of support from coaches and students,training there and knowing all the awesome people is improving all aspects of my life. Had a 1 free class trial. Definitely nervous going into it but I was instantly met with some friendly staff and students who were eager to help me in my first class! I will definitely think about going back for more classes in the future. Thank you guys! Huw
