Pleasantly surprised how well its been done out. Only thing bothered me the beer tasted watered-down

I regularly go to Rileys with Inspire and they have always made me feel welcome and treated me with respect. Steve and all the staff are chatty, never ignorant and the tables are always clean, tidy and of a good standard! The atmosphere is calming and there are never any issues. I would highly recommend visiting there.

The manager at Rileys Nathan is amazing. My son recently visited Rileys for the 1st time last week and had his coat stolen which cost £300 as a xmas present...my 1st impressions of this place as you can imagine we're not good... however after reporting the coat stolen to Nathan manager at Rileys he has been amazing....he not only caught the thieves on camera but also called them to advise the coat was to be handed back in within 2 days or he was calling the police...thankfully the coat was handed back in and the thief in question is no longer aloud back in Rileys....excellent customer service and I am very grateful to Nathan in the way he handled the situation. Excellent service I was served by a beautiful young woman (think her name was Steph). I was having a terrible day, I was late for work, my gf broke up with me and my family cat passed away to cheer me up my mates took me out for some drinks and pool, she had put a smile on my face, was helpful all night and provided amazing service, she even listened to some stories about my cat, thank god people like this still exist:)

I have been going to Riley's in Swansea for a number of years and I have found my experience as a whole has only gone better and better mainly due to the staff. The refurbishment made a huge difference but I'd like to give a special shout out to Izzy and daisy who are always such a good laugh and so welcoming but also work so hard!! I highly recommend this place as a place to chill out and have some chill time with mates 👌

I have been to many sports bars in the area but this is the best - the place is very well kept and always full of friendly faces. Daisy and Tom have taken care of us recently with a warm welcome and attentive service. Highly recommend

Recently visited Riley's on Friday night and I have to say how impressed I am with the venue and staff. I was welcomed by Louise who was very friendly and informative. I had a lovely night with my husband, we enjoyed the pizza and played darts and pool. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely night

this place is phenomena, big up Nick the man the myth the legend. the customer service is next level from this man has made me find a second home in Riley’s. Honestly the man deserves a promotion and more importantly a pay rise. Big up the employees and the facilities :))))))

Great place to go. Plenty or pool tables available, with a snooker table and eltronic darts tonplay as well. Some good deals available as well. All reasonable prices, food and drinks are great as well. Staff are friendly, welcoming. Lots of bog screens on show for live sports. Would highly recommend. All tables are kept in great condition too.

Absolutely Brilliant, attended Riley's last Saturday 14/01/23 and never seen a staff member stay so calm with all the problems he had going on at the time. The place had no beer due to cellar issues and an equipment fault however the staff member in question (Scott) was outstanding. He had a queue out the door and table bookings waiting along with a Manchester derby at the same time. With no draught beer most customers were complaining but he stuck to what he had and dealt with every problem as it came. Scott was outstanding and even though he was busy he still managed to carry out table service to our table and provide us with a fantastic service. Even the pizzas were cooked to perfection. Well done and great service considering.

Class venue. The darts games were perfect. Lovely pizza and wedges there also.

Visited yesterday and what a fantastic place! Very busy but the staff were excellent and processional. Definitely improved in the last months since my previous visit.

Great place for a few rounds of pool and the darts games are especially fun with larger groups. One of the servers there, Nick Popov, is always super friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you're having a good time!

I’ve been coming to this place since I was a teenager in the 90s. I visited today with my son and can quite confidently say the place has never been better. The atmosphere, the tables, the staff, the whole vibe of the place is positive. Can’t wait to go back, thanks for a great welcome, see you soon

Rileys is a really good sports center. I good down there in a group from inspire wales once a week and its always fun playing the different activities. The pool and snooker tables are in very good condition as well as the dart I would recommend going if you haven't Been yet.

Played here when I was younger went back for nostalgia and it is so much better great tables great atmosphere great service

First time at rileys on 30th july 22 for a tournament. Venue was great for pool and other things......really good vibe all round and plenty on offer at reasonable prices. (Even plenty of ice for WHATEVER drinks you order!!! 😉) Fabulous day. Thanks to steve and his lovely wife for making me feel so welcome.

Haven't been here for years so was pleasantly surprised at the refurbishment. Had 90 mins of American pool and 60 mins of darts. Beer seemed reasonable price. Didn't eat but menu looked reasonable.

Love coming here for a few rounds of pool. Great food, drink, and service. Staff go above and beyond. Last time, we were given a voucher for a free game - definitely would recommend!
