The best place to take care of my lashes and brows. Taylor has been the best since the beginning. After 1 year they have been able to reshape my brows after a terrible experience in other place. We needed months for them to regrow and every month they fixed a little but now my brows are better than ever. Always caring and professional, Glad Brow Bar is in Swansea.

I regularly use the Brow Bar, attending both Mansel street and the Cwmdu branch. I usually have my treatments done by Taylor. You always get a lovely warm welcome and are made to feel really at ease and comfortable which I haven't always felt at other salons. The girls are really friendly and chatty and Taylor always takes the time to check how I want my brows in terms of shape and colour. She's always happy to do any adjustments I might need at the end but every time I'm thrilled with them. She's gotten my brows into a much better shape and condition over the last few months and I certainly won't be going anywhere else for my brow treatments (I usually get brow tint and wax or HD brows). Service is top class here and prices are really reasonable too, with lovely friendly staff. I've been attending for around 6 months now and intend to continue into the future. I chose this brow bar as I wanted a change from my usual brow place, I don’t have thick brows so I requested a tint and wax for a tidy look. The tint and wax result was simply terrible, there was even eyebrow tint left on the side of my face that won’t come out and the final look was messy. My eyebrows don’t look great and they don’t look done. The only noticeable difference is that they have tint in them. All too expensive for the service provided and I was told it was cash only once everything was done which could have been told to me before. Wouldn’t recommend, very disappointed.

I had the HD brows done at this establishment. The service was great, lots of friendly smiling faces. I arrived slightly early to my appointment and was able to get straight on with the treatment. I have a swelling condition and so the staff was very adaptable and accommodating of this when it came to the waxing stage. They were very flexible in terms of weather I used the wax part of the procedure or they was able to apply something that made the treatment less painful. My eyebrows came out amazing and they were spot on with checking what I thought about them the whole way through treatment. Overall would definitely recommend

First time at the brow bar yesterday. I got lost trying to find it so I rung them and the lady on the phone was so helpful and stayed on the phone till I got there. Booking system was really easy to use. I booked with Taylor. She was so friendly and seemed to really knowledgeable and gave me lots of advice on brow care. I live the shape of my brows, definitely be going back!
