Honestly this is one of the nicest places I have been recently. Service was very nice and polite with a great atmosphere and was very excited to see that milk alternatives were available with no hassle. Definitely recommend the cappuccinos too.

One of the best milkshake bars I've been to. Nearly every chocolate bar you can think of can be made into a milkshake and they also offer a shake of the day at discounted price and student discount. They also have a loyalty programme so you get a free shake after so many.

The mad cow milk is a fantastic place to go for a milkshake. The staff are very friendly and I've never had a bad experience with them. There can be a bit of a wait on busy days, but I will always go out of my way to pop in

I’m French, and I come here on vacation very occasionally, but when I do, I go to The Mad Cow and I have had the best milkshakes I have ever tasted in my life. Every time I have a milkshake back home, I always feel disappointed that I can’t have a Mad Cow. But then I come back to Swansea and I am happy again. Thanks, Mad Cow.

Best milkshake shop that I have ever come across! Name it and they most likely have it to blend. I would highly recommend upgrading to the Joe's Ice-cream shake though!

3pm and they have no ice cream! Disappointed and wouldn't bother wasting time to visit

The mad cow on castle street Swansea have lovely milkshakes and smoothies all so sell coffee and cookies and staff are friendly

My girlfriend and I occasionally drop in here for a milkshake and smoothie, and we always love it. There's nothing better in Swansea for them!

Nice place but the Oreo shake didn’t taste that good and took a while to make.

Phoned to asked when they closed, they said 7. Got there at 6:45 and they were closed

It's a milkshake with Ferrero rocher topping and other chocolate toppings. You can choose up to 3 toppings if I'm not mistaken

Skittles milkshake is to die for! Honestly it’s a craving that nothing else will even come close to! Absolutely love this place 🫶🏻

Great shakes and plenty of sweet treats to decide from ☺️ Staff are lovely, others are less conversational but each to their own 😋 prices have gone up unfortunately by £1 or thereabouts but still worth it for a splurge here and there 🥛🍫

the milkshakes are actually so yummy, its hard trying not to get every flavour just to see what they're like 🤌
