Nice place for free entertainment which is very rare. Staff were very friendly and being in this place on comedy night really made our stay in Swansea memorable.

I can’t thank more to this beautiful bar. My best memory of Swansea is here. In a cold rainy day, we two travellers with a wet dog, shaking in the railway station, waiting for a train to leave in 3 hours…Then I carefully asked if this bar is dog allowed? The answer is yes. We came in, spend 2.5 warm and quite hours, with excellent coffee and tea, fed our dog with water and food. Staffs in the bar played with our dog, provided us multiple options of tea…actually just the warm room is good enough for us at that time. I had good impression to Swansea in the 3 day travel, but this place make me feel great and impressive for this city. So many times we are rejected to get in by so many shops and restaurants that we were not even want to ask anymore. But this place really gave us the best and most needed warm welcome from Swansea. We will come again, and thanks to your wonderful staffs who helped us at the time we need help most. ^_^

Really enjoyed the roast. I had the chicken.. the meat, veg and gravy were all lovely!!! Staff are super friendly too. We will definitely return!

It’s a fantastic place with chill vibe. There was a quiz activity in the night when we were there. It’s was so interesting. And the food and drink are all fabulous Highly recommend to visit and enjoy.

Jam Jar Swansea…well, where do I start?! The Sunday dinner here is, quite simply, exquisite. You can really tell the chef has a real passion for his work and the full restaurant is a real testimony to his talent. This was my 3rd visit after being so impressed the first time, and I have since brought my parents who were equally blown away by the food. The owner/manager is outgoing, hospitable and just generally a stand up character. I have watched him closely with customers today and he builds an easy-going rapport with each and every table, including my own. If you have not been yet I cannot stress it enough- you must go immediately. My visit this afternoon has been one of relaxed comfort, immense satisfaction and the customer service makes you feel like the staff truly care how your day is going. Also- Lula behind the bar is a star ⭐️ Thank you Jam Jar Swansea- from your new regular customer. ❤️

Me and my partner love love visiting here the vibe is fantastic, great small plates and incredible staff/service. However, the cocktails really need a re look at by management or someone needs to try them in management (maybe a mystery shop?) they are hands down some of the worst cocktails we have ever had, this is not based on one visit only but multiple. I would never leave a small business any review lower than 5 unless they have severely upset me, in this case there has been no upset but just an honest review for drinks to be re looked at and the staff to be trained in making the drinks. This prompts me to leave earlier than I want due to the cocktails being so bad. With that being said I really hope that this review is taken on board and something is done. I hope that the drinks are re visited and the next time we visit it’s all as lovely as the rest. The review will be changed once a drinks are improved.

Have had an amazing experience today at this venue .It was a bittersweet celebration my brother turning 60 but alas has been diagnosed with terminal cancer .We had an amazing get together .We had such a warm welcome from THE TEAM they were so welcoming and helpful. We had an amazing Sunday Lunch fresh veg well presented and tasty lots of gravy available with out asking for more x We will visit again soon .

A warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff are always welcoming and attentive. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like you are part of a family. Diverse atmosphere and entertainment from live music, salsa classes, comedy and quiz nights. However, it is the staff that really make it an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Lovely venue with great staff. Great entertainment, too. The food was delicious, with a deal on tapas dishes (3 for £12 when we were there Apr 2023). Food and drinks prices were very reasonable.

Me, my partner and daughter went there out of the blue one day and the food was absolutely amazing!! Best dinner we had and we had tried a few places!! So we went There the following sunday and we aint stopped going! All the staff... Tara, marley, Leo and the chef were so welcoming the first time !! Even the owner was there and he was soo nice!! Since the first day we went we have been going there every Sunday, Tara and marley are amazing and the food is the best!! We have been going there for the past 4 months every Sunday and we wouldnt go any where else. Even our family has started to go there. But to be fair it feels like the jam jar are our family they're just lovley people and the food is outstanding. Its very rare you find a place like that so I would definitely recommend that place.

Friendly atmosphere, the staff are all great, and the food is very good. Saturday nights are comedy night. We had a brilliant time, highly recommended. There is also live music on Friday night, and a quiz on Sunday.

Such a great venue. Stopped by for a night of stand-up comedy. What an awesome evening! Drinks and food delivered to your table, in a venue that has the same atmosphere as a lovechild of a downtown jazz club and a modern gastro pub, with a sprinkle of industrial steampunk vibes for good measure. Well worth a visit, and be sure to book a table in advance. Staff are all awesome and will make you feel instantly at home. They also have unreal musical tastes. Highly recommended!

Wow that's what iv got to say about the Roast beef dinner we all had today, outstanding cooking. Can't wait to go next. Staff really friendly aswell 👏👏

Went here a few days back for the open mic night. To be fair staff and venue were great. However, after listening to a few of the acts on stage we got very bored and decided to leave. Maybe if a decent band ect was on we and others that night would have stayed longer.

It's a really lovely place. Staff were all friendly. Beautifully decorated. Drinks were reasonably priced. We went on Sunday evening for the quiz, loads of fun. Would highly recommend.

Just came for Sunday lunch with my other half, one of the best dinners I have ever had!! The beef was cooked perfectly and the gravy was incredible. Such good value for money as well, it was so much more food than we were expecting! Will definitely be returning!

Went along to watch the Saturday comedy night. It was an excellent night with 6 individual comedians entertaining the punters. Although I did not eat food was available . Very pleasant and clean venue.
