Stumbled
into
the
Elysium
Gallery
in
search
for
a
quick
coffee,
but
discovered
much
more.
This
ever
changing
venue
is
a
mixture
of
a
historically
old
tavern,
modern
hipster
dive
and
art
gallery.
We
ordered
a
coffee;
two
oat
milk
flat
whites,
they
weren’t
the
best.
But
I’ve
decided
that
this
isn’t
the
place
for
coffee.
Their
local
beer
and
cocktail
selection
were
good
enough
to
inspire
us
to
return
at
a
later
date.
The
owner
encouraged
us
to
take
a
look
at
the
art
gallery
currently
on
display
in
the
rear
of
the
venue.
The
art
pieces
available
were
a
mixture
of
delightfully
absurd
statues
as
well
as
more
delicate
pieces:
a
fantastic
mix.
I
highly
recommend
anyone
visiting
this
venue
grabs
a
beer
and
drinks
it
in
between
the
intricately
detailed
wooden
archways
of
the
“Tafarn
Y
Buwch
Goch”
(The
Red
Cow
Tavarn).
An
ancient
newly
discovered
Welsh
pub
where
you
can
drink
on
the
same
spot
as
many
Welsh
historical
artists
and
poets.
Perfect
for
an
arty
pint
of
beer
with
friends,
not
so
much
for
coffee.
