Magical Sunday vibes...Storm en Vriende skop gat (The Stinging Rodgers), Hoot and Annie and ultimatly the master himself... Dozi to close out the day... Nou is ons geamp... Best burgers we have had in as many moons as I can remember...

The show (Spoegwolf) was absolutely awesome, he best band ever. The venue is vibey but the prices for drinks are over the top expensive. R700 for a 2L Coke and a bottle Richelieu Brandy...... You stand for hours in the queue, in the blazing heat... Taking this into account one should think they can invest in a decent generator when there are load shedding..... or at least let the main band perform earlier, it's not like you don't have the load shedding schedules? Unfortunately this venue get only a 2 star from me as we could not order food, you had to buy from the 2 vendors on the site and that was not nice, the food was horrible, oily and tasteless.

What an awesome place to visit. Dozi is a gentle giant with a heart of gold. Great food, great atmosphere, and great music.

Don't I will ever do this again. Everything over priced and we had to wait more than an hour for a show we paid for. The venue was not geared up for such an event. Spoegwolf great band. Wish to see you again at a better venue.

Good place with family enjoyable and well security.

Very chilled experience and good vibes will do that again,road there a bit fought and don't completely follow GPS I made that mistake but otherwise great day out. Food is also very nice

Very mellow vibe amongst the people. The one dog would sometimes bark when you're eating. The live shows were a great experience. Side note: buy the tickets before hand. The tickets at the door is more expensive.

Best venue, music, food and a great experience

Loved the place!! Naturally quiet as we went during the week but the staff, the food and omg!! Dogs 😍😍 I was already in my element when I saw paw kids 🥺😍🥰😍 a definite must do again!!

Felt like they could only bring out two dishes at a time. By the time it arrived, it was cold. We went to watch a show and it started almost an hour later than advertised.

Bad experience, Vendors run out of food. Fine for people using alchol/drinking. Cannot see singers/stage from most of the tables. Dozi only sing around 12:00. Guest singer was late eg Jan Blom (His voice was over demand of prevouis evening) Most of the time we listen to music from the soynd system. Lot of people left venue. Expectations was to listen to live music eg Singer/Musicians.

Really an awesome place, never been here that there was no live music, Dozi is extremely friendly and makes his rounds visiting just about every table, greeting and making conversations. It's not uncommon to have him pull up a chair and have a chat with his guests. The food is great too, but the atmosphere is second to none. It's a stunning setting rustic but warm and welcoming. We'll done Dozi and team!

If you're into live music (blues), then this is the venue for you. Artistic design, got massive generator, good food, good service, dirt track to the venue, but not muddy in the rain.

A music experience in the middle of nowhere, yet close to harties. Dusty and hot, but so much fun. Does need a bit of maintenance on its infrastructure, like the shade canvas, but it is what it is - an informal music venue in the open air.

The venue is not geared for the number of people it is attracting these days. Prices are insane - R700 for a bottle of brandy and a 2l Coke. Average 1 hour wait for drinks and 1 hour for food. With all that profit surely one can buy a generator that will power the show? Back to the Roots it's time to go back to the drawing board!

Food, music, cuppachino, hot and iced. Music always good no matter who guest singer is. Dozi very friendly and his staff 10 🌟
