Drive thru does not function as one. You will always be told go park upfront or the side and your order will follow. They will bring wrong order or an incomplete order and then become arrogant and tell the client to go que again. They must just close their drive thru and let all customers que inside

It was bad,spend 20 minutes on a drive thru only to find out they only taking cash only ,I mean why didn't they ask any of their staff to come and alert us that wasting out time on the drive thru for nothing? I was annoyed and angry frankly and this is not the first time .

This is the third time I’m not satisfied with my order, today I literally had the worst if not driest twister in the history of KFC, there’s always something with them if not “we don’t have krusher” ,it’s “we don’t have cups” there’s always ALWAYS something they ran out of,never on their A-game..The standard has really dropped, this used to be my favourite kfc ,emphasis on “used to be”..

I am highly disappointed with their meals this is the fourth time I get something totally different from what KFC provide, if their chicken is not burnt its half cooked. At some point they gave me a rotten chicken now at the moment I just bought 24 zinger wings an they very bad they smell tobacoo as if someone was smoking while preparing them or maybe they burnt the cooking oil I dont know but I'm not Impreased at all

Never experienced such bad service...i was in a drive-through and i was told meat will be ready in 25 minutes time and i must park infront. After 25 minutes i went inside to ask about my order, was told i should have left my car registration number. Nxaaa

The drive through is actually blocking the entrance. They ddnt build it well. But the food is fresh and frndly stuff.

The meat taste like they are using old cooking oil, it doesn't smell like KFC. Dunked wings are soooo sweet like lollipop.

When you buy using the drive-thru they sometimes forget to put in the spices and I once made an extra order but I didn't get it, I realized it when I got home

Ordered 15 pieces with clear instructions on the type of pieces. The instructions were not followed

I placed an order on a call and was told to say phone order. When I got there to collect my food the order was not placed worst service ever

On 3rd September 2023 I bought a meal which the whole family ended up in hospital with running stomachs.

This is my 4th if not 5th time having stomach problem after eating kfc prepared in thorntree , I always tell myself that it's the last time buying it but unfortunately I love it😪at first I thought it was kfc in general but I don't experience this when I buy from other stores.. as I'm typing me and my partner are sick hence I came to their page to check reviews and if there are other people experiencing this.. what's wrong? Do you'll want to kill us .. not forgetting that I once had a runny stomach n on the left over meat only to find that the meat is green inside but I let it slide but this is getting worse now!!!!!

Just bought a boxmaster now on their drive thru, give i feel like throwing up. The meat and lettuce have a funny smell and taste. Worse the meat is under cooked even the portion you'd swear they just picked it from the bin, its even under cooked. It's my first time and im very disappointed 😞

Their chicken is always not cooked I have been buying from them since three yrs then took a break thinking it will be better bt till now it's still the same. The last time I bought frm them it was smelling good but no taste of KFC it was just a fried chicken that I can do better for myself. Am not happy about your chicken at all I give you 0% guys and your staff also it's a no no they are not behaving professionally

They over charge me at drive through they took my slip and as it was busy they said I must go and park my food will be delivered at the parking. When I got bank notification I realized that they over charge me.
