It was really great to visit this Restaurant with Family. Nice and wide sitting place for kids, family and friends together. Very delicious food, cucumber lemonade juice and fresh vegetable pizza. Very helpful ,friendly and very welcoming staff. ♿🚻✅

It was unfortunately loadshedding when we visited and not everything on the menu was available. The waitress was friendly but seemed absent-minded. The pizza we ordered was tasty and warm! I will visit again - hopefully not during loadshedding.

Very disappointed in what we get for the money we paid, the coolers was Mix with water and the chicken liver was less than the top up you can order can't believe the standard fall that much

Food was good. Waiter was good. Taken 20min to clean tables after customer finished to eat. Floors are dirty with wasted food marks. Won't eat there again soon. Worst experiance ever at any Panarottis

My first and last time.i ordered a meat Supreme with exta pine. It was overflowing with BBQ sauce, very little cheese.i had a little bit of mince,a few pieces of ham and some pieces of Russian. THIS WAS THE WORST PIZZA I EVER HAF

It's extremely hot inside. The kiddies area upstairs is like a sauna. The food is really good though.

Great pizza! We visited on a Tuesday and took advantage of the Tuesday pizza deals. Most of our group ordered pizza and were impressed, two ordered pasta and weren't so happy with the food - they described it as a bit oily. Drink service was great but the food service was extremely slow - granted there were 10 of us but there were only 2 other tables in use in the restaurant so we felt the kitchen should easily have been able to cope. We will definitely be back, but only 4 stars this time Panarottis

Loved this panarottis, the service was amazing, its when the waiter gives you enough space to taste and swallow before asking if everything is fine, the attention to detail and knowledge on whats on offer and the ambience makes this a must visit if you ever in at Brits Mall mind you I ate there alone and felt right at home.....

Nice place, friendly staff. However, for a family restaurant, the baby changing station is not very practical, unless you are 2m tall. I stand at 1.91m and even for me that was a mission, my wife is 1.53m, the station is head height with her. Not good idea if you coming for dinner and gave a baby that will need a nappy change.

We were at the place at 11:03 and was quoted the time and told breakfast was over. Service sometimes needs going an extra mile for cranky kids and harassed moms. Food, when it arrived, was good. Very hot inside the restaurant.

We didn't get to eat anything after waiting 50 minutes for 3 subs. We decided to give it up for a bad try. Our waiter and the manager were absolutely amazing and so friendly, but the kitchen staff really needs to change. People who came in 15 minutes after us were getting their food, and some of them ordered very large meals. I would like to ask the people in charge to please get those people out of the kitchen.

Surprise parties I feel like when are done they invading our space we not interested on what other people are doing but they making noic while we want to enjoy out meal with peace

The food is good. Service is poor. Waited very long for our drinks order. Very warm. Aircons is not working: there is fans placed in the restaurant.

I enjoyed every moment of my stay and dining. The warm and friendly staff and waiters. Amazing!!!

Totally disappointed, I really had to look for the chicken, not to mention the feta crumble. There was more sweat chili sauce than chicken and feta put together. My first and last time I'll eat Panarottis. Italians would be devastated.

Poor Service, ordered for my son. Somebody had to run to Checkers to get ice cream for his milkshake, we waited 35min for the ice cream to come, and then another 7min before we received the milkshake that wasn't even like a milkshake, but more milk / watery. Not the 1st time we are having issues with them.

Friendly waiters and good service, but it's so hot there no Aircons.

Not the panarottis we always visit. I'll go again and see if they are better.

The food is not good quality anymore. Paid for extra cheese on my pizza order, never got it, almost no filling on the pizza also. Verry dissapointed. It is the last time i baught pizza there.

Went to Panarottis Brits Mall today.....to give that second chance. What an amazing experience. Food was excellent.....services even better. Manager Richard somehow remembered us from the last time as well as our previous bad experience and again apologized. WELL DONE Panarotti's Brits. Will see you again.
