Worst McDonalds I’ve seen. No self-help order machines, only 1 register that works but has 5 staff standing behind the counter having customers queue only to tell them to use the last till. RUDE woman at the till that can’t greet you, and only tells you what your order number is. No slip. The manager and cooking staff are all fighting , throwing food packages around. Seating area is dirty. Hoping I don’t get food poisoning.

If you compare this McDonald to others you might see it for yourself that the service offered there is more hostile then other McDonald's because the workers there don't talk back in a friendly way and basically the place seems old. The food is made just like the other places only a few items might not be available over there but goodluck trying to order a meal without being answered in a disrespectful way.

Always friendly staff and tries to accommodate you where they can. The best nuggets! Thanks for great service always!

The service and staff it's nonsense no customer orientation or nothing they just want to sleep don't care about the business itself bad service to the core from the supervisor to the staff they can't tell the manu or anything just need to get their beauty sleep

Very slow service. Took 1 hour to get through drive through then they had no cold drinks. Had to pay extra R100.00 for milkshakes. Not my fault they ran out of cold drinks. Not advisable to shop there.

The store is very warm and welcoming as it doesn't take long to get your food and the food is also amazing

Meal was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Environment was clean and enjoyed our stay as first time visitors passing by. Kids enjoyed their play as well. Thank you for warm, smile welcome.

Even since the return of the chicken big Mac,the always make me pay R63.90 for regular meal but on TV advert it's says the regular meal is R59.90. I feel scammed

Not great. Clearly a lack of focus at this McD's. Front car's order took ages and he was not asked to move. Secondly my order was taken down wrong - I was 20 kms down the road when I opened the packet.

The meal is too much salt in this Mcdonald's and service is so slow. The operation is too much rural style.

After waiting half an hour in a line, they tell us they don't have any beef burgers. This could have been made clear before I entered MCD. They can't give us medium or large meals. They don’t have ice for cool drink or salt for the chips. This is very poor managing! Who doesn't notice their inventory is low? They need better inventory control! And better communication to customers. They could have made us aware of the inventory shortage beforehand or just close the MCD for the night!

Very bad service. I waited forever in a queue I don't understand why if they can't manually service the customer don't they have self service devices

best service ever truly unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – Had a great time with my family totally didn't want to leave😌🤩can't wait to visit the store again!!

Very poor service. 4 SCREENS FOR MENUS, ONLY 2 ARE WORKING. ICE CREAM MACHINE IS BROKEN FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS. I WOULD RATHER NOT VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING BAD SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE. AND TO TOP IT YOU WAIT VERY LONG FOR YOUR FOOD. Got great service at McDonald's but good greaf that BIG Coke you get with your food 🤣😂 surely nobody can be that thirsty after eating

I was assisted by Itumeleng Ngwenyama. I recieved bad service, she sold me Icecream (McFlurry) that wasn’t fully iced. I wish she could have told the truth than making me buy something I couldn’t enjoy 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Poor communication customer service. . We ordered 2 Chilli cheese Quarter Pounder meals and they only added the cheese and chilly sauce. No jalapenos, tomatoes, gherkins, lettuce or ketchup. The attendant gave no clear answer and just said they did not have what we were asking for and charged the full price. Absolutely ridiculous!

I'm at McDonald's now the internet says it's still open but they don't want me to get inside and it's very cold outside with my baby... All the doors are locked..

This establishment doesn't have the self-help ordering station, thus resulting in a long queue. Be that as it may, I did not have any bad encounter with the staff and the meal I bought came fresh.

The store practically had nothing to serve as they said they don't serve medium meals as they do not have medium cold drink cups and went to say they don't have milkshake, juice and coke.. The worst was when they gave us a burger which had long been prepared as the tomatoes sauce was absorbed by the bun and the cheese was dry from the microwave.. Least to say I was disappointed.
