Good day. I had a bad experience. My sister was visiting from far. I wanted to treat her to something nice. I ordered the tripple cheese burger that was adverrised on the bill bord in the facility. It was the Get real cheese burger tripple for R 59.90. I asked for 4. And 4 meduim chips. Also 4 milkshakes. So i've should have paid R239.60 for the burgers. Do not know the price of the meduim chips. And the milkshake was R34.90 that equals R139.60. All together should have cost me a total of R550 at least. Instead i was charged R144 a burger ( Big Mac) Not what i ordered. Speniding R739.10. Way over my budget. I end up saying nothing because it was busy and staff was friendly. But really you need to listen to what your customers order. Burgers was delisous though.

I had a bad meal experience...twice in a row. I ordered and paid for a King Steer Big Bacon and I received a burger with no bacon. What a disappointment. The bad thing is that I saw it when I'm already at home ready to eat. To think that I have to drive back to the store and waste my petrol again is just not worth it. The first time it happened I could say they were busy and made a mistake. But today I definitely can't make an excuse for you guys. I guess I'll find another place spend my money on

I ordered online at around 2pm for a pickup ordered at 4pm. Still had to wait 20min when I arrived for them to finish my order. It wasn't ready for pickup. What is the point of ordering online.

The only down side is that steers are mostly super busy but that is due to its popularity. One of the best take away places in the area

I ĺove Fishaway they were open after a longtime after we think it will never open again. And there they are the best place to buy Hake and Chips. Or fishcakes or with yellow rice what ever you want to eat the best place friendly kind and helpfull.

These guys are attentive to details. Rarely do I ever get something wrong with my orders. My favourite is the big bacon. Guys! It's always perfect 😫. The staff is absolutely kind. They're worse over the phone, you just feel like you matter when talking to those people. They don't allow more than a specific number of people into the shop during this time. Sanitize anyone who comes in. Ensure there's social distancing in the shop. Taking temperatures by the entrance. It's always spotless too.

Received friendly and quick service. The food was not up to Steers quality for me and was bland. Was like ordering McDonald's not the real Beef Burger patties. Steers owner as you can see below did the effort to provide comment to my feedback that was much appreciated! I followed their instructions and notify them with my contact details that was requested based on the review but NO RESPONSE on that........?

Food was good but service bad I waited long time for my order and people that order after me got served first I had to go ask for my order they didn't even start with it
