I orderd online and my delivery didnt took long it came straight to my address,hot and yummy😊😋🔥🔥🔥🔥×2 large pizzas for only R169

When ordering online and waiting more than an hour for your order to be delivered is really not a good way to treat customers, wen i asked the guy why its like that he answered me, " the card machines are giving problems, and all the drivers need to share the the few machines that are working"

I accidentally requested collection. Phoned Debonairs Melkbos asking if they could deliver. Almost an hour later I went to the branch. The Lady in charge was sitting at the customer table on her phone, completely forgotten about my request. Cold pizza. Really shabby service.

Placed order an hour ago Received a call to tell me it's late for delivery yet it says drivers are available nd they closing at 9

There was too many thick cut onions and less creamy in the creamy chicken triple decker pizza, the meaty one was good

Order took more than two hours to complete. Placed a order for delivery and had to collect after two hours. Really badly managed restaurant.

There were enough staff but the ordering was chaotic. After 45 minutes of confusion and waiting, the pizza was not worth it! Double decker smeared with lots of mayonnaise/ sour sauce. Brits Debonairs has lost 1 pizza lover

The flavor and taste never, always the best and creamy

I'm so annoyed . I've been waiting for an order for more than 40min now and still waiting in-store waiting for my order mind you.

I placed an order precisely at 19:57. Told me it will take 45mins to an hour. I called an hour later to make sure. I recieved my order approximately 1h30m later. The service at debonairs brits is bad.

I really love the store , i love the patience they have with us customers because sometimes we are rude to them even when we can see how busy it is and they are trying their best to provide us with the best service .. I always adore the service they give us especially their kindness and serving us with a smile 😁 ..

The service was Adequate and the premiss is very tidy and they accomodate each and every customer with a great smile from the till attendants

I order online at 15:10. At 16:30 i called and they told me i would receive my order at 17:00. After 18:00 i phoned again and they said they would phone me back, what never happend. I had to call them. Then they said orders could take up to an hour, after i told them im waiting for 3 hours. I asked them to cancel the order, with no goodbye or sorry for inconvenience they just hang up🤬

I am not happy with Brits Debonairs. They take long. Their pizzas are very hard and look like yesterday's left overs. I waited for 1 hour. Guess what they forgot to call out my number. I waisted my precious time. You will never ever see me again.

The tellers are soooo sweet, I specifically love Sheila and I think the other one is Francinah and this other guy i really dnt know his name, they're so sweet they even remember me by name, there has never been a day were I was treated somehow, I always leave the store on such a high note no matter how bad my day was, I've been monitoring their behavior for years now and they just humble me, also noticed there are some few new employees and they are also much lovable...Mrs/Mr manager please acknowledge ur teams remarkable work, they're such a great team and one of the reason I keep coming back besides the juicy pizza

Love there pizza, service very good and fast.

Good Pizza but the delivery takes to long. I reseved a confirmation SMS at 16:35 and our delivery arrived at 18:05 that's a hour and a half to deliver a pizza.

I always order online in fear of the very long queues in store but I'm glad I didn't have to wait for so long. Served hot and yummy!

The store looks fresh after the new revamp. Quick service and amazing pizzas! I come here often ;)

Other than the online orders make the que longer, the staff is more then welcome to explain to you the choices you have. Friendly stuff indeed.
