We waited at the drive through without any luck. Drove to the next window to find nobody attending... Somebody inside shouted to somebody else to come help us. Eventually a lady came to tell us they only have three pieces of chicken and nothing else... We drove around to the walk-in and received a rude welcome from Khanyisile (Trainee) who wouldn't help us and only handed us over to the duty manager. We managed to speak to the manager who only agreed to take our order when he realised we would post a bad review... I would give them zero stars if it were possible... We couldn't even get hold of the advertised "Area Coach": Freeman Risinamhozi. They must change their operating hours so we know that 21h00 it's their cleaning time... You won't be served a decent meal after this despite their stated closing time of 22h00.

The service received on Sunday afternoon was appalling. The light skinned lady on the till was super rude, unprovoked. Wouldn’t suggest anyone to stop by.

We bought a large chicken sandwich, 2 piece , 6 piece with a side of fries, two milkshakes, all for under $10 US.

We ordered on Saturday evening our meals with Coke Zero. The drinks were hot. We asked for cold coldrinks but nothing. It is not acceptable. Very pathetic. If we wanted coffee we would have ordered it. Staf not friendly.

Okay service and food. They seem to always forget to supply spoons with Mash and Gravy orders so never forget to ask for it. Don't order a meal that includes Zinger Wings as it is always dry.

The food was up to standard, cooked well and delicious 😋. The service is impeccable, the stuff, so friendly and made us feel at home, it's clean and tidy, it's a pity that it's a small are, a very good outlet indeed.

Saw a guy grabbing pap from the pot and eating it with his bare hand...he went in for round 2. They also downgraded my crusher to a milkshake but didn't refund the extra money

Service is really poor and the Till's don't have EFT machine's,they expect you to withdraw money from the ATM and join the que again and the self service has limited options and today it's the second time getting the same service in a period of 13 day's

Ordered a streetwise 3 with chips. Two pieces in box and somebody had half the chips. All the KFC's in Brits has the same owner. This one is the worst. Sympathy with the fact that the local culture is one of theft and poor work ethic ...

Absolutely the worst service. Ignored me flat out while I wanted to place my order. Even helped the customers behind me. I will NEVER order from them again.

It's a nice place, it has truck stop and showers for truck drivers. It has a drive through of KFC.

For the 1st time it wasn't packed to capacity 😂. They also have a self service order machine which was wonderful as the couple before us was undecisive and my son was getting impatient. Wonderful service. Bumped into a friend of mine while I hadn't seen in over 5 years 🥺😍❤️ Thank you KFC

food was OK But service took so long. I could have placed the order when I was at henops. Then collected on my way through. Almost 40min.

They often run out of things...like chicken, zinger wings or serviettes, they occasionally get my order wrong and when I get chips I rarely get salt. Super friendly though, I like that.

We got pretty good service and got our food quick. When you use the self service kiosk, you go to the till to get your slip because they self service kiosks don’t have printers. I do wish they had covered parking for their customers

Limited seating area. Service was a bit on the slower side. You order through a machine and then our order is completed. It is also open for 24 hours

Order two twisters and 10 zinger wing, the two twisters only had two pieces of chicken ans sauce on no tomato or lettuce...the zinger wings tasted of nothing!! Third time in Brits with bad experience with KFC. Would not recommend any of the KFC shops in Brits, the waiting time are over an hour for inside orders. BAD BAD SERVICE!!!

If you order via the app...you get your food after those who who came into the shop after you. A morning brakfast takes so long...when you complain you must wait another 5 min. If you say you can't wait longer they only say you can get the brekkie only.... Today the same.
