I am disappointed with the service your people reduce the quality of chips I noticed I am completely disappointed I know because the day before I got good quality and quality I’m just disappointed and wouldn’t go back. With the time I waited it wasn’t worth it, a complete waste of money

As a restuarant you should aim to please your customers with a great service, fresh and quality product, but today I got served raw wasted rice and on top of that the fish had scales and was not deboned. I am really disappointed.Fishaways Brits pull up your socks and do the right things because you are going to lose valuable customers.

Wow outing just the place is quite small for chilling out

I am becoming more and more disappointed with fast food take away, not just Fishaways. Doesn't taste fresh and the order I received is technically what I ordered but not what I expected. Quality is going down.

I ordered food on 30th December 18:30 and it arrived here at 20:30. We ordered for R95 × 2 and paid R204. My question is this? The food I usually order for R50 was much more than the other one. It should have been more. Or so I thought. I was very disappointed. When I called the shop was already closed and if I phone now nobody is picking up the phone. Thank you Tina
