When standing in Chicken Licken Magalies Hills' line, it is always quick and the service attendants are very friendly. The food is always up to standards and fresh. Children love the milkshake. Easy enough for a toddler to Handle and enjoy.

The food is nice. However the service from one of the tellers, Eunice, will be the reason many of us never go to this chicken licken. She is very rude, controlling and doesn't offer good client service.

I was at Chiken Licken Brits Mall I was told to get off as we are delay the customer who wants to buy. Very Bad Service guys. I won't recommend anyone to buy there. Supervisor Tsakane is the one who did all of this.

Not satisfied with the customer service, its very poor, team members dont practice first in fisrt out. And the food was not satisfying for the priced i have paid. The were too small as if its for birds not chickens, unfortunately it was late to can return the wings cause i was unhappy and i dont like driving at night as a female 😣

Good place to eat,but it isn't too much of a good place on busy days as you rarely find seats to sit on.

The lady who took my order was very precise, problems began upon collection I was given a drink I had not requested when I mentioned that this wasn't the drink I requested the attitude started. Went to the car and just had the urge to check my order, that was still not right i was given coleslaw ( which I despise, ) instead of salsa. I had to go back and let them know, changes were made but my bread had mayo om it and by that time my meat was cold and I had to throw away my toast... Take your staff for customer service training,

I enjoyed the stay. I was not in a good mood but because my kids could be comfortable in the area, I relaxed

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and approachable. Overall, a great experience. Well done

These two cashiers were unprofessional(BEAUTY AND EUNICE)they treated me as if I don't know what I want,I didn't know it was a crime ask if you don't see what you want.

Great but the space of this place is so small and we people love to dine in but we end up eating in our car cause of no space for more free table.wish it could had up stairs

We waited very long for our order. Popcorn chicken were very very salty. Even though i asked for normal chicken i got spicy chicken. My 6 wings of R35 was mispacked. The cashier was not friendly. So sad that there are only a few chicken lickens left and still they don't even try to serve good accurate orders.

I had fantastic time with my family, I just wish in future we can access WiFi connection as well while enjoy our super delicious food.

The teller was good for as long as she processed the sale, very interactive and giving adequate updates. I waited way to long for my order as the lady in the kitchen bundled our orders whilst packing them. We then had to wait for the teller to distribute our food after all sales and she also bundled everything, preparing all the many orders before she can start giving them out. 2 of the colleagues were cleaning the stoves very nice and neat thus couldn't help, I guess. I went to McD, still went in the mall before I came to fetch my order but still found the waiting unbearable. Something needs to be reviewed.

Honestly loved it, thanks to the bubbly staff and the food was fresh. We didn't have to wait too long for our order..
