stood for 43 minutes in the drive through lane. barriers preventing to leave the lane with 7 cars behind me. once i reached the counter: sorry sir, the coke is not cold. is alright? what am i expected to reply to this question? this kfc is really not worth being part of the the KFC franchise. disgusting!

Went to the drive through before work, was in the que for 40 min (there was only 2 cars before me). I complained to the manager who looked like he didnt care, and asked me if I want my money back, without offering to assist me. I logged a call on the support line and have heard nothing in a week.

The service was quick while using the drive-through. The attendant was friendly and prompt. The line was not long even though it was past six o'clock and normally around dinner time, the line is long.

Slow, seems the busiest the shop, the faster the service. Dunked wings always a winner.

Food is ok bit dissatisfied with the chips seem abit old as for service staff unfriendly would rather a machine take your order than help you , you walk in and they direct you to a machine not interested in doing their job then you have to wait and wait for your food

The slowest and most useless KFC in Brits. During load shedding they can't help you and today, no cards only cash. A waste of time

waited very long time for our meals . the chicken was dry, and had no taste the fountain coldrinks were flat . The burger buns were not fresh . And there was no cheese on our burgers .

Waited long in drive through, had to park and wait even longer for my order. It's always a problem with KFC. You must wait. It should be called park and wait not drive through.

The service is okay, food was okay. Expected more flavour. And you have to ask for some food that they forget to give you.

They're service is average They need to improve more in their hygiene. Also should start providing trays for those who eat in the restaurant rather than giving in paper bags

We ordered online. Our food was ready very quickly and could just collect and go. Very convenient

Stood at the drive thru with no other cars but nobody at the window to help, I tried to hoot, tried to call the store to tell them I'm standing at the window, all with no success! Eventualy drove to the next window where the one server was shouting at the other one for not being at the window. Then they asked me if I was paying cash or card because there was a issue with the card machine, so after all that they couldnt help me anyway, I just drove off! Waste of time!

Very slow service. They were understaffed and overworked.

Service isn't bad, I have been there 5 times and 2/5 times they had my order wrong or didn't even have food, ordered food on their app and they forgot 2 of my items.

Painfull experience..slow service....half of the menu was not available..needs serious training ..for the staff..and ice machines are always broken .so smoothies are never available .

When are they getting flakes? It had been 2 months now and still no flakes. They always say they are out "temporarily", but it looks permanent now. If you can't have flakes for ice scream for over two months now, it's time to take it off the menu.

i just had a laugh the lady was so nice,showing me how to use the online machine in store..so cool i just kept on choosing and buying lol she was such nice company.not sure of her name though she worked her shift on this day of 15 november helping me at about half past four...tnx it was fun.u guys rock

Third time we ordered online and some part of the order was missing. Either a piece of chicken or the fries. Specifying ingredients to be left out seems to be irrelevant. No numbers working. Promised refund codes, nothing received

Just like any other KFC outlet. The customer service is great and the staff are loving people. One thing I didn't like about this place is the lack of shadow. Their parking space is an open field without roofs.

We had a very long wait at the counter to eventually get our order, while the drive thru we served almost instantly... In total we lost 40min in our journey and eventually were late for our appointment!

Not very impressed with the service i received friday evening and when food was ready it was placed on the counter without informing me or calling out my number so when i desided to have a look because its taking forever saw that its my order and it was cold and very unprofesional they must place food in the hot shelf to keep warm if client get it then its hot need to improve on client satisfaction

They are slow and the way the place can get more stars is when they get more people in at the counter helping costumers

The service I got there on Saturday 18 June was bad. The cashiers who were working there between 13:00 & 14:00 needs to go for customer service training. They are bad at what they do and have bad manners too. With that kind of attitude they will lose customers
