Was in the drive through for 40 min, 1 car infront of us. They bypass their timer by making you wait wat the point where you order. After 40 min... we get to the window.... 4 employees trying to figure out the till... then we get asked if we don't have cash.... we ended up leaving without the food.

😉 Very good service inside. Honestly the drive through needs a little change of system, Bad service there... You will wait in line for a long time😕

Service was slow at the drive through waited 27 minutes with 6 cars in front when I gave up and went to buy Pizza instead. Service such as this is not acceptable as the drive through is supposed to save time and be convenient for the customer

Never had bad service and it's always kept clean, also like the seating arrangements

I waited too long to be helped, only one person taking orders and calling out ready orders, also taking out home delivery orders ,and we had to wait for her. The tables were filled with left overs from previous customers, the floor was very dirty with spilled drinks, I had to ask for the cleaning staff to clean, they took their time though, and I had to wait for the table to be cleared because I couldn't put my food on the table as there was no space. I think maybe they are understaffed that's why one cashier had to do 3jobs at the same time. Please improve 🙏

For all 3 times buying at this store i experienced the worst service ever, i even offered to pay the staff member helping me just to be more friendly, the response i got was, she is tired, with that attitude for a face of a business i dont know how are thay still in business then im not even talking about my meal that ended up in the bin, kfc brits next to the hospital im really disgusted, you will never see me again, even if you are the last take out left.

Very slow service. Only one window to order. Not very friendly staff. The lady looks at you as if you are mad when ordering. My colleague then asked if she could throw away an empty bottle for us, he placed the bottle on the window sill. She took the bottle and chucked it out of the window onto the ground. Pathetic attitude.

It's in a bit of a loud area but the food was well prepared, the meat was thoroughly cooked unexpectedly so and the staff is very patient and easy going

Had the worst service ever since I've started eating KFC. I waited at the drive through for more than 30mins and only served 2 cars within that time. Other cars ended up turning back. When I asked they told me they were short-staffed.

They need to fix the drive threw microphone for a speedy order

Absolute Bad Service ! Went there late at night and decided to use the drive thru, only to find out that the intercom system isn't working and therefore found a lady standing outside by the intercom pole. (Mind you it's raining and it's dark outside and she's alone apparently taking orders without an umbrella or chair or any form of security or assistance). Why would KFC allow this ? Secondly the stuff aren't well mannered and wouldn't allow me to buy ice cream by the drive thru.

I have never been happy with the service delivered by KFC (Medi Clinic), send our security guard and same thing. Staff do not take pride in their work that is the problem.

Drive thru sucks
