The service and food was fantastic. Maybe the best meat supreme pizza and Alfredo pizza we ever had. The waiter Melvin was friendly and looked after us. Will definately visit again. A+ service thank you.

Really nice flat bread as a starter. Relaxed atmosphere. New menu and food is worth a try. Friendly attentative staff who work hard. Only complaint is a lot of noise coming from the floor of the upstairs play area but what can you do? Kids will always be kids! Ps: ask for Sarah, she was very friendly and didn't bother me too often but just the right amount!

Food is always really good at Panarotti's Village Mall. Consistently the same quality. And the Tuesday special was a bonus!

Ordered a pizza to collect they said that the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived the pizza was not yet in the oven. Waiting another 30 minutes the waiter came to me saying that the pizza didn’t come out right. After waiting another 40 minutes I received the pizza. I would to recommend Panarottis for ordering take aways. Just order pizza from Del Forno’s.

We had a wonderful breakfast at Panarottis Village Mall in Harties on Sunday. The food was excellent the service was quick and efficient and the staff were all friendly. I would highly recommend this Panarottis. We will definitely back there.

Checked your website to see what time you close. It stated 10 pm . When we arrived we were seated and then the waiter came to tell us he has to confirm with management if we can order as they close at 9pm. Very disappointing to say the least. Please update your website.

Our waiter made so many mistakes we asked for water he forgot to bring us water until we call him again to remind him, we ordered food it took forever ai that was not on but otherwise the food was good, I want to go again next time to give it a try again.

Why would the waiters stand by the entrance and greet then lead you to a dirty table. Surely, they have enough time to clean tables before the next guests arrive. Every time it's the same thing, "sorry, let me clean that quick"...

Another win for Panarottis. Our waiter was friendly and kept us updated as the night progressed. Would recommend this Panarottis as it is in my opinion the pinnacle of how a Panarottis should be ran.

Don't want to complain. Order a chicken and Mushroom pizza perfect The other pizza that was supposed to be bacon and pineapple The pineapple seems to disappear as it is not on the pizza. Bit of disappointment...

They have great pizza and tasty food but unfortunately their service let them down, they were unfriendly, and when we were there it was quiet and yet their service was slow

Lynette and I enjoyed delicious pizza's outside for Sunday lunch, the service was excellent as well, always enjoy going there.

Late Sunday Breakfast was just plain awesome. Good server that communicated clearly and it was really very nice.

We had a wonderful experiece, our Waiter Malvin, is excellent, has great skills knows how to sell. Our 2 year old toddler enjoyed the play area I could eat without having to get up or entertain My toddler. They really go out of their way for the kids, offering a lot to keep them entertained. As parents this will be my go to place. Thanks Panarottis! Thanks to our waiter Malvin and the lady who looks after the kids. So friendly and filled with love and kindness.

Never have a tested the worse vegan pizza like the one from Villa Mall. The pizza was a mess it was as if we ordered the sources rather than the pizza 🤮. On top of that it was a take away but the waitress wanted to be tipped ridiculous.

Not a very happy person, when it came to the delivery man and the management on duty 1. In arrival to pay in cash, there was no cash float and could not give any change. So assume that it is his tip. 2. When l told him that his tip is already worked in, the driver stated that it is for the restaurant, not for him. But he quickly took the receipt away. 3. The manager on duty admit that the delivery man does not have a float. 4. The portions of the pasta is getting smaller. Your feedback in this regard will be appreciated Poor management To my opinion this is not the best way of doing business

It was quite full, so rating the service might be unfair because it was a race weekend and most non-locals wanted to have dinner. The good was great, although I felt my portion was just too small.

I was not impressed with the service received tonight... took a long time for our order to be ready ... even the guy who ordered after me got his takeaway before us ... but, the food was delicious when eventually delivered ... and we thought lets buy a cold drink while we wait ... was charged R45 for 2 x 300ml cans .... the same as 3 x 2 litre Pepsi at pick and pay next door!!! What a rip-off!!!! Last time they see me as a customer ...

Ordered Pizza Tonight and basically paid R350 for bread with a hint of topping and no cheese.... Quite disappointing after waiting 35mins for "Italian Pizza"🤷‍♂️
