So
my
wife
decided
to
spoil
me
yesterday
and
took
me
out
for
a
special
treat
away
from
Home
for
my
birthday,
so
we
booked
near
by
this
branch
for
a
night,
decided
we
going
to
Spur
for
dinner
as
I
was
craving
for
the
famous
eisbien
which
recently
introduced
on
the
menu.
Upon
arrival
we
were
seated
down,
store
was
a
little
busy,
we
ordered
our
drinks,
starters
and
made
the
waiter
aware
that
for
main
I
will
be
ordering
the
eisbien
which
i
would
like
it
to
be
prepared
accordingly
as
I
need
it
to
be
well
cooked
and
pealing
off
the
bone.
while
we
having
our
starters
they
should
start
preparing
it.
1.
The
starters
came
well
prepared
but
the
nachos
corn
chips
soaking
wet
from
the
salsa
(why
so
much
salsa?),
this
I
did
not
enjoy
but
my
wife
finished
it
off
as
we
did
not
want
to
draw
any
attention.
2.
Main
meal
arrived,
hmm
my
favorite
eisbien..(sweet
Mustard
missing
that
accompanies
this
meal,
i
informed
the
waiter)
both
my
wife
and
I
having
the
same
,presentation
of
the
eisbien
was
on
point
,however
what
turned
me
off?
😒,
chewy
and
rubbery...
when
I
digged
In
!
Ohk
I
ignored
that
but
once
got
to
the
middle
part..
ohh
damn
this
thing
is
alive
😳
"raw"
😳
😕
.
I
then
checked
my
wife
meal
ooohh
same
"breathing
Raw".
Food
was
returned
and
re
cooked
however
now
presentation
out
of
the
window,
"basting
burned
on
the
meal",as
this
probably
put
in
the
oven
with
basting
on..
like
I
said
we
didn't
want
to
draw
attention
so
we
decided
to
option
for
take
away
as
we
felt
the
store
Is
closing
infact
closed
and
we
probably
were
the
last
the
table
In
the
store.
3.
We
were
charged
for
schnitzels
instead
of
the
eisbien
on
the
bill
as
apparently
is
the
same
price
as
the
eisbien.
however
I'm
not
sure
what
could
have
been
technical
issues
with
regards
to
running
the
new
menu
batch
and
updating
the
price.
But
this
seemed
unprofessional.
We
advice
the
waiter
to
inform
snr
management
to
run
the
new
menu
batch
twice
to
fix
this
issue.

This
reveiw
is
not
a
complain
or
to
get
anyone
in
trouble
but
an
honest
general
feedback
about
my
experience
at
your
branch,
I
actualy
did
not
want
to
address
this
but
if
i
did
not
then
I
would
not
be
doing
your
store
any
good.
