My Man took me on a weekend away and we came to the Cradle Health Spa. From the reception the customer service was proper, the place was breath taking, we went for the full body massages enjoyed our private jacuzzi moments🙂🙂and we slept over for the night.... The place is beautiful, the resturent food was amazing!!! We are definitely coming back this coming summer!!!!

Went for a full body massage but neither my hands nor feet were massaged at all. Therapist not very friendly either which creates a dull atmosphere. Went for the message as a treat the day after our wedding but disappointed because we came through from Johannesburg for a treatment that’s not worth while.

Had the most amazing day at Cradle Health Spa. The spa is in between the mountains at Hartbeespoort Dam and is beautiful. The staff is friendly and so welcoming, they made sure that we were happy at all times. The food is great, the location is amazing and there facilities and services are beyond what was expected. Definitely will be going back soon. Would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing and special dag.

Definitely worth a visit. My wife won a couples retreat as a prize and I will say that we will be back for sure. The Swedish massage is a definite must! 60 minutes of your life is very well spent. Rooms are perfect for a night's stay, very comfortable and cozy. Food is amazing and even worth a day trip!

Two of my friends and I spent a weekend at Cradle Health Spa for a girl’s weekend and the experience was amazing! Two nights in their comfortable rooms and a full day of spa treatments from three friendly and professional spa therapists, gave us the much needed break and relaxation we were needing. I would definitely recommend the Cradle Health Spa. From their accommodation, spa treatments, restaurant, lovely setting and friendly and professional staff who make you feel at home, you can’t go wrong.

My best friend and I had the most amazing time at Cradle health spa, from how we were received by the reception guy, I think his name was Gift..to the full body massages, the ladies were amazing and made us feel at home. We ended our day by the poolside with a delicious meal and cocktails from the restaurant. Will definitely come back, thank you! I’ve honestly got nothing to fault, the place was very clean as well.

I wish we could live in this world. The treatments are simply out of this world, the folk that work here are friendly, professional and give you an experience that gets you ready to get back to your life. Beautiful setting, a much needed break and well appreciated from the time I arrived to the time I left- will definitely be returning.

What an experience. The bed is a bit hard though and shower changes temperature every now and then, the spa is 5/5 and the restaurant. Packages is low priced for what is offered. Best massage we had so far was at this spa. Not a rand wasted at this destination

The location is lovely and the staff very friendly, however from a spa perspective, both hubby and me got an oily rub instead of a massage and it is not in-expensive. I reached out to the cradle health spa regarding the treatment and training staff, but got no response. Would not recommend in terms of spa treatments. Left very disappointed, and un relaxed.

A group of us ladies celebrated International Social Workers Day at Cradle Health Spa. What a great experience! Spa treatments exceptional, light lunch scrumptious and the staff were very friendly and professional. Will reccomend to any one! Thank you Cradle Health Spa for "caring for the carers!"

What a disgrace! And you call yourselves a health spa... unskilled and untrained staff. Inedible food. No spa protocols and no hygiene standards. The "massage" was nothing but an oil bath. The worst spa experience ever!

Such an amazing establishment. Enjoyed a warm welcome from Joyce at reception who was always happy to assist. Food at the restaurant is so delicious and the ladies who assisted me during my time at the restaurant (Pricilla & Emily) gave such phenomenal service. I appreciate how Emily insisted I get a packed breakfast as I was meant to check out at 5h30 the next morning for my hot air balloon appointment. A big shout out to Mpho as well who was my massage therapist - by far the best massage and facial I have ever received 🤞🏽🤞🏽. Also received a goody bag for my birthday. Not forgetting Gift Kayome (Gardner/Maintenance Guy) who also helped with taking amazing pictures of me. As a solo traveler I appreciate your kindness in wanting to help me capture great moments. Overall great value for money and a peaceful environment 🌸

The treatments are worth every cent, however the restaurant was a disappointment. We waited 45mins for the food, hubby’s food was great but my food was cold and they forgot to add the main ingredient. I wanted to give a 1 star but hubby stepped in and reminded me of the great therapists helping us.

We went for full body massage and service was great and good staff.. it was value for money and go for hard treatment (body massage) if you have a bit of tension for release.. The place was well designed,I enjoyed the artistic view from outside to the treatment room as it was inviting and perfectly imperfect haha.. Worth it ❤️‍🔥

I spent 4 Wonderful days here! It started with great service from Joy on reception, who quoted me the perfect plan using some of the current specials. My room was pretty, clean, spacious with everything I needed. All the staff were helpful, professional and friendly. Priscilla in the dining room was awesome and all my meals were delicious. My hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed our full spa day with Mpho and Portia. The treatments were amazing and we felt so relaxed and pampered. I also enjoyed making use of the jacuzzi and sauna. The tranquil gardens with running streams added to the ambience. I bet they will look great in summer after the rain! I highly recommend Cradle Spa and would love to return. If I had to find a negative, it would be the TV sound quality in the room. But it was not a deal breaker.

We booked overnight romantic package, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, the restaurant staff were very friendly and their service is excellent but the massage was terrible. I had to always say please do harder but she didn't listen, that really hurt me, I don't know why she treated me like that. I cried the whole session because I felt disrespected or being undermined because of age maybe. When coming to waxing and facials she is good but massage was terrible. I went to the reception to explain but they didn't do anything that's when things went south for me. The lady who did massage didn't even greet me in the morning she passed me like she dont see me, you could see that they were talking about me now I became so uncomfortable around the place. I thought Ill bring my mom for her birthday but now I feel I will get the same vibes. I thought explaining our experience they would do something to make us feel better and improve their service but no. I doubt I will recommend the spa to my friends and family.
