The restaurant looks good from inside. The service is 10/10, the food is 👌. I had pizza, burger and wraps with my little sister, I can say we enjoyed. Ohh and I had wineeee 😇😇🍷with waffles and ice kream🧇🙃.

The service is A class❤you get escorted to your table of choice and attended to immediately. Their food is prepared under reasonable periods and they serve what they advertise. Very delicious meals to choose from with the most friendly stuff. I totally loved it here. Will definitely go back very soon

Not a great experience at all the food was just horrible..the fish it was like it was from da day before,they offered us a cake as a gesture but the cake was also not fresh we did not eat it also,,,really bad wuld never reccomend da food 2 any1 as you see the food was left on da plates really bad,

My server was a very friendly young lady, even though it was late at night and she was tired, she was nice to us. The food is nice and tasty but I ordered two different milkshakes and they tasted the same.

The food is AMAZING. I frequent it because it’s not too pricey. It’s inside a mall so it can be too busy at times but for a quick date night or “I don’t feel like cooking” day, they’ve got you. They have half price Sushi on some days!!! :)

The creamy pesto pasta was DELICIOUS!!🤤🤤💕 I definitely think their mocktails are overpriced. Their glasses are thin and are full of ice more than anything. I highly recommend the pasta. Mocktails? Not so much.

The service was excellent, the food was a bit meh! my falafel was rather dry and spicy with no flavour, the chef needs to refine the methods or ingredients used to make them, could barely cut through the pita bread (it was too tough). There was this loud customer who really made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Zucchini fries were very oily but atleast they had flavor.

We went to Parrots Wonderpark and were served by a nice gentleman called Tyrone. The food was amazing as well as the atmosphere and Tyrone really took care of us. Such a lovely gent! Kudos

We'd just got back from lunch and decided to grab ice-cream before heading home, and ended up dining for some dessert. So with that said, the location is great. It was buzzing but thanks to the sitting plan, we managed to get a table. My waffle was a bit too thick for my liking and not fluffy enough, the toppings however, excellent. I enjoyed my coffee, and the chocolate ganache was delicious too. The mango juice was thick and refreshing just tasted a bit washed down. Buy overall, as good dining experience as any other Parrots resturant.

I was at the Wonderpark Parrots. The two stars are for the good customer service but I ordered a beef lasagna and it was terrible and I did not enjoy a single thing about it. It was as if it had no seasoning and there was too much of a canned tomato taste to it and looked recycled. Another issue was that I went there with a group friends and everyone was paying for themselves but the bill was combined which means that the tip to the waiter whose name was Dougi was supposed to be ten percent of the combined bill but instead the waiter insisted that we should pay ten percent of every individual meal which made me confused. Overall I personally wouldn't go back in future.

This was the best possible experience in a restaurant, got there and there's someone at the door to welcome you. The food was delicious not to mention the sauces. In the end you get that look from the waiter that says your tip is not enough!🥺

This was the best breakfast we had in a long time. Catering for the healthy options is tops. The server we had was such a lovely friendly lady.

The standard has sadly dropped. Menus are quite old and the cover is falling off. Their cocktail menu has also taken a damper with the decrease of variety. I had the chicken cordon blue and the cheese was quite off. But besides that the service was great and atmosphere remains amazing

Was here on Wednesday, 5 April 2023, ordered a Salmon Sushi platter, received the wrong order which was The Hot One. Thinking let’s give them another chance, came today, manager thanked us for coming back. Decided to order a Short Rib wrap. Deboned short rib, Peppadew, Feta, Horseradish cream, tomato and cucumber. I received short rib, tomatoes and cucumber, there is barely any Peppadew, NO HORSERADISH CREAM and a TOUCH of Feta. This is absurd. Honestly will not recommend Parrots Wonderpark and this is certainly my last visit to their establishment. The waiter who served us never came once to check if everything was in order after delivering the food. Not even going to bother speaking to the manager, I am a Restaurant Manager myself and don’t want the excuses.

(sorry for bad pics) Food at this place are HORRIBLE, but the service is GOOD. Ordered beef stew and you could tell that the stew was frozen and defrosted to serve me because the potatoes and carrots were SOGGY. The rice was also frozen and it was stale. Had to return the food and was then served fresh food. THE AUDACITY OF EVEN PLATING THAT FOOD IN THE 1ST PLACE... Very Disrespectful. Ordered a take away of ribs and chicken (in the picture). You can tell that they were also frozen because they are stale and have an AFTER TASTE. The chicken is still RAW... Didn't know chicken could be served MEDIUM. I make better food at home. Ooooh, the chips are GREAT!!!!!

Parrots has one of those huge menus with so many options it's difficult to decide. It always feels like it would be impossible to do so many dishes well. Having said that we had two great dishes there - of completely different types. My son had a multi meat dish (Quarter chicken special I believe), and I had a deconstructed salad with Halloumi and Quinoa (first time I ever had Quinoa - the spicy peanut dressing made it tasty).. We received a warm welcome and friendly service throughout. The manager was constantly walking around checkin on us. My son - a meat lover and growing young man, would like to eat at Parrots at least once a week if not more. Sadly there is no Parrots in Windhoek!

The food is nice (but not the frankfurters they serve during breakfast) and well priced. The waiters are also very friendly the last couple of times. I'm glad restaurants realize people can take their money somewhere else and service should always be top notch.

Parrots is really a leading restaurant with an amazing amount of space which is all kept very neat and tidy. The staff are also very helpful as we were only looking into the place trying to find the way in and a member saw as, pointed us to one of the entrances, and then proceeded to help us as well. The prices are a bit steep but the food is at least high quality as a result. Their sushi for example was on a half off special but even then the prices were too high for us, we would rather continue getting our high quality sushi for cheap at a Checkers Hyper...

A big warning. Please check your bill before paying. We bought 2 shooters for R21 each and 2beers for R35. We realize now we paid R145 without tip instead of R112. And the guy vanished after that. We wanted to talk to him but he was gone. Please check your bill. I will post the outcome here. Am going there later to expose this injustice. One will say it's small money, but how many times do these guys do this. Must be stopped.

The restaurant's menu has variety of food choices and the service was nice. The waiters are friendly and the food is affordable.
