Delicious food at the new sacremento spur.

Took my daughter there for her 7th birthday along with her best friend and their mom. It was a great experience and we the waitress was very friendly. Their renovations turned out pleasing to the eye and parking area is safe and convenient.

Food is always fresh n fast service👌❤️💐

Please... i love them so much 😂 the drive through is so fast and effective. I didn't even wait 2 minutes for my ribs😂❤️ the cashier is so friendly. I just don't like how you can't get a free birthday ice cream by the drive through... but that's a bit dramatic 😂

I bought 5 trip burgers yesterday and they were not cooked properly. This 9s a second one that looks like this. I didn't ask the kids if their burgers were cooked properly but mine and my husband's wasn't

The customer service was soo perfect..they're treating people with love, the food were soo delicious...I love it I'm definitely going back there

Worst service ever 🤦🏼‍♀️ Waiters are dragging their feet, then kitchen gave me the horrible chicken and Avo salad. The lettuce wasn’t fresh and it was hidden under , the chicken strips you could literally count them (7) for the price I’ve paid I’m so disappointed. I often buy from the drive through it’s always fresh and satisfying today I just felt like I’ve thrown my money in the bin.

Lovely environment and staffs doing everything to be perfect such as singing and entertaining except service delivery itself. You have to scream to get water to drink.

Wow wow wow! This was literally the worst food I’ve ever had in my entire existence. It was my daughter’s birthday on Sunday 4 Dec. We got the girls the birthday combo (chicken pizza) My husband and I had a garlic roll with wings and chips. When I tell you the chicken was incredibly DRY AND OVER COOKED to the point of no recognition. It was eating paper dunked in durky sauce. The pizza was also seriously dry. The cheese on top was like old cheese that was left uncovered and then shredded. It did not even melt on the pizza. This was a horrible painful experience in our mouths. I took the picture at home when I tried to warm the pizza up. Does the chef taste the food guys? The manager? I’m still in disbelief.

Very lovely place.. loud a bit. The food is great. And well the waiter was a bit sarcastic. But otherwise nice experience.

The place is perfect but waiters are so unprofessional , we waited for our food 1hour . The place had cockroaches, I had to leave and take my food home . Even when we had to pay for a bill we waited for 1hour . Whatever you do don't go to this spur . I love their food but they need to change or train their waiters about customers service

The shop is situated in a convenient location. The service that we received was excellent. Our waiter was so patient and swift to help us to enjoy our meal. The supervisor also was so humble and agreed to take our follow-up orders for us. The food was okay, my Buffalo thighs were a bit dry and harder on the edges but overall okay.

Did not have a great experience, the salt shaker wasn't sealed properly, the salt spilled all over the table, and I moved to another table my food was cold by the time I ate. The waiters sing out loud when not catering to tables, very annoying, unprofessional and disturbing.

The service was a bit slow for me, I waited for a good 7 minutes after being seated to get a waiter and even then I had to ask for the help myself otherwise who knows how long I would’ve sat there looking lost. Overall I loved the food, I had the spicy sweet wings and cheesy garlic prawns with garlic bread and a glass of wine. Place was packed as expected due to the surrounding areas and the music too loud for my liking but it’s not too bad.I think I’ll stick to the drive thru as this was my first attempt at eating in and the drive thru service is quicker and more convenient.

The staff is nothing short of awesome they were an absolute delight. Mpho, Fentse and there was a lady manager I seem to have forgotten her name, these people made my afternoon a delight. I didn't catch the names of the ladies that were taking care of the kids but man oh man those ladies are heaven sent. My toddler was so happy to play and get her face painted "play makeup" we call it!

The service was excellent 👌 and our waiter did an exceptional job, thank you 😊. Can the restaurant so something about the air conditioning. It felt a bit humid.

I would like to thank Mary (Manager) for going extra mile by helping her customers with an excellent service as we had problem with order but she managed to fix it as soon as possible... at MARY keep it up..........🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Great service from Mpho and the lady at the kids play area. Food was absolutely delicious as always and the general atmosphere was such a vibe. Definitely coming back.

I go to the drive through part to work in exchange of feeding myself. The stuff is friendly, food is affordable and the environment is very relaxed. The food is OK, I recommend chicken strips. I don't think a lot of people know about it. It's a hidden germ. They do takeaways cause they are a drive through, so no birthday song every hehe! They have a large window overlooking the mall. Good for people watchers and those who love majestic details.

Think is one of the best places to visit. Managent must restrict the number of customers spending the whole day doing assignments or doing their private work at the spur. On busy days regular customers can't tables because of this behavior.

Unfortunately having two bad experiences after each other making my 5 stars to 1. We buy weekly at Spur drive through. 1st ordered last week crumbed chicken strips got grilled. Today ordered again crumbed chicken with chips and onion rings got only chips. We love buying at spur but this trend might change our minds.

Reception wasn't good as I booked in advance and got a call and confirmation emails from them. When I arrived for my booking, I started all over from scratch as if no arrangements were made. I reported this to management there and they're aware of this. As far as meals are concerned, I can't complain.

It was full but the service was excellent and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. Family oriented and loud, not for those who want a quiet romantic moment

The food was very tasty. Service from our waitress was not the best. Their cocktails are the best, I've never had such tasty cocktails from Spur.

I had a wonderful experience again. I went out with my brother for some breakfast and it was amazing everything was fresh and delicious 😋 mos definitely going back again.

Worst service ever. The waiter Rose was great but the atmosphere was a disaster.. It was like a disco house instead of a restaurant..my safety was compromised I had to leave the restaurant before even finishing my food because a stack of presents nearly fall on me mind you the manager didn't even bother attending to my concerns. She barely paid attention to me. The birthday parties are unsupervised which ends up being a disco night and one is there to have a peaceful dinner not a disco night.

Food was cold and service very poor. Had to order drinks from the manager since the waiter was missing in action. Waited more than 20 minutes for the bill and finally went to the counter to pay where there was also nobody to assist. Will not visit this Spur ever again.

Main meal was good. I ordered the chocolate brownee with ice cream for dessert. Their ice cream tastes like frozen water. They need to serve proper ice cream or stop serving it. Burgers are always served cold. Especially kids burgers. I never understand this. Everything else was good.

I love the new vibe, its very cozy and gives you a feeling like home, the service is top notch like it has always been

Wow super surprised with the new drive thru, i ordered 600g ribs, burgers and nuggets and just waited 5min…. Super super impressive!!! Love this place.
