No doubt one of the better places to eat out in Pretoria North and the best place at the Wonderpark Mall. Manager Priscilla Tshuma is an absolutely amazing host and is truly one of the most humble, kind and gentle persons on the planet. Service is impeccable. Highly recommended.

The food was oily and lacked any flavour whatsoever. The waitress was nice at least. Would not recommend to anyone that likes good food.

This Panarottis overall service has deteriorated so much from how it was... It's the second time now we find dirty tables and waited long before we got assisted but most waiters(ones wearing black) were waiting by the entrance chatting that we had to find a clean table ourselves. However a very friendly waiter finally assisted us, she seemed to be taking care of most tables alone and her great service calmed us down and we enjoyed our meal and stay.

The pizza was good, service was great in terms of being regularly checked on but very slow, we waited quite a bit to be served also for the bill. Great experience overall

We ordered the pizza special for take out and the pizzas were horrible, no flavour and soggy. I'll not be going back.

Update: Panarottis was very quick to follow up on my complaint below. They obviously value their customers. Patricia phoned me and apologised for the misunderstanding. I really appreciated that and I definitely accept the apology as i felt that is was sincere. I would also like to thank Panarottis for rectifying the mistake. I have changed my 1 star to 5 as i felt that the way they handled the complaint was very proffesional and mature........... (We ordered the mac & cheese balls with sweet chilli sauce for take away. The sweet chilli sauce is advertised as part of the dish and is not something that you order seperate. When we got home with our order they did not include the sweet chilli sauce. So i phoned them and ask to speak to a manager. Patricia (who picked up the phone) then confirmed that she is the manager. I tell her that i am really dissapointed as they did not include the sauce. She then tells me that the order only says mac & cheese and that is probably why the kitchen did not include it. She then also tells me that next time that we order we must just remind them to include the sauce. Well guess what Patricia - there will unfortunitly not be a next time. It is not my job to remind your staff how to do their job and your kitchen is suppose to know that a mac & cheese comes standard with the sauce.)

Worst take out I ever received. I always check my orders but today I didn't because panarottis never gave me a reason to......... until today if I could've known I would went to spur and bought a better salad for half the price. That 114 for salad is nt worth it. my food was half, had more cucumber than anything, and I see now that the mushrooms and bacon have been removed., although the name remains ... I can't drive back now. Whoever prepared my food, I'm disappointed, it was also blant, with no cutlery....this Salad is not worth R114, mind you, I bought 2 and even paid a little extra as I always do. so basically 1. price increased.... ✔️ which is normal 2. Bacon and mushrooms are not part of the salad anymore... as a customer who always ordered this, I didn't know the salad excludes these foods 3. Portion size reducesd by half.. ..... customer loss😁... but I'm truly hurt

I was sooooo disappointed yesterday (08/09/2022). My husband and I waited to be seated and literally two waiters passed us; so we went in on our own and sat. Still no one attended us. And not to make it a racial thing; another couple of a different race came through and they were immediately attended. Ok we brushed that off. Went to the counter and ordered for ourselves and decided to make a takeaway. The pizza took an hour to be ready😭; I don’t know if they forgot us or what. Because the people who came after us received their orders. Husband enquired and they said 3 minutes but it went above and beyond; about 15 minutes🥺 The pizza was delicious👌🏽 But service 👎🏽 So I’ll resort to delivery from now on🚶🏽‍♀️

Be prepared to wait longer for your food and there's no one to complain to. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Great food,love visiting this place,my 3 year old is always asking to come here,I just hope they deal with their fly problem, it's not nice to eat with flies buzzing around....but great place, would rate it 5 stars if it wasn't for the flies.

Im disgusted n disappointed by their presentation of delivered food(pasta). I have never seen such small quantity for R300...i normally order same meal when dining in and always provide large quantity that i usually finish the next day. I will never order online ever again...this is a rip off!!!watch out guys...

Went to this restaurant to get a take away dinner. We ended up sitting in the restaurant enjoying our meal. Our waiter was Tumelo, a very enthusiastic young woman. We got our food in no time and it was to specification. The base of the pizza was baked to perfection the topping was aced. I just did not like the sundried tomatoes. It was a bit much and a bit chewy, almost like slivers of biltong. I would be happy it it was chopped up instead and sprinkled over the base. But for the rest it came out beautiful. The beer was nice and cold. Only issue here is they have no beer on tap. The Dom Pedro was the 🍒 on top. Perfectly mixed. The staff kept about their business serving people. There was a loud distracted in the restaurant though. The manageress sat at a table as you entered this establishment and was constantly talking. She may have had a series of meetings but she was so loud that it became distractive. Please have your meeting in the restaurant but leave your patrons out of it. Thank you Tumelo for a lovely meal. No thank to the manager and her loud meetings

What a bad experiece!!! Waiting 45 minutes for a simple breakfast. Ordered Chicken Schnitzel ....... got something that look like yesterdays leftovers heated up. Hard small and uneatable

My waitress Slindile was lovely, had a friendly smile. I was here for the pasta special and she explained everything very well for me. My only disappointment was the plates look really old with chiped edges. But otherwise the I had a great outing experience.

Worst service ever waiters don't communicate with their customers. Ordered a large pizza but was given a standard pizza reasons being the ingredients where finished but instead of the waiter telling me they just decided i needed small pizza. Managers takes forever to give you the wifi password is just horrible. After my above review panarottis wonderpark owner contacted me and apologized for the poor service I received.I went again and I must say the service was good and the manager Priscilla made sure that we felt at home and all our needs where met. I must say the service has met my expectations and keep on doing the good job guyssz

My food had no utensils I had to request. The chilies were half chopped I don't know if the cook was on a hurry. To where I don't know because there were only 2 customers. 😳🤷🏾‍♀️

Affordable pizza and pasta. Beautiful flavours. Great space and lighting. Helpful staff. Cute play area and games for kids. Parking not far. We took our kids birthday cake with and staff brought us some plates and spoons after our main meal at no extra charge.

Had to complain from every thing I ordered. Their beer is hot and only have an international beer on tap. The red wine tasted like it is from the store bought box. I could have bought a better wine instead. The manager is not hands on and does not follow up to clients complaints.

Lovely experience with my family. They made us feel at home. They even waited for us to finish our meal way past closing time.
