It's great pity it's going to close for a short while due to renovations

KFC overprice when they deliver 10 dunked wings are R67.90 in store but when they deliver they sell for R89.00 on top of that they add delivery fee!

Called in to place an order saving time to all but assured that there will be no delay. Only to be told to reverse and wait for the order as they are concerned about the timer on waiting. How do you improve if you do not accept the reality of current stats on how long it takes to serve per customer on drive through? Disappointed

The place is clean, the buying service is great. It’s the collection point that needs to be reviewed as well as getting the orders right! Thank you to Sophie! She’s such a great worker.

If you arrive on a Friday afternoon and the service staff say that you cannot order a bucket of wings coz they don't have them, well you have lost me forever. Mabopane at Morula KFC never dissapoints. Go to KFC Morula view and you won't regret.

I waited for my food for more than 2 hours today, we had to ask manager to stop drive thru cos it was bad and i paid for 6 pieces and twister meal with botle coldrink they gave me the cup one, bad service shem.

Friendly staff members,clean, quick service and the food is well done and very tasty..The chicken is well done,the nuggets are yummy and best best very berry crushers..

I bought the twice bt wen I get home I DNT get what I bought u must always check ur order before u go.

Poor customer service, delivery guy took more than 45 minutes to arrive only to find my drink missing and I also did not receive the receipt. They were also not apologetic about their incompetence and poor customer service

Well, I had ask for a specific order... got the 9pc family bucket and they got the order wrong. But meat must delicious and delivery lady was so friendly.

KFC Garankuwa is useless. Everytime you order your order is incorrect. If you order meal in a box they give you something different. Month end if you don't check your change you will get less R20. And if you order 21 pieces you get 19 and you only realize that when you at home. Their service is so bad. Is like they only hire people on the street to open that shop. They put a wrap in a box whereas is already in a box and meal in a box they put it in a paper bag because is not a full meal that has been advertised. It happened the 1st time they I said is a mistake but after the third time is no longer mistake is their habit

Keatlaretse here,bad customer service as the front row workers are so slow but while waiting in line you can see that the workers from the back are fast but to get your order you'll have to wait a long time .I'm not happy with the service there

Put more efforts on your meat, I rather drive to KFC van Der Walt to have a good quality KFC

I just think that they should on the method of dispatching orders because when it's loud one cannot hear when their order is being called for collection..

I'm not impressed with their online orders you only have to call in and collect you can't get delivery well I can't get delivery cause they don't have online accessibility MR D used to work well now they removed themselves on it and I live like 10 km away not far from them but online orders are not working you have to call Which is not a thing I like to do I prefer mr D

Never have I waited that long for food at a KFC. It was a disappointing experience, especially because it didn't even matter that you ordered via the kiosk.

I love the service there and the environment, the atmosphere but truly speaking the chicken is too oily 😔 I'm disappointed seriously pls make a plan about that oily oily chicken.

The meat has this rotten smell and not properly cooked, Im very furious coz I've just paid few minutes and I can't even finish the meal

The waiting time was long. Nobody was minding the que with somepeople who came later and finding us in que receiving help first . Some customers complained and got a rude response.

First experience was bad where we had to wait more than an hour because of lack of control towards queues. The drive through was perfect and fast. The lady working on the drive through was very friendly and professional. Drive through seems to be better than queuing inside.

Such a refreshing place to be at but it's always fully packed with customers Meaning you'll have to wait longer time to get your order and the sitting area it's too small I prefer drive thru

Worst service ever didn't even get what I ordered they took 1 hour 25 minutes they have attitude ,it's bad they should just close down cause they are not srs with their jobs they only one srs is the cleaner besides her it's bad shem

This place is always out of food, if it’s not meat, it’s wings or pap🚮 today we went there and the gate was literally closed, no notice whatsoever but we could see cars inside. TRASH😒💔🚮

Most of the time is closed I drive the couple times no service beside that I love their food and service
