Leriba lodge has gone bankrupt and another organisation has taken over the facility, it is not an hotel anymore. But a campus and hostel

Staff extremely friendly. You are forced to order their food at restaurant ( can't order in it's not allowed) but food tastes really bad I had a burger but it taste like it was boiled in hot water not nice at all. Their breakfast is amazing but that's about it. Their rooms look nice but the shower needs n STEAM. Overall we enjoyed our stay they just need to work on their restaurants food.

The best thing about this hotel is its atmosphere. They have created a really cozy place with beautiful gardens and spaces. The staff is normally very nice and friendly. The rooms are well equipped and with an elegant touch. There are buts too, but not dramatic ones. I would try to have a better swimming pool and improve some services like the gym. But probably its weakest point is the breakfast, although you probably have the variety you are expecting they sometimes run out of product. And by the way, the music in there is terrible (and too loud many times). So with all that, I'd recommend this place over any other to anyone that is visiting the area.

Beautiful location. Fantastic conference facilities and accommodation. Two magnificent restaurants all set amongst over 270 indigenous plants and trees.

I am a photographer and I called to find out about their prices to do photoshoots at Leriba , when they answered they said it was the wrong number. Please look into changing the phone number to the right number.

I service as a waiter, and trust me every day, I felt like I'm in a new world. Different vanues are available for any kind of conference you want to host and two restaurants for perfect meals, not forgetting the swimming pool and a spa

I have never been here, however the number on the website is not the correct number, it's my co-workers number, and we are in fruit and veg :)

The service at this establishment is unbelievably good. We had a conference, I was escorted to the venue where we were at. They fetched me at my car and helped carry everything. The food was amazing and every time I needed someone they were available without me having to run around. I didn't sleepover but my colleagues said it was top-notch. I will gladly recommend Leriba Lodge for any type of conference.

I was absolutely disappointed. I booked at the Chapters Restaurant 3 weeks ago for a birthday luncheon. I confirmed again today that our booking was in order. We arrived at 1.30pm as confirmed. The place looked good and the staff were very pleasant. We ordered cooldrinks but they then informed us they had NO FOOD. They seemingly do occasional buffet tables, but none today. Not once were we informed of this. They gave us complimentary cooldrinks and their apologies but I left there in embarrassment with my birthday guest.

We went for wine tasting and were totally ignored besides the fact that we were clearly in the middle of the room. Wine consistently ran out when we highlighted that we haven't had a glass. Once is a mistake but multiple times is uncalled for. I don't if its lack of training or the culture of the place. I bet the other people were very happy with their whole experience but not us.

Some pros, but a lot of cons. Owner is very unfriendly with staff and customer alike. The buffets are way too pricey for the quality and vatiety of foods. It does not seem that health and safety regulations standards are met, if the rat I saw running out of the kitchen speaks for anything. As for the pros, the pastries are enjoyable. In addition, the atmosphere is quite relaxing (if the owner is not around and yelling at everybody). You can get lost in the beautiful nature scene in which the lodge is situated.

Hotel is well kept and food was lovely. However, the service could be better. Towels were hard and ripped at the ends. Waiting staff take ages - I eventually walked to the bar and ordered mybown drink. Waiting staff at the breakfast area could have been more friendly as well.

Bridal shower looked dull. Don't decorate policy but gave us plain table with not even flowers. I would not recommend it. Food not great either. No center piece. Mediocre service. Nice facility but zero customer service and customer satisfaction

Wanted to visit, but heard about the vicious armed robbery that took place there recently. I'm too scared now to visit.

I didnt stay over at the lodge, however I took my mom for a breakfast on Valentines day and I was appalled! The buffet inside was COVERED in flies-I honestly saw more flies than food. I understand flies are an issue in summer but there was nothing covering the food to prevent them from sitting on it. And the waitresses were just standing around, clearly not even try to do anything about the situation either.
