My stay was very horrible and very depressing environment including the workers are not competent. They kept me in a room with a falling curtain, when you check it you get one bottle of water after then they don't give, I had to call reception all the time. If you use a lotion and is finished they don't give another one. Breakfast is a nightmare with little girls who look very new and confused and incompetent. If you order something they bring what you haven't ordered. The room was hot because is on the site where the sun is setting but the aircon not working. The telephone also not working, there is was no sticker of the reception or room service number on the phones. Premier is not a good and comfort place I can recommend to anyone. It was not like this though.

Not recommended. They don't even turn on their generator when there is a power cut. The location is not convenient and there is no commercial places around. After 10 pm they lock the main door with a chain, and you can only enter through a side gate. Carpet on the bedrooms and rooms smell like food. Poor service.

It is a very beautiful Hotel with beautiful views. They offer good room service and the management is nice. The head Chef is also a very cool guy. Santana, one of the waitress is the best. We couldn't use the pool but we enjoyed the hotel.

Everything is perfect, stuff very organised, the place is so neat and best for meetings, conferences and so…the reception we received was just exceptional

Thank u to the duty manager, Ben, who understood we had booked the wrong hotel. He quickly organized us to move closer to the clinic my wife was attending. Although the hotel is old, it was neat n clean, with large suites.

Perfect....very clean,quite,I didn't manage to go eat breakfast because I was going for interview and very anxious,room very spacious.but limited TV channels.

When we arrived for check-in, The lady that was working at the reception did not advised that we booked executive rooms so if we change rooms the standards are not the same then it became an issue that we were not happy with the rooms we were given on 4th floor. Rooms had no bar fridges, non working air conditioning, one towels and had dusty chairs. For what we had paid the level was just not matching it.Also the breakfast is the same everyday, no variety to choose from. The staff working at the bar does not know how to make a cocktail and does not know her lcohol she selling at the bar..The hotel can do better,oh clean the windows while we at it because wow they are filthy. Regards Unhappy guests 😑

Die Betten sind sehr gut und bequem. Mein Zimmer war geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und funktionsfähig. in dem Hotel habe ich mich sicher und in dem Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Abendessen und Frühstück gab es als Buffet. Das Essen war gut und das Frühstück reichhaltig.

A big shout out to Sylvia and the staff. Check-in was quick and easy. We felt so welcome!! Rooms are serviced daily and most importantly, we felt safe. They were accommodating to our needs. Thank you for an awesome week. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great hotel and great service from staff. The rooms are old, shower heads need changing and maintenance could be improved. I was given a room with a faulty aircon while the temperature was high and had to change to another which also had a leak in the bathroom plus the TV channels were not all working. The rooms are carpeted. I still wish to find a sinus friendly hotel as between the aircon and carpet I woke up with a sinus migraine.

Always feels like I'm a high ranking government official lol... I love this Hotel, very professional, clean and ironed bedding. Family room a Is nicely arranged and spacious. There is a privacy kinda wall in between so it's not really an open plan which is highly appreciated

Visited a family member during their stay, we drove in and the security just opened the gate without any form of checking in or security register even when we left When we went into the hotel, the front desk was unmanned - so no verification that we're actually visiting someone. In conclusion: the security of this place is questionable.

I don't know what they put in their pillows but I had best sleep of my life I swear

Rooms are clean and tidy! The aircon could be placed better! Easy to find but the noise coming from the guys outside in the morning so you have to keep windows closed. Overall it's a decent place.

The kitchen stuff were nice and welcoming 👌 I really enjoyed the breakfast. The problem was the lift was not working 😕

Lovely hotel and professional staff,However when we went down for breakfast the hotel staff accessed our room in our absence to collect sheets..it was before check out time,I find it invasive that they were able to enter our room without our permission..it could have been communicated beforehand that the staff is able to enter our rooms without letting us know.

The bar was only able to provide minimal stock. They barely had anything semi decent. It is understandable that businesses take time to recover, but when it comes to non spoilable items there at least should be sufficient services and stock. The general housekeeping was also a bit slow to empty ashtrays and empty containers.

Unprofessional is all I can say about this hotel. Its been a month since i made a conference reservation, of which i had to get a refund, till today im being taken from pillar to post. Even the manager cannot assit you. Worst experience ever they behave as though they running a spaza shop . 👎

I had a nice stay, rooms nice and clean. My complain comes where we went to dine in with my cousin. She stayed in hotel without having breakfast course she was leaving very early to sort out her things and there are no takeaways to take food, so her 4 days breakfast money was wasted as she did not it. She did come to eat on the 5th day of our departure, but I was not happy, I myself I do not eat all other staff like bacon, ham, russians, but I only eat eggs so I would only eat eggs when I eat. I asked for it I just did not like the attitude of the lady making eggs, its like you're bothering her when you ask eggs, no smile, worse the 5th day I went to eat with my cousin and she wanted omlette that I ate on the last day and she wanted me to share with course she was afraid to go ask for it and I went to ask for another omlette and the lady making eggs she was like "AGAIN?" I had to explain that I'm asking for my cousin. This question honestly irritated me course I felt like what would be wrong even if I was asking for myself course for breakfast I only take eggs. I guess you'll need to get another person to make omltte and eggs who smiles and who understand that we pay for breakfast when we come to eat, I don't understand her really. Above that we had booked another room with breakfast for 2 nights which could not be refunded and this lady could talk for 2 lousy eggs that I was not even asking them for myself

Their services are exceptional and they know how to treat their guests and the lady at the reservations (Sylvia) she's so friendly and welcoming. The team made our business trip worthwhile and we appreciate them

Worst hotel ever. I booked a suite there for my brother in-law, and sister as they were in Pretoria for a graduation. I thought I booked a room with free breakfast for them, only to find out after they ate breakfast that it wasn’t included in the booking. I called and spoke to a woman called Sylvia to sort out the issue, but she was very aggressive and rude to me over the phone. Customer service is very important to me, and her attitude just left a bad taste. I will never book with them again.

Restaurant service was terrible. Food was horrible. Staff had no clue and breakfast service was horrendous.

The service at Premier Hotel went beyond what is normal. It's was a pleasure to use the conference facilities and the hotel is a stone throw away from the the Union Building.

If it was not for the staff members I would have given this hotel 3 stars only. The staff members are soooooo helpful and truly they go outside of their way to help the customers. Pros: location is good, the Staff members are helpful, friendly, and careful. Parking is free and safe, checking process was very fast, nice decor. Cons: cleanliness was an issue, dirty carpets , rooms are too dark at night, restaurant needs update in the decor, pool is very small and not attractive as it is by today's date, and the check out time is at 10-11 am :( As much as I liked the service, I wouldn't go back for a celebration until the place was updated. Place is good for business travelers, for backpackers, or just tourists on a budget. However I wouldn't recommend it for leisure, getaway trips, and honeymoon.

A very calm place around Arcadia, we were attending a 40th birthday of my friend. We had a fabulous day and nice 3 course meal. The employees are very friendly, from the gate to the restaurant. I think the hotel needs to be visibly enough but all in all the service was great.

The dinning experience was good but was let down by the conference room.

the location is a problem if you are like me (cant sleep when there is loud music nearby), there is noise in the neighborhood. i am not sure if its a tavern or pub nearby. though the hotel itself was lovely

The room is nice and clean. The food is not nice at all. There is little variety and two evenings in a row we had food that tasted off.

It's a normal hotel without any outstanding things to write about. I won't dwell that much as I only came to attend the workshop only. The customer service wasn't that much good.
