Except
for
aircon
problems,
everything
else
deserves
5
stars.
The
food
was
delicious,
more
than
enough
and
tastefully
prepared.
The
kitchen
manager
was
a
star,
happy
to
accommodate
all
our
needs
and
early
schedules,
ensuring
everyone
was
fed
and
happy(
we
were
a
group
of
more
than
400
people)
They
say
first
impressions
lasts,
and
the
friendly
but
professional
reception
staff
did
give
a
lasting
good
impression.
But
the
two
people
that
made
our
stay
memorable
were
the
barman
and
kitchen
manager.

Aircon
in
room
was
not
working.
Told
housekeeping
and
reception
but
it
was
not
fixed.
Next
afternoon
complained
again
this
time
to
reception
and
maintenance.
Was
moved
to
another
room
where
the
aircon
was
working
when
we
walked
in
(very
helpful
and
friendly
staff
members,
nothing
negative
to
say
about
them).
After
I
unpacked,
housekeeping
arrived
and
inform
me
that
I
must
place
the
key
card
in
the
slot
at
the
wall
to
enable
the
lights
and
plugs
in
the
room.
Did
so,
but
to
my
horror
the
aircon
stops
working.
When
you
remove
the
key
card,
the
aircon
switch
on,
but
there
is
no
lights
or
electricity
in
the
room.π€£π€£π€£.
