The hotel is very beautiful, nice and clean. The service excellent and the food very delicious and healthy. I would like to take my family next year, the staff very friendly and professional. Thumbs up for them.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel, from the first interaction with the reception staff it was pleasant and friendly. The room was standard and had a basic setup with all the necessities. I was pleased to find when I got into the room that it was clean and smelt clean . The highlight of my stay was the excellent client experience and friendly, welcoming interaction with staff of the hotel and most importantly the kitchen. The chef at the kitchen "Margaret" was so friendly and polite and most accommodating, she made delicious chicken and mayo toasted sandwiches and put together a great breakfast pack for those early mornings . I interacted with "Sidney" the kitchen manager, he was very polite and friendly. Overall it was a pleasant stay .

The Hotel is very beautiful and the service was great, however, my partner and I were unimpressed about the cockroaches. They really put us off, and we saw that on one of the reviews someone complained about the same issue, so this means that it has not been sorted, and because of this I don't think we'll ever go back nor recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay the rooms are very clean, bedding neatly dane, walk ways are clean an quiet. The brake-fast was delicious, variety of food to choose from… the Bar is well equipped.

The service is really the star of the show at this Hotel. The staff is really excellent. They do their best to ensure that guests are comfortable and satisfied. We had breakfast and the food was good. The location of the Hotel is extremely dodgy, but once you get past what it looks like on the outside, you will be pleasantly surprised by how nice it is on the inside.

The hotel is great BUT not really kids friendly. My 3 years old can only drink juice from his bottle due to disability. A hotel stuff at the kitchen was quite rude and did object us pouring juice in his bottle . If you have a child with special needs , avoid this hotel . The whole situation made our breakfast unpleasant. I will never book this place again .

The outside is not nice at all very dull and old for a moment I thought I was lost but once you enter the inside its like a different world very very beautiful and clean, Friendly staff and security with beautiful smiles. The rooms are beautiful and very clean.

The place exceeded my expectations. First things first, it is an affordable price which also includes breakfast (a very great breakfast at that). The room was clean and nice. On top of that, it was super quiet, you'd swear you're the only one in the entire building. The staff was super friendly. I had an amazing experience.

Omg, what a terrible location 😳. I struggled 1 to find the entrance to their parking, there is no clear signage. The noise from outside was horrific 😢 made it difficult to have a good nights rest. I definitely would not make it even my third choice.

Slept here twice, I love it here, the buffet breakfast tops it all. Heish but the second visit the price changed drastically, otherwise it's a dope hotel I enjoy the stay easy access to the mall and there's a club too no need to drive or use a taxi

The people at the front reception are a little unfriendly, could improve on their politeness towards potential clients. A good attitude is important to have.

It used to be Holiday Inn express, the location used to good years back, but now it has deteriorated in such a way that it's scary to walk freely outside. The nice thing about this hotel is that it's in the building comprises of the medium size mall, you just walk to all the famous shops and restaurants. Their service is just normal and food is of acceptable standard. I didn't sleep as we were there for a meeting.

The rooms were clean and refreshing. The securities were friendly, can't mention the staff they were so calm and showed us love during our stay. Everything is just great and nice I really enjoyed, hope to go back soon. They truly know their work 🤗😊

The hotel is good, with a great location. But the service needs improvement. The carpet of my room corridor didn't have a nice smell, and the AC of my room wasn't working.

We were firstly assisted by Shaun at the reception he was so impatient with us 🤣.. however, Thuso assisted us and was so friendly throughout our stay 🙏🙂 .. The pool was clean , and the breakfast was excellent 👌 . REALLY ENJOYED MY BIRTHDAY AT RH🤩.

The worst hotel ever!! I booked online through their website, cancelled my reservation and requested for a refund. They didn’t refund me I lost a lot of money 😩😭 the receptionist there was even the worst!

The rooms can do with a little bit more deep cleaning and disinfection, especially of showes and toilets. Poor Air conditioning, noisy surroundings.

Great location and amenities. The place was very neat and quite with beautiful views of The Union Buildings. We had the best breakfast. There's a mall with direct access to the Hotel which was a plus. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Once inside there's no reason to go outside. The mall is downstairs with a spa nogal and the hotel has a pool. Every amenity within reach.

The rooms are so beautiful with city views,like the union buildings which light up beautifully at night .The national department of tourism is close by it also nearby the famous hotel and mediclinic. The service was great but upon arrival we were placed in the wrong room ,which was fixed,then our original room had no toilet paper ,no bottled drinking water like the first one,but all these things were corrected without wasting time .Their food is great everything about the hotel is beautiful,the breakfast is worth every second . whenever you are around Pretoria this is a hotel to visit .❤️

Location Put more boards outside to make it easy to locate the place because using Google maps and Waze you'd feel that you're lost . Service The service is top notch . The staff needs a raise. Give the staff a raise. Starting with entering the premises to exit they were the best. I wish I could put their names here but I forgotten them but the best. Room The room was good but not spacious. Value for money naa. The room is clean. There is only shower with hot water available 24hr. There is room service but the menu is limited. Pool There is pool right infront of the reception and Resturant. Food. The food was nice and delicious 😋. Just add more options for breakfast.

Room is Just small but conducive,wish toilet could have sound proof had to ask for an extra blanket coz there's no wardrobe 😜 I love the spectacular view by my window , it's so lovely,wl definitely keep coming here, Didn't get WiFi password 😭

We had a 1 week conference in the hotel and it was the best hospitality we have received. We have been to many hotels before but the RH Hotel was THE BEST. We were given a 5 star service by 2 ladies Neo and Gladys and my team and I have decided to use this hotel for all our upcoming conferences and want to be served by these 2 ladies only from here onwards. They were so friendly for the whole week and their energy is remarkable. They made us feel at home and we love their level of professionalism and passion for what they are doing.

It's a lovely place. The customer service is great.. Had a gliche with my bank and they were willing to help. I would recommend this place to anyone as it meets all needs.. Business or leisure.. It's geographic location is such a convenience as its literally above the mall.

A cheerful Hotel with pleasant staff and overall good comfort. Convenient to the Mall and good facilities including pool, restaurant, bar and concierge. Rooms are well designed and great value in the Sunnyside area of Pretoria.

The place is wonderful and easy to access. Rooms are clean. However the television was not working, our breakfast was mixed up. In fact if we hadn't called the reception we would have not got our morning meal.

Had a opportunity to stay at this hotel for the first time.. Upon arrival the staff is very friendly and helpful... Was assisted immediately and booking in process was smooth... Went to the room and first thing I notice was that there was no plugs to charge my cellphone... This was sorted with a phone call to the help desk and they supplied a mutliplug... The TV in the room is very small even tho they advertise it as a 32 inch... The vibe restaurant unfortunately did not have everything as advertise on the menu.. This was disappointing... Only certain drinks and certain dishes.. We eventually ordered what was advise... We ordered the steak and chips.. This was not up to standard as it was advertise as rump steak... Rump steak does not have a bone in it.. But we ate. Other thank that it was a great stay.

RH is the best hotel in Pretoria so far. Their breakfast is outstanding, safe parking 🅿 though their swimming pool is very small. Easy access from room to Sunnypark Mall I loved it. Just that we had to wait a long time for housekeeping to clean our room, we went out for breakfast and spent 2 hours outside but the room was still not cleaned. But still the hotel remains best in Pretoria

Great facilities ,and I only had a minor problem at first but I liked the way it was resolved,with no fuss at all the only issue we had was with the checking in procedure it really is lengthy but overall the hotel is clean and beautiful and the view is very nice I would definitely be visiting again

Wi-fi was slow. The bar closes early it was an inconvenience The breakfast was boring they serve you as if you a 2year old Aircon was malfunctioning It was just a disaster The only thing that was good it was the service from receptionist to maintenance the hotel is not doing justice to it's employees due to their low quality facilities.

The place was so clean, amazing service and the only thing that wasn't up to standard was the aircon in my room and it was never attended to even after I reported about it. The food was good 👌.

The service from the staff was amazing .I am a very demanding person but they were very helpful and understanding. The room service was up to the tea . The following staff members who were on duty during my stay made me feel like i am at home Slindile and Gladys .The female supervisor and the male who i think was the manager (on one particular day he wore a pink shirt ) were always happy to assist . I'm grateful to the lady that cleaned my room . The security that were on duty that treated us like VIP's . This is definitely my favorite hotel in the province will be coming back soon

Except for aircon problems, everything else deserves 5 stars. The food was delicious, more than enough and tastefully prepared. The kitchen manager was a star, happy to accommodate all our needs and early schedules, ensuring everyone was fed and happy( we were a group of more than 400 people) They say first impressions lasts, and the friendly but professional reception staff did give a lasting good impression. But the two people that made our stay memorable were the barman and kitchen manager. A job well done ✔ Keep up the good work. Aircon in room was not working. Told housekeeping and reception but it was not fixed. Next afternoon complained again this time to reception and maintenance. Was moved to another room where the aircon was working when we walked in (very helpful and friendly staff members, nothing negative to say about them). After I unpacked, housekeeping arrived and inform me that I must place the key card in the slot at the wall to enable the lights and plugs in the room. Did so, but to my horror the aircon stops working. When you remove the key card, the aircon switch on, but there is no lights or electricity in the room.🤣🤣🤣.

I actually love the bedding and room service. Great pizza, and their fish is amazing too. As for their chips and wings big no no no. Then the pic on their page is not what u find. Thats an old pic of the pool area atleast try and maintain the look and feel.

Although staff are quite friendly and helpful, the place is pretty dead. Going to have a drink at the bar is somewhat awkward as you'll be one of two or three people sitting there. They should really consider introducing some kind of attraction...perhaps a live musician or something in that line.

The food is nice. But it can be true buffet as they dish for you. Improve the conference room to include breakway rooms for the delegates.
