Location great ... attention to detail and customer service not so great. Stayed for a few days and was glad to leave . The concierge is a breathe of fresh air , score is for him. If you aren't going to be in the hotel itself, this is a great place as it's a prime location. Food menu is limited . Salmon was great , chicken was too dry.

The location was perfectly positioned in the centre of Sandton. The buffet breakfast the next day was one of the largest I've ever seen and the food was very delicious and perfectly presented. The drinks selected at the bar was also large. Lots of gin and whisky to pick from and the staff really work hard to make you happy and deliver drinks really quickly. The safety features and elevator system is also something that makes this place a delight to stay in. There's a gym on site but I never went in. The worst part of my stay were the rooms. You can hear doors banging and tend to hear what's going on in the next room.

I was absolutely blown away by the level of service and luxury. From the moment we arrived, We were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully designed, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including a stunning pool, spa, and the fitness center. The dining options were also fantastic, with a variety of delicious and high-quality food choices. Overall, my experience with my team at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

This hotel provides an excellent venue for small conferences and meetings. The view is superb, overlooking a park and the northern suburbs and business districts. The glass lifts are a tourist attraction by themselves. The buffet lunches are also recommended, with the restaurant also blessed with a great view, directly overlooking Sandton city. The poolside area is also a beautiful spot for a relaxing, also located high up in the hotel, with brilliant views. It is definitely worth spending time here.

Room is clean and linen was fresh and white. Towels are white and clean. Staff is always helpful to assist you with any queries. Location is right in the city centre. They serve good selection of breakfast. Definitely recommended.

The most fantastic Valentines experience. Our every need was taken care of and the service was world class. The food makes me salivate thinking about it now a week later. The presentation was immaculate and the combination of flavours was exceptional and complimentary. We had a fantastic evening with brilliant live entertainment. If you visit South Africa for hunt, this the hotel you want to book if you have transit, as they have freezer to keep your meat in while going/ traveling back home. Location is good and the price is O.K

What an awful experience to stay here in the middle of summer with the air con not functional throughout the hotel. Promises of how “it will be fixed tomorrow” fell short very quickly after the first night. Sweltering heat and additional failed promises of “we’ll bring a fan to your room”. Won’t be back simply because I was lied to be the staff on several occasions. The on-site restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner, and well-priced, but again ruined by the lack of air con. This is a Radisson! Why haven’t they gone out to buy fans for every room of the AC cannot be fixed in a reasonable time? Would rather stay at Hotel Sky just up the road, same price and functional; that’s actually all I wanted.

Went there for my birthday dinner, the treatment was good. I enjoyed the attention. Got a drink and desert in-house. The hotel is located nicely and the view was great. I really loved the place. The waitress by the name of Precious was good.

While the location is perfect, and the team working at the hotel are fantastic, the hotel itself is in dire need of renovations. I believe there is a new GM at the hotel and strides are being made to get the renovations and revamp going, however I had to move hotel rooms 5 times during my stay due to various reasons, including: no hot water and leaks due to the rain, which at 10pm at night and after a day of meetings, was not ideal. The rooms are very worn and there are a lot of broken items such as handles, key card holders and light switches. I am hoping that once the revamp is completed, it will be a better stay.

We had a problem with our room & were moved to 2 other rooms. The hotel manageress did call me & heard my grievance, im still awaiting a feedback. All staff are friendly & very helpful. If halaal options can be added on breakfast would be great. Hotel needs a revamp though I have changed my rating to 3 stars. Management agreed to get back to me, its 2 weeks now no call back.

It was an amazing stay. Very happy, would definitely consider coming back. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great variety, fresh food, welcoming staff. View is awesome. Took a standard double-twin room. Average sized room, clean, comfortable beds, great view. Bathroom was spacious & clean. The only bother was; upon arriving at 9 A.M. (after a 12-hour flight we were exhausted) we asked for an early check-in, we waited for 3 hours as the room wasn’t ready yet (which was ok) but then the room WAS ready! & I asked them to tell us as soon as it was, but they didn’t. We waited for an extra hour for nothing. Other than that; it was an awesome property to stay in. Highly Recommended.

Went for Christmas lunch. At reception, even though I had booked for the buffet, they tell me that there is no buffet. Waitress arrived quite promptly for the drinks order, bit that was the last time I saw the waitress. Fair spread on the starter table.. but not in keeping with expectations of a radisson blu. Had my starters, which looked better than they tasted. Went to get main meal.. fair selection of tasteless chicken, beef, lamb, and fish. Only 1 vegetarian option. Came back to the table, and the table has not been cleared. Had to eat from a corner of the table, as the table was full of the first round plates. Had to cut meat with a butter knife!.. no sharp steak knife or fish knife on offer. Went to get dessert.. poor selection on offer. 2 ice creams, a lot of merengue, some pies that tastes just as bad as they looked, chocolate brownie, which was fair tasting, and chocolate dipped strawberries. Overall, a poor effort from a name that is world famous. The experience was not terrible, but definitely far from what I expected of radisson .

We stayed in the Penthouse at The Radisson Blu Sandton Hotel. Firstly, the location is perfect and they offer a shuttle within a 5km radius, but you won't need to leacve the hotel, because all you need is right there. There is hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere and only two people are allowed in an elevator at a time. The penthouse is spacious and clean, and was santitised before our arrival. The check in waas seamless and easy. We also had massages at The View by 27 Pinkx which has a beautiful view from the jacuzzi area. The restaurant on site has a vast variety of food and a great selection of cocktails and drinks. We also enjoyed the pool area which as relaxing over looking Johannesburg. The in room dining was a treat and a must for every hotel guest. I felt like I slept in a cloud and woke up to stunning views of Johannesburg. I will definitely book another staycation there again.

Fish and chips is good, hamburger is a good option as well. But believe me, the cake selection is really good, you can pair it with a chocolate shake , they are really good!! First night I found dirty sheets had to call in and the manager came and sorted the issue, the morning after the breakfast was delicious everything was fresh. Day two I ordered the ice and had to wait for an hour for room service to bring me the ice..I phoned the room service again for them to warm my food, I was told to to go ask the chef at the restaurant. Either than that the staff is friendly I guess with the support from management they can do betters Lastly can you guys buy ropes...the whole five star without ropes

Had an enjoyable stay but there were some issues: 1. The smoke detector in the room was covered in plastic-most likely by a previous guest 2. Ordered in room breakfast- i wrote the order myself on the card provided in the room and gave it to one of the staff members the night before. They brought the wrong breakfast as well as not enough cutlery (1 set for 2 people) and no condiments. Kept being harassed by staff to pay for breakfast even though it was included in the cost of our stay (booked on bookings.com) 3. The sink in the bathroom was blocked and drained very slowly 4. Requested firm pillows before arrival, which were not provided 6. Iron in the room had a broken cable exposed 5. Requested a new iron at 11am (had a late checkout at 12) which did not arrive at all Expected so much more from a 5 star hotel

We got cappuccino for take-away. The cappuccino was bad and the tea average, both incredibly overpriced (R45 for a small, bad cappuccino!). Expected more taste at a five star hotel. So if you’re at the park and want to grab a coffee do not go there.

I mostly appreciate the restaurant staff. They are so willing to assist, they are prompt, and their service delivery is amazing. The breakfast buffet is awesome. Kudos to the chefs. I believe God will bless you for your good work.

A Hotel that made me feel at home, beautiful kind staff, welcoming, passionate and very professional. Hygiene was excellent, the conference room was beautiful smelled fresh and clean, aircon and lights worked properly, excellent sound. The coffee table was the epitome for the day. Beautiful coffee served and baked treats.

Great value for money although it would be nice if the pool and bar area had more loungers and was a bit more comfortable. Great breakfast and great location. We enjoy visiting. The spa is my favourite part. So convenient to have it right there and the treatments are great.

Excellent Rooms, view and amenities. Very spacious and comfortable. I had a bad experience with alot of the staff when it came to the parking situation. I was sent around from point to point to get my parking ticket validated with no luck and very very rude staff, eventually I just had to pay and got out. Upon return I was given a validated ticked and told to "Use this same card everytime". I thought simple enough. I struggled again as I was not given proper instruction. I went once again to the staff, who very rudely and abruptly told me that they had explained to me to use the ticket upon entrace and exiting the hotel. They belittled me and were extremely rude and even shouted at me for not following instruction that I was not properly given in the first place. He rudely grabbed my ticket, walked to get another, handed it to me and walked away. I am no child, if simple clear instructions were given, they would be followed. And on top of that to be belittled and shouted at by the rude staff was out of line. I would return to the Hotel because of the Excellent rooms, but the staff that assisted me anything but friendly.

Be aware the water coming from the water taps in the rooms is dirty to to be used in mouth wash. The 14th floor was smells. The staff are friendly.

Overall it's a pleasant stay. The location was good. It's just near to Mandela square mall. The hotel operating a free shuttle to the Mall. Check in and Check out are quick. Breakfast options were good. Gym was really good with all amenities. Almost every day I did jogging over treadmill. A very big swimming pool was also there.

Fabulous 3 night stay. Room had very nice bathroom with bath & white luxurious towels. Good size room with free drinking water & tea & coffee. Beautiful bedding. Breakfast buffet had a huge selection of hot & cold meals. Staff were extremely efficient & friendly.

Apart from being an ideal location it is managed very well. Nick who I believe is the manager is hands on. I stayed for 3 weeks and he made sure my stay was comfortable. The staff is excellent from the receptionist (Abigail), kitchen staff and the door men. Shout out to Joseph in the kitchen for making the best oatmeal porridge complete with a killer presentation 👏 😋.

Radisson Blu Hotel Sandton provides a seamless experience that seamless experience for both between business and pleasure. Their staff members are pleasant, and they provide excellent hospitality. The room I was staying in offered a stunning view of Sandton, making it possible to sit there all day without getting bored. Radisson Blu Sandton is just 7 minutes away from the magnificent Sandton City mall, a perfect place to spend your day, shopping, eating or even just having fun.

The View Spa was phenomenal. Tyra assisted me over the phone with my booking and then check in on me to confirm that arrangements were still as planned. The massages were really great only thing that we found is that since the rooms are so close connected you can hear when other room doors open while being massaged which can take you away from being relaxed but it did not happen often. The Roman bath with the view was spectacular. The spa was so professional and really gave great service. We then had drinks at the restaurant and pool of which the waiters were so helpful. I will definitely be going back.

My family had a lovely stay beautiful views, clean rooms, good breakfast. Sadly they only have 1 high chair for a child. So for families be aware of this if you have multiple toddlers, carry your own.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in a standard room. The room was very large & comfortable as compared to rooms in comparable hotel in Sandton. Room was very clean, well maintained, with an ensuite bathroom with tub, TV, wardrobe, mini bar. The staff at reception desk (especially Mr Delma) was very polite. Check in & Check out went super smooth. Breakfast had a good spread & was served fresh and delicious. The hotel is great value for money!

When I booked this hotel I looked at the reviews from other people first and I said great hotel. Unfortunately I got the opposite. Let me start with the positives. The room was clean and neat. The sheets were clean and smelled fresh. Spacious and I had a good space to work. The bathroom clean and we'll stocked up and clean towels. Unfortunately the bath tub prop didn't work and the shower had no shower head just the shower extension pipe. It still worked wonders but was weird for me. The food was great. The staff not friendly at all. You would assume if the front desk is not friendly at least the restaurant will be different. Front desk first day I was told to stand on the side give another client who came after me the attention. Then I go to the restaurant for dinner and again the waitresses gives me a menu and goes AWOL. Everyone who walked in after me is being assisted. A good 10 minutes I'm still waiting . Eventually as I was about to leave the lady walks up to me and says are you ok? And I said no. The look and attitude she gave me you would swear I shouldn't have said that. I was scared to even eat the food but I ate because I was hungry and it was now around 21:00 and since I arrived 19:30. Then I'm told you must pay for dinner, and my rate was inclusive of everything and I was told oh mam unfortunately your rate only says bed and breakfast. No dinner. I had to double check my voucher and even send it to them to show it's inclusive.Ohk. Second day I didn't even have dinner or breakfast. At check out I was told to pay a difference for the same dinner I clarified a day before. I still explain there's no limit on my rate , everything is included, the gentleman says oh there's a limit of this much for government people. Not sure what gave him the impression that I even work for government as I don't. I still explained to him and asked him to look at the voucher n he still insisted I must pay, which I did and I requested the invoice. He decided to clarify with the agency of which he was told I don't owe him and he then says oh sorry Mam. Your rate is inclusive. I was angry and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and categorizing me and putting me in a certain box of where I work? That still puzzles me, really? I mean couldn't you clarify that before I had to deal with bank charges. Then he refunds me in cash as if that's ok. Who is going to pay for the Bank charges? 😔. Not happy at all.

Sandton is not a regular Jo’burg haunt of mine. Reminds me too much of the west coast cities. But I did enjoy being a day guest at the Radisson Blu. Donned on my (only) smart suit. For an Ed tech conference. Sat on the panel. Spoke about resistance to AI. Good spot. Comfortable venue, good snacks and lunch. And the most comprehensive shoe shine kit, i have ever seen!

We stayed for one night, attending the Springboks test match. First impressions were great. Gentlemen at the front door assisted us immediately and with n smile as well as the gentlemen who assisted with the basement parking, thank you. Room was clean and everything in working condition. Check in and check out was haslle free.

Totally disappointed ☹️ - No towel in room, asking continuously in 1.5 hours, they don’t deliver but tell a lie that because guest put “do not disturb” at the door. - Awful dirty smelly pillow with stains like dry blood and unwashed for months. - no slippers in room, hotel receptionist promise delivery to room then there is not. Never met a Radisson blue this standard, should give no star😡
