This
is

hotel
with
a
3rd
class
experience
.
3rd
class
from
the
service
to
the
cleanliness
of
the
room
to
the
surrounding
sewerage
smell...The
staff
are
in
different
without
that
lovely
4
star
service
one
would
expect.
The
left
side
9fbthe
bedroom
lampshade
was
bent
and
the
light
was
not
working.
The
carpet
below
the
TV
has
two
bluish
stains.
There
were
water
marks
on
the
basin
tap
and
I
got
a
3rd
leftover
toilet
roll
from
the
previous
user.
But
worse
off...the
"bottled
"
water
is
definitely
tap
water.
You
cant'
hide
the
taste...they
even
accidentally
put
tap
still
water
in
a
sparkling
water
bottle....this
is
illegal
and
unethical.
You
can
hear
the
staff
coming
and
going
without
considering
whether
guests
are
resting
or
sleeping.Please,
please
train
the
staff
to
give
a
4
star
service,
Failing
this,
I
suggest
that
clients
look
for
a
4
star
hotel
where
they
will
pay
for
and
get
4
star
treatment.
