A really friendly hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. Food is good. Service is Professional and but not frigid. My only complaint is that late at night sound really travels up the centre of the building. Minor annoyance but with all the stone, it's an echo chamber. Recommended though. Thanks for looking after me guys (oh, and the porters are amazing!)

Absolutely amazing stay. We had such an incredible stay in the deluxe suit. Rooms were beautiful and such a great space to unwind and relax. Loved all the facilities the Towers had to offer. Food was absolutely phenomenal, delicious breakfast and great room service. All the staff went above and beyond to take care of all our needs, no matter the time. Looking forward to our next stay.

Good place that the hotel is attached with the big shopping mall. Good staff here. Only one area to concern is the electricity supply, it stops a few times in a day. For people who love to spend some time on treadmill in the gym, be careful, don't run too fast, prepare of SUDDEN STOP due to no power supply.

Wow my husband and I were so spoilt here. The staff were absolutely fantastic. The rooms Fresh and clean every day. Peaceful and relaxing. Loved the wine and snack gesture that was delivered to our room Thank you.

The rooms are neat and noise proof. This is the way a hotel room should look and feel like.

If you wanna be spoiled just take the bags and go. I wish to go there more. Food world class, penthouse my next stay.

Great service from check in, breakfast, checkout and even after stay services. Only thing that was a meh was the plugs and carpet in the room.

Stayed in a Suite with access to Club Floor. On a Saturday night at 10 PM you can no longer access the club floor for a complementary drink as they have closed. Room service is extremely slow as everything has to come from the kitchen on the ground floor until it reaches your suite on the 24th floor. We had breakfast on the club floor, and again the warm breakfast was Luke home by the time it reached us. The continental selection is very good. THE Suite itself was really outstanding.

Nice clean hotel with a good, stocked warm breakfast. Excellent staff. If you have a chance to stay at the Sandton Sun versus the Towers, I’d choose the Sun because of the vibe and the sun deck/rooftop. I’ve stayed there in the past and liked it better. You can go over there even if you are staying at the Towers. We had to stay at the Towers this time because of room availability due to a large conference for a few days. As a note, in the mornings, it takes a long time for the hot water to come on. I’d have to run the shower for at least five minutes before any hot water arose. Management should look into that.

Run down. Lobby and common areas smell like fish. Carpets and walls are stained. Sheets are stained and ripped. Visibly different treatment of guests based on race. Terrible attitude of housekeeping staff in particular. Housekeeping were throwing the pillows on the floor and then putting them back on the bed when I asked them to change stained and ripped sheets . But it’s close to the mall. I will not be removing this review. I do not recommend this overpriced, rundown has-been of a hotel again.

We were treated like royalty at Sandton Towers. As soon as we jumped out of our vehicle, staff were waiting to attend to us. Upon arrival we were treated to a welcome drink & responsive staff on the floor, who were neatly adorned in striking black suits. Staff are highly professional & accommodating! Grandeur, opulence & beauty come to mind as you feast your eyes on the interior deco. A magnificent experience, all in all.

I went to visit a guest at the hotel. A security guard followed my right to the room of my friend. I asked him to come in for coffee since he was so eager to escort me. Visitors beware. Do not visit a guest in this hotel. You are not welcome. Rather meet in Sandton city than the hotel.

Great location. Good rooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast menu is not vast and could be better. Otherwise a great experience.

I had booked airport pick up but it was a no show. 2 hours later they send a driver (yeah I know), but they more than made up for it. State of the art car, amazing and friendly driver, quick check in... and location!!! Amazing! Highly recommended

Love this hotel, treated very well. The view from my room was good, breakfast amazing. Although the architecture is old, building feels safe and everything worked in my room.
