The establishment is unkept and not worth the money they charge. It is comparable to a formula 1 motel in terms of cleanliness. Upon arrival we viewed the first room, this room had torn couches. This led us to inspect the room more. When we turned over the sheets, we found dirt all over the bedding, we looked at the floor which was uncleaned and further the shelving was falling. When discussed with the hotel manager we were sent to a second room. This room had a better looking couch but the bed was still dirty and honestly more disgusting was the showers which were moldy. This is unacceptable and very undeserving of a four star rating, please save you money and do not book with this establishment. We did not stay our nights in the rooms as we were utterly disgusting. A refund was requested however the establishments hides behinds bookings.com and has not refunding me or has attempted to speak to me about the problems we had faced. Please save your money and do not attempt to stay at this "Hotel". You rather save money and book into a motel, you would probably have a higher level of cleanliness there.

This hotel is a disaster. The carpets are filthy, the doors are broken, the water is dirty, and the food is inedible. This hotel does not deserve its rating. It is a rip-off and a health hazard. Stay away from this hotel!

Worst place ever! Our company took us there for team building, while the hotel grounds are beautiful and huge the up keep is not great. We arrived at 7am did our team building exercises and then in the afternoon proceeded to check in. When we checked in at 5pm our rooms were not ready, I get my key and to my surprise the last occupants belongings were still there. It took another hour for my room to be ready, my other colleagues waited approximately 2 hours more for their rooms. We weren’t even sure if the rooms were cleaned properly. The food was average nothing to brag about.

Booked the Luxury suite after a nice morning massage at the Spa. Spa is really amazing and worth a visit however the hotel was disappointing for the following reasons: 1. Luxury suite did not feel like luxury as the furniture was tattered and torn 2. Remote for the TV did not exist and Channels were not clear 3. The toilet dripped continuously, could hear it through the night 4. Staff at reception are not welcoming 5. Dont cater for vegetarians 6. The hotel was relatively empty when we were there (4 families at breakfast) and the staff demanded that one of the families leave because their son had pajama pants on. This was after the family had already gotten their food and was almost done eating. Pros - it is a beautiful venue. Beds were clean and comfortable. Honestly would not return to the hotel but the Spa..... most definitely.

It was noisy, the walls are porous to sound, the whole night was a nightmare with noise. The shower had only one temperature (cool) , poor water pressure. The towels were old and tattered. Our room had a visible crack on the wall. Restaurant not operating, had to eat in the bar, only 3 items on offer. No access to the pool due to a wedding that carried on beyond the time we were given. This place is dark and unwelcoming with neglected grounds. Felt like a cheap roadside lodge. Because of the location, it is difficult to get to any restaurants.

The hotel room was very spacious nd super clean.... But chairs are peeling off... Also, not happy with their breakfast!, again, we had to wait at the reception twice because the receptionist was nowhere to be found

Recently arranged to have my 21st in the board room. This was paid for and confirmed. When we got to the venue on the day , we had been informed that they moved us from the boardroom to the dungeon despite having booking months before for the board room. WiFi was terrible . Breakfast was not good and we were served sausage that had gone bad. Other than aesthetics on the outside, nothing good came out of my experience here. Disappointed.

Truly beautiful hotel set in a private area. Beautiful views, great pool, has a bath and shower in rooms. Amazing, spacious rooms with tea making facilities. Quiet environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Truly enjoyed my stay. Great food and cute bar in the hotel. Issues noted were the power outages but there is a generator at the hotel, and the air-con in our room had no remote so it was a bit of a nightmare having to switch it on/off from where it is mounted. But I would recommend this place to EVERYONE. I enjoyed my stay here. It is a great getaway venue. Very hot area.

The spa is excellent. Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Great service and the massages are heavenly. The hotel is disappointing. The room we have is run down. Clean but tired. Room is quite spacious but the floors and chairs are peeling. Not happy considering the price we paid.

The place is beautiful and has lots of potential however the experience from checking in was not as good. When we got there the receptionist was not there, we had to wait for a few minutes for him to come and check us in. The room looked beautiful but how do you use a double bed fitted sheet to cover a queen bed size? 🙄 The breakfast looks nothing like what we saw in the pictures on your website. Was so shocked to be told that there's not even an omelette or scrambled eggs😒. We were given pre fried sunny side up eggs, beans, sausage and bacon... The rest of the stuff showed on the website is not there. The only cereals that were there were rice crispies, corn flakes and a danone😂. I can go on and on but let me just leave it here.

This place have the best spa treatments and you get out of there refreshed.

Our menu was confirmed and payed for 2 weeks in advanced, but we didn't get what we ordered and the service was terrible. Very disappointing.

I loved the entrance very dramatic, you can see that it's well kept. The spa was phenomenal !!! However the food that was served was not good at all the veggie option was clearly frozen mix veg which is disappointing the food is not up to standard. Service was mediocre.

The phone in my room was not working. Day one of conferencing had lighting issues and on the last night my bathroom lights were gone. Overall the service was excellent.

Did not enjoy my time there; breakfast was horrible, they make arrangements without telling all of their guest, we were even double discharged and now it’s a mission and half to get our money back.

Venue is amazing, with flowing greens and trees. Ideal wedding venue. Rooms are adequate and bigger than the average chain hotel. The big let down was the mediocre food. Great venue but get your own private catering.

The rooms offer great space. The tourism business will recover and should improve service.
