I personally will not call this a Guesthouse but a very nice boutique hotel. Staff is excellent and customer service is their number 1 concern. Thank you to Erica, Joy and Evernice you ladies are rock starts 🌟 Rooms are nicely set up. Thank you for truly making this a romantic weekend not to be forgotten. We will definitely be back again and will recommend this little gem to all we know.

Incredible piece of heaven you'd never guess what's inside until you step through the doors! Irene as spa massage therapist was absolutely incredible. Staff, decor, rooms amazing. Sadly with load shedding the gennie was rather load outside our window.

It's a beautiful place. Relaxing environment. Chilled ambience. However the rooms aren't up to standard. Especially not the bathrooms. The bathrooms need serious upgrading.

The staff is always available to assist, they always have smiles on their faces which also brightens up your day ✨ it is a wonderful place for couples as the set up is romantic. The place has exceeded our expectations with its beauty. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Oh my word, the absolute best!!! Stunning. We stayed at the presidential suite (Bahamas) and I can't fault anything: gorgeous room, fresh clean towels, perfect water temperature all the time, aircon, back up generator for loadshedding, fully stocked bar fridge with water and assorted beverages in case you didn't bring your own, beautiful heated pool that you can use anytime (provided you are mindful of other guests) , big clean jaccuzi, nice balcony area, complimentary coffee station, hair dryers and irons provided, ample amount of plugs for your devices, full refillable shower gels and hand lotions. Their staff is also just as awesome and lovely, our host was Rose and she was such a darling, she would even make sure to provide extra towels when we get out of the pool and was always joking around. Lastly the location is perfect, It's nice and private but is just 8 minutes away from Cableway and 2 minutes from a shopping plazza and fast food restaurants.

Myself and my daughter stayed there for 2 nights and we can honestly not fault the place. The decor, rooms and the excellent staff made us feel as if we were on a secluded island. The service was great, the massages even better and we just loved every moment of our stay. Keep it up! We will see you soon!

Definitely a 5/5 the staff is FRIENDLY (except the massage lady, but I guess it was the day that she was not interested in work). The scenery is AMAZING & well kept, like I can go on but you need to experience it yourself. The prices are reasonable especially for what you getting. Definitely going again! This kind of service you will get in Cape Town

Great spot to go on a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of Johannesburg. Friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms for an out of town stay. Highly highly recommend. We booked 2 different room types due to availability but I preferred the superior suite as it had a more modern shower compared to the standard suite.

It's a great place for a short-term stay. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The beach concept is good. The rooms need a little bit of TLC. The toilet door was broken or loose, and the shower drain blocks a little. The bed was not that comfortable as it's a bit noisy whenever one turns or something. The breakfast is not too bad except for the grated cheese. It might be cost saving, but it makes one wonder if it's fresh 🤔? DSTV channels are restricted or limited. If channels like 135, 157 can be added at least. Soccer channels are great. Otherwise, it's a beautiful place.

The guesthouse is beautiful, modern and the location for exploring Hartebeespoort Dam and surroundings excellent. However although there are signs stating that other guests must be taken into consideration, the noise coming from the swimmin-pool area is unacceptable The 2 ladies in the Pool this afternoon have no respect for anybody else and the 2 staff members on duty just ignored a kind request to ask for a lower if their voices and screams. A pity as I would like to bring my guests here, but the noise at top of their voices, is really unpleasant. Having been a guesthouse manager myself, I realize they are on holiday and want to enjoy themselves, but there are limits to the amount of noise you make .

We used to stay over at Club Cocomo all the time. The service, vibe, food and rooms used to be incredible. Unfortunately, we have noticed that the quality has been dropping during our last few visits, and this last visit was the final nail in the coffin. There are too many issues to list here, but when I confronted the owner about the issues, he simply explained that they are effectively bankrupt and in the process of selling the business. At first, Johan (the owner) was swearing at me and telling me to **** off for complaining, and then turned around to apologize and blamed it on the stress the business has put him under. He is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to both his staff and clients, and clearly the reason for this failing business. There were contractors everywhere to do their complaince certificates. One even casually walked into our room while my wife was getting dressed. There was no water, no electricity, no generator, no airconditioner, no tiki bar and no service, and the list unfortunately goes on. This place should not have been open for reservations during this period, and the owner refused to refund us as well. EDIT: the owner's response to this review is a clear demonstration of the kind of person you will be supporting.

A very nice place to unwind and relax. The staff was amazing, they were all very friendly and welcoming. The room I booked had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi and was so awesome, looks exactly the same from the pictures on the website except the lime couch, it had plenty of stains but otherwise everything seemed peacefully nice and the breakfast was delicious aswell.

Just wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed the chilled atmosphere around the heated pool. The friendly staff went out of their way to make every experience perfect. Can't wait to go back...

We stayed in the Bahamas room for 2 nights. The room was clean with an amazing view of the sunset. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a delicious breakfast the first morning, but the staff were scrubbing and cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast time the second morning, so we decided to have breakfast somewhere else.

Our 2nd time going to Cocomo and I should say...the staff is very friendly especially Happy, that girl can get anything done in a snap. The rooms were very clean and I guess I'll keep staying there as long as I'm in Harties.

This is such a lovely and peaceful place for a getaway . The location is quite central to popular activities on Harties. They only serve breakfast but you can order from nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner.The spa was amazing,the staff is extremely friendly and helpful ,I was super impressed with them, they put in so much effort into giving you a comfortable stay and are so kind and respectful . I would recommend this place to anyone ,it's beautiful.

On the 02/09/2021, 4 of our friends make use of the restaurant for breakfast, when we booked we informed Tania that there was a birthday girl among us. On the arrival we were taken to our table what a surprise, it was beautiful decorated in green and white. The food was supreme and delicious, Tania and her team make the birthday girl feel special, Thank you so much Tania we will certainly come back. T

Staff is wonderfull. Rooms are stunning. Edit: If owners could review the restaurant menu, it would make this a 5 star experience. The finger snacks available were welcome on the first night after a long week, but by the second night we were hoping for fresh options. A rump steak. Some fresh fruit perhaps. Even a Hawaiian pizza. Cold meats, cheese or biltong platter. The cocktail menu needs no help hehe. That covers a full 2 pages of the menu.

This I a very nice place to be, very quiet and relaxing, The Spa is excellent , I loved it more than anything else. The staff is very friendly. The room was lovely with a jacuzziI would love to come back again.

I'm not going to mention what went wrong on our stay at Cocomo simply because it doesn't matter. What does matter is the way the situation was dealt with by each and every staff member. I'm also not one to leave reviews however I felt on this occasion it was my duty. From the soft and gentle expertise of the owner one can instantly understand why all the staff are peoples people. I don't say this lightly as a frequent traveler; if you enjoy 5 star resort service and a spotlessly clean vacation experience then this is the place for you. Special thanks to Rose, what a gem! We will see you and the Cocomo family soon again.

Where do i even start. 10/5 is what il give this place. A perfect peaceful getaway! The staff were super friendly, and the room was very clean. Big props to the owner as they have successfully brought the beach to Harties. Reasonable prices for accommodation/food and drinks. A shout out to Evernice who lived up to her name and took really good care of us. I cant wait to go back!

The Guesthouse is beautiful, have an island feel and look. The staff are friendly and courteous. They however do not serve lunch and supper, but there's plenty of food shops and restaurants in the vicinity and delivery.

This place is such a gem!! The staff is incredible and hard working .. we stayed in the Seychelles room my only fault i could find is it was not cleaned properly found previous guests stuff still in cupboards and bottels behind the bed side tables.. but overall was amazing and i will be back 👍

Booked a 5-hour spa package for my partner and I. Had a warm welcome come in and enjoyed the full body massage. The place is lovely and serene. The Mani, Pedi and Facial was not great value for money. A light lunch is also included in our package, and we thought we’d have a choice but were given a small platter with lots of pork products, and my partner is allergic to pork. I’m not a big meat eater but had to eat all the pork stuff so that my partner can eat the potato wedges and fishy things. No one asked for our dietary preferences or specified the set meal beforehand. The package also included water, tea and coffee but we were never offered any of this. At the end of our treatments we asked for some water and waited 10min for it before deciding to leave without having any water. Mediocre experience, three stars for vibes, won’t be back.
