I am honestly very disappointed by the kind of service I got today. As Im typing this, it's been an hour since I've placed an order and I'm still waiting for food. I haven't even received complimentary snacks in the mean time. This is absolutely low class for such an esteemed hotel!! Please improve

I was Here from Sunday 13 March Until the 18th.From Receptionist,Room Service,Restaurant,Bar..The Customer Service,Cleaniness,Friendliness from the Waiters/Waitress they know how to interact with Customers.Smile from your Staff,good People please Visit Burgers Park Hotel their service is On the other Level👌😚Oh I forgot to Mention the Food😋Please share the custard receip 🙈

Sierra Burgers Park Hotel is beautiful 😍😍 The outside colour lights are mesmerizing, the furniture and the decor in the waiting area is absolutely stunning. The staff at the reception were very polite and patient, immaculately dressed and the area is sparkling clean with sanitizing and temperature checks conducted 💃💃💃. The corridors are clean and noise free. The room was clean with pure white bedding 😊😊 it really does give you that getaway feel, it was so neat and cosy👏👏. The rooms have TVs with Dstv, channel 161 to be precise 😜😜 so it's home away from home. I also liked the small file that had all the information about the hotel, the room, the food menu, TV channels and so forth. The parking fee was very reasonable for an overnight stay. All in all I am happy about my stay and I would do it again. ❤❤

Was there for a work conference and it was great! The service was quite impressive and so were the treats provided during tea. The food served at lunch wasn't to good though. But an overall good experience.

Terrible guest parking. Entrance to parking is shameful, exit from hotel parking is a heart pumping exercise. Would i recommend it. Maybe No

I spent a great overnighter at this well known hotel. The reception on arrival was perfect and they were able to put new on the same floor as my work colleagues. The place was spotless and we shared a splendid breakfast. I enjoyed walking through the hotel and looking at the most interestingly designed decor. The only disadvantage was that I had no car, hence, due to the area, they advised me not safe to walk to the shop. Other that that, I would use it again!!!

Lovely place, wonderful and friendly staff--would love to see more vegetarian options on the menu.

Went to Burgerspark Hotel for a meeting. What a lovely surprise! Old world hotel, beautifully maintained in Pretoria.

The Location is good. I cant say much about the place.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Rooms are big, comfortable. I had some issues with shower but the friendly and helpful staff quickly resolved the issue. The on site restaurant offers a wide range of moderately priced delicious dishes. Nice grounds with a pool. There is also a small but well stocked complimentary gym.

I like the ambience of the hotel! There has never been a shortage of staff to attend to your needs. Everyone is on his/her post. Managers are visible from every point. The staff is friendly and very professional. Prices are manageable. But you will like to spend some of your time in the Diplomat Bar and quench your thirst

The place is very clean. The food very delicious and The staff members very very proffessional, friendly, respectful and always neatly dressed and very much presentable. They all know their respective jobs. It's the best hotel and will always book at this place whenever I'm required to stay at a hotel. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Sierra Burgers Park Hotel is my first choice of stay whenever I visit Pretoria. Its close proximity to all places of interest makes it even more appealing. The warmth with which the staff receives you is awesome. The food, the clean rooms as well the the gym area will make you come back again and again. It is so serene.

Loved loved loved everything. The staff was always polite and went the extra mile every time. It's located in a busy area but it is so peaceful once you are in the property. Great food and generous portions. The place was spotless! Lovely artwork through out the hotel as well. Really enjoyed my stay

It's just a normal hotel with outdated facilities in the rooms, but the staff is amazing with good humor

The bathroom fan wasn't working. The basin prop couldn't keep the water in the basin.. They use an old Aircon which wasn't also of any help.. it was so hot in that room.. Please service your rooms.. I'm not happy at all.
