I didnt sleep in so i don't know inside rooms but their restaurant is great

This hotel is centrally located in Pretoria CBD. Check-in was quick and effortless, the front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The room itself was clean and spacious. The bed, bedding and pillows were all clean. The amenities in the room (TV, aircon, kettle etc) worked perfectly well. The wifi was fast enough to have zoom meetings without any problems. The bathroom was equally clean and so were the towels. I think the only thing that didn't tickle my fancy were the carpets especially in the corridor on the second floor. Those have unsightly stains which require serious cleaning. All in all l had a pleasant two day stay.

A great service there,try them and you won't regret and of'course affordable.

Hotel is clean. Easily accessible. Friendly reception Food is good and up to standard Rooms are upto standard The only thing I was not happy with is the bathroom standard. They still use the olden bath tubs, the bath tubs are getting old that they are developing the black mould around them, and they have some yellowish stubborn stains,so you might even think that someone just used the tub and didn't clean it properly. The toilet and basin is the same.

We had a time on the 20 Aug 22,the staff were so friendly bhuti Salis made sure everything is in place, the chefs were on it, delicious lamb stew cheers to the chefs although our menu was kind of mixed up instead of dumbling it was pap,. To Salis.... With good service

Because of the odor from the dried up water channel, the hotel uses an exceptionally strong air freshener at reception- gives you a headache as you walk in. The odor also gets into the rooms. The carpets aren’t the best idea, a few no carpet rooms for those with allergies will do. I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past 6years and there has been improvements however the smells management still needs work. The receptionist I told about the strong air freshener says: no ma’am, there is nothing wrong with our air freshener. It should be your mask- I couldn’t understand such level of reasoning… the gentlemen was more understanding and open minded.

Okay hotel, pity I did not book a room but I am quite certain I would hqve been dissatisfied. The public bathrooms (gents) are the biggest disappointment, they look clean but smell terrible the soap and lotion filled with residue and so are the taps. They smell like shebeen toilets. The urinal mats look very old they have lost their scent. Upon return this morning, the bin in the meeting room was not emptied yet the room was set up. The tea amenities were clearly not refilled as there was no green tea today as was yesterday. The restaurant was overbooked for lunch and we had to find our own places to sit and look for cutlery. Today nje was just worst. I mean they need to maintain a standard. If I have a meeting there and I am shown where to sit for lunch today, I expect the same tomorrow when I return. I am actually not surprised, the location of this area is not a classy area. I just don't think I would build a hotel there but then again I'm probably not as business minded.

Mmmm... had to call the hotel ( via google because no directory in room) to get other the guests to quiet down at 3h30 in the morning. No hot water in the shower 🤔 first and last time here. The bar tender made lovely cocktails.

We slept in room that the roof in the bathroom was liking, and I'm sure the receptionist knew very well about that, he took advantage that we were 2young women and even asked if it was the first we book. I was no impressed at all, we couldn't bath properly cause the bathroom was a pool of water on the floor,

Staff Friendly,from Reception,to Bellhops,Met Emily and William at reception, what pleasure,Friendly,Great Human Relations,Helpful,Emily,answered the phone,while i was the reception,Emily was incredible on the phone to the customer,William brought the a bag trolley,had all items on trolley quickly and efficiently with a smile,five stars 🌟 to Emily and William.What a pleasure walking into the front sliding doors.

My stay was not at the standard i expected although the staff tried hard to make my stay comfortable. I experienced problems in the following: 1. WI-FI - no signal at the first floor 2. Public Toilets - have a terrible smell 3. Food - the food was good with a good variety 4. Staff Service - the staff were excellent, helpful, friendly, professional and humble. 5. The Bathroom - was not clean with molds and ill equiped with few towels. 6. My room was equipped with dated furniture. 7. My bed was comfortable but loose so it made noises when changed sides. 8. The room phones were not working properly. .

Terrible accommodation, booked into room where there was someone already booked. Moved to room where air con was not working although technician was sent it still didn't work. Cold water in mornings poor wifi. Overbooked with children resulting in constant noise and children knocking on door at 4 in morning. Terrible experience

The staff is always friendly. They don't have moods. They cook nice food as well. I can't wait to come back to Pretoria again coz this place is a home away from home. The security is tops. Keep up the good work. God bless✌

The place has a great view with a pool facility on site. Unfortunately, swimming is not my favorite activity, but the view is awesome!

With rooms old furniture, room service phones do not work, plug do not work, air-conditioning remote do not work, I had to use my personal phone to call the reception, we had to struggle with iron because there was none on our suite, had to look for cleaning ladies to ask one coz when you call the reception they ignore.The smell on the second floor passage yeer.....Romentic Turndown it's waste of money, they do useless stuff come to think that I added balloons only to get 6 balloons for adding 100r on the turndown service..worst stay ever, never going back there again.lucky I even gave 1star yeeer...worst stay ever in my life..

As I was excited to visit the hotel but everything was ruined after all the delay made at the hotel. I booked a long time and paid yet wen I got to the hotel my room wasn't ready, I kindly requested an early check-in (12:00) yet I was only checked in at 16:40😭, had to do a surprise romantic room for my partner for his birthday but it all never happened due to the delay. Now when we ask wat will be our check out time as we where delayed this much and there's nothing offered as compansation for all this delay and we coming from far😭💔. I'm really really really disappointed. Can the management plz kindly do sumthng about all this because it's really really unfair. Now all our plans are cancelled and its ohk with the hotel... I'm disappointed and couldn't wait for the following morning to leave the place 🤦🤦

Staff are so friendly and helpful, conference rooms are clean, service is so outstanding, toilets are clean, food is nice but there isn’t a lot of variety to choose from, disability friendly. I’ll pay a visit again.

The rooms are nice, spacious and modern, the pool was 👌🏾(they allowed us to use past time allocated) staff were good as well

We had training in one of their training/conference rooms unfortunately the aircon wasn't working. It was dripping water but they did bring us 2 fans.

Lifts weren't working, had to lift heavy luggage to 3rd floor with no assistance, limited parking space. There is no hot water in the morning. Air conditioning was not working. It was freezing cold in my room.

The hotel is very clean ant the service was the best. I will definitely visit again

It was a beautiful clean room... Now the problem I experienced before being moved to the second room is that the aircon was not working in the first room. Okay we were moved to the second room..... The second rooms bathtub/shower "MIXER" was not working until we tried several times..... The place needs serious maintenance when it comes to shower mixers and checkings of aircons. Overall beautiful clean room.

The stay at the hotel was very nice and I was very excited to see that I had a good time and the treatment was professional. During my stay at the hotel all COVID 19 REGULATIONS were followed to the latter. Food was nicely, clean and served professionally as well. Thank you to Anew staff for their hospitality.

No internet connection even though they advertise free wi-fi. No DSTV channels or Mnet movie channels. Restaurant cant even prepare a burger as they dont have the ingredients.

The bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned for a long time I had to take showers with my sandals on. The rooms as a whole need major renovations. My safe's battery died and it took them forever to come help me get my items out of the safe. The dinner options are very minimum, I literally had only 3 options to choose from. Breakfast is not a buffet. Coffee was not included in the breakfast menu, I had to pay for that separately, which I find ridiculous.

I have been to Villa and Holiday inn and the experience there was amazing. OMG this one they dont tell you about their rules nor specify on line. Everything was a disaster. Their taps are leaking omg.Atleast their staff are friendly.

It was very nice, the rooms are big enough, clean 👌 u can relax. The as a whole is BEAUTIFUL.

The food was tasty for me especially the dessert I have a sweet tooth the training was excellent
