We had the worst treatment from the hotel management. Reacting to a misunderstanding which involved a third party, she instructed maintenance to change locks without our knowledge thus inconveniencing us. Her arrogant behavior or attitude is out of this world and she's not even apologetic about that...what a bad experience during a Passover conference!!!

Affordable apartments Neat and will stay there again.

This place needs new management or something- furniture is old, no house keeping DURING THE WEEKEND!!!, tea, coffee and sugar was not enough, our apartment was not clean upon arrival- and we checked in at 16h00. No one came to check if the towels are clean. The pool was dirty for the 3 days we stayed. appliances need replacement. No dish swaps and dish washing liquid - so if you're staying longer it meant we had to stay in a dirty place. No answer when you call reception! I didn't enjoy my stay camping in the bushes would have been better! Not GREAT PLACE AT ALL.

Good area good furniture and decor but visibly dirty. Broken door and oven. Shower head clogging and not spaying nicely. Bedding needs changed has holes in it.

Dirty and smelly, I booked through Agoda and stayed in apartment no. 15. The walls were not clean, there was a weird smell. Carpets in the room were also not clean. Chairs and table were not sanitized. I checked in and an hour later checked out...money wasted!

We where welcomed in such a pleasant way! Every staff member smiled at us, greeting us friendly, even if I wasn't looking! I enjoyed their helpfulness! The rooms itself are spacious for us 4 people, we even have a coffee machine! I'm very impressed and will definitely return next year to enjoy this view!!!!

Very nice outdoor area. Neat grass, wonderful seating areas and a great pool. The place is however not very classy. Too crammed up, balconies are one liners. Tv's are old and small. The furnishings don't resemble luxury. A bit exaggerated. However, it has secure parking, great staff and a wonderful concierge service.

The apartment is great for big group's accommodation. It's clean, the pool area is wonderful. Security is tight and friendly. Some rooms may do with a bit of improvement in terms of curtailing and flooring

Good overall experience, nice and large apartments with 2 rooms and a balcony enough for a family or a group of friends our for a fun weekend. The pool deck is beautiful and well kept, with a couple full on braai stations, a nice fireplace area and many good spots to relax and have a smoke. A nice spot to watch a beautiful South African Gauteng sunset. Feels pretty safe, which is very important in Joburg. Underground garage was great and easy to navigate.

A comfortable stay - nicely furnished. The receptionist was very helpful and kind in dealing with our requests. There is quite a bit of traffic noise late at night and in the early morning.
