For the price you can't really expect more. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. All that was wrong was there was no milk or milk powder for coffee and the kettle was on the floor. Also quite odd is the green bar of soap in the shower. Other than that the house is relatively clean but not very well maintained. Staff are also not the friendliest of folk.

had a great stay at this guest house. the staff was super friendly and accomodating. it was such a shame I stayed only one night. beautiful place indeed.

Disgusting and dirty! Windows, shower dirty , bathtub had a big spider in it. Insects crawling everywhere. We had to go ask for Doom. Closet had no handles. I was so uncomfortable I slept in my clothes. Pity we got there late so couldn’t make other arrangements. Ruined my weekend get away. Had to cancel the rest of the reservation.

The only nice thing there is the bed, the furniture is old, there is no heater in the rooms and no electric blanket. The sheets aren’t spotless clean, the towels are beyond old and disgusting. The tap in the bathtub was leaking water. No fridge in the room nor glasses or tea or coffee.The staff isn’t friendly, they look dodgy. The location is great.

They hv their address wrong....they should correct it...staff good but a lot of work still to be done on the unit and surrounds

No Aircons in the rooms, no Fridges, no kettles and teas, no microwaves in the room

There service is very poor, Apart from being a guest there are people staying there who making lots of noise, No professionalism. We booked for 2 days they don't clean the room had to ask for the mop to clean my room. I can never recommend this place to anyone, those Zimbabwean they don't know about good customer service.

Poor service from the receptionist, the place is not what it looks like in the pictures. The pool was not clean and the rooms were small but costly. Overall I didn't enjoy my stay at the place.

Place was clean and neat and staff was friendly. However it seems the management of it is left to young inexperienced people. I had to ask... "Please bring me a kettle." "Where are the towels you took? " "Where is the cup and sourcer you took to wash?" Answers were very friendly and they saw to the issues quickly. Young people just need a bit of guidance.

The place is dirty The pictures on internet are false advertisement The stuff is unprofessional,Ignorant and rude They make noise like they’re in club The gate it doesn’t work you might stuck outside cause sometimes the phone goes in voicemail They don’t have plan b when lt comes to load shedding you’ll stay in dark till it comes back The room l was in it was smelling,you’ll stay up to 7 days without getting room service You need to becareful when you use toilet otherwise you might get infection

The beautiful pictures you see are misleading as they are not a true reflection of what you will find when you get there. This is a misrepresentation. The rooms are smelly and disgusting. The bedding, towels, toilets and everything about this guest house is a total shocker. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was told to go jump. I paid, stayed for less than 10 minutes and left as I couldn’t bring myself to sleep in such a dump.

The experience here was so bad, we booked online when we got there our room was not ready and it seemed like they knew nothing about our booking, we had to wait about 30minutes for them to prepare the room. The room was dirty still, the towels were dirty, the pool is dirty and the service is just bad. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Dirty dirty dirty, the staff are very rude and very unprofessional, you have to ask for towels and when you get them they are dirty . If you book there please lock your doors as staff tends to enter your room without notice. Please watch out for extortion as some of the staff will want extra money from you aside from the money you paid for the room. If I could give this place zero star I would for the experience.

Place need to be renovated, walls need plastering. The floor tiles are too dark thus dirt easy to hide. Common Kitchen not tidy, fridge dirty inside. No airco in my room, no bar fridge, had tea cups but no kettle nor coffee satches. Electricity sockets coming off the wall. Bathroom glass sink not clean, had watermarks. Dusty furniture. No carpet besides the bed, nor any in the bathroom. Need to buy new linens as they had holes in them. Staff need to be more professional about cleanliness. The pool looked cloudy and not as blue as in the photos, so I opted not to swim even if it was very hot and the outside seats were dirty and worn. Better COVID Protocol need to be adhered to as staff had no masks on. No breakfast or supper as one had to buy out. The place is beautiful but could look better with fresh paint and renovations. Great wi-fi. Need DSTV channel though.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I would not recommend this guest house to anyone. The rooms are dirty, the floors are dirty, the walls are dirty, the shower is dirty, the bedding was dirty, it is very noisy and the staff are not trained according to 3 star standards. I was at the guest house for 2 hours and then decided to book a different guesthouse nearby.

If You are looking for a Nice place to relax and have fun then this place is the best. This is the WORST guesthouse I have ever experienced. The staff are rude and hostile they do not know any customer service what so ever. The rooms are dirty with stained sheets, dirty towels, showers not working, dirty floors and walls. There is funny smell and you have to wait forever for the men at the front desk to do anything. I am investigating how this property can actually be reported. Incredibly unsafe.
