Don't waste your money going here, the owners and their staff aren't honest at all, bathroom has no hot water, basin taps not working, rooms are very very dirty, with unwashed towels, no tissues in toilet nd no mirrors. The place isn't safe at all they are lot of guys moving around, rooms don't lock. Braai stands not cleaned are left with ashes. Bad service from staff with bad attitude, they'll make you pay a room that isn't on standard, when you swap they add R50 on top. Before you consider this bad guesthouse read my review. I slept there on the 26/09/2023. Do not go, you'll regret like I did.

The reception area is beautiful because of the pool in the front but the appearance of back rooms needs improvement. The kitchen was very filthy and when I checked for a pan because I wanted to make sunny-side eggs I discovered a burnt silver pan that had dead cockroaches on it. My biggest problem was cockroaches in the room aswell, the remote of the TV was not working and when I checked the batteries they were bitten, the toilet cistern had a problem of running water and the shower was leaking water out to the room. The pool area is beautiful but the flank flooring needs maintenance (more especially next to pull pump) asap because someone is bound to get injured. The staff is super friendly and they ensure that everything you need you get. I give the staff 10/10 but the room and the kitchen area 03/10. This is not an attack at all but I think if they can do better in this regard that place would the super to visit.

Shocking, the place is not what you see on the photos. The showers were broken, no cold water in some rooms (only hot water), bedding was old and dirty, sinks were dirty. The kitchen was a mess!!!!!! Towels are old & torn. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone travelling with family or for pleasure.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! don’t be fooled by pictures. 1stly there was noise going on the whole night, we barely slept I tell you, it was like people were partying and drinking right at our door steps. There was no soap, shower gel or body lotion. There was no remote and there was literally half a toilet paper left. The rooms smell horrible, there’s no hot water and there’s only droplets coming out, we didn’t bath in the morning... What a nightmare of a place, very terrifying, I will never set my foot back there again!! I don’t recommend it to anyone shame.

Firstly the address when booking is not the same as the actual guest house location. Secondly the toilets do not flush, there is no hot water on the showers. Thirdly The reception staff is really unprofessional, they are just kids who don't know what they are doing.

In our emergency need of a place to sleep after we had a bad experience from a previous guesthouse booking done for the night, we phoned over 10 guesthouse's and went to 2 (that was horrible) and then the most friendliest lady answered the phone and helped us at 23h30. When we arrived we where welcomed at the front desk with friendly staff who even borrowed us his only charger as we have forgotten our suitcase at home. He walked us to our room and when he opened our door it was a beautiful room, clean and had the most amazing white winter's duvet on with some rose pedals. The staff member checked our room, our tv and switched on our air-condition to warm up our room. We slept like kings on that bed. They even let us sleep in after check out time because we arrived so late. With our departure the lady whom is the owner as well came to greet us with a friendly smile. We whould most definitely make use of Tshedza guest house in the future for its kind hearted people, beautiful rooms and its so affordable I would've thought that it will be more considering what amazing service and experience we received. Thank you for everything, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Its a Scam Two reception Ladies made me pay for a room they knew very well had No Lights, No aircon , TV Doesn't work, Water is Cold, The room has a Cigarette smell I even saw a spider in the morning on the bed Lord if I had seen it before I wouldn't have slept there. These people when I was paying they assured me that the TV was working . They make you sign a terms and condition form so that you cannot have powers to ask for a refund. If you want to stay here make sure you test everything in the room before paying. Its the worse.

Cold water, tv was not working there's no air fresher and tissue in the toilet and the kitchen is dirty is not suitable for custmer especially when comes to hygiene and also no towels. Good reception with gòod customers service

You will be wasting time, to go and book there. The place doesn't deserves our money. They need to fumigate the place, they need to clean the place thoroughly, get rid of all the sheets, and get new doors, get aircons serviced, with new aircon filters, you cannot just regas without servicing the aircon, im a South African not a xenophobic person, but you are not respecting us in terms of prices that you charge for a filthy place like that, i wonder if City of Tshwane is aware of that illegal structure as it looks bad. The other i got a bad that was used by someone few min ago and the person was heavily smoking. Surely it is those who come during the day. You can't be looking for money but not taking care of your customers. It is not about having sex only, there are people who get hooked by your pictures, but on arrival it is something different. Seriously disappointed and im working for City FYI

I was very fuming as I came here to write what I've i saw at this guest house but seeing other comments here I see am not a 1st. Damn this needs to checked there is no way that people can pay for this disgusting 🤢 place.. I wish there was an option to upload pictures. There was blood spot on the sheets and the bed. Room are filthy disgusting. Sheets are torn.. This place is for pigs.. It's horrible

Just below UNISA... most affordable guesthouse with a good touch of excellence.. I just loved their prices for a day rest. If you are working on a tight budget.. give them a try.. If you plan on a long stay around pretoria, you can bargain with them and your bedding will be changed every day.. Quite pocket friendly

Horrible experience. Rooms are small, there's no hot water, dirty linen and they refused to give me a towel because they where "still wet" They even threw some of our stuff in the dustbin

The place is not the most cleanest and neatest. Some rooms a very small but clean, they could improve. Other than that it's okay.

Worst guest house ever. I so wish I could use vulgar language. There are no mirrors in bathrooms, no towel rails, no toilet paper rail. No space. Friends play loud music.

Bad security. Laptops and other items got stolen and stuff couldn't assist a d hadn't noticed anything. Security footages couldn't be accessed. Stuff didn't know the duration of our stay

This place is a joke... terrible its understatement... midnight there is noice the rooms are tiny... selling wrong ideas with pictures u get hereits the opposite... never ever visit here again.

Not a good one, the room had no hot water, no cups, no plates, the rooms are too small and the worst was the noise from other tenants and they couldn't even keep order, so dissapointed.

It's a nice place to chill with family and friends... The pool is so clean and the parking for the cars... The workers here are friendly

Was a very simpl instant over- night counter booking. Saved me from traveling a distance. The attendant was a fine cool lady, she did well. Even helped order some food for me as my phone was down on battery. In all, I'm happy eitb the service I received whilst there.

Very pleasant stay at this guesthouse. Really affordable and quiet. Only problem is the wifi did not work in the room I slept in.

Loved the hospitality, quietness and the welcoming Manager. The rooms are safe, spacious and warm.

The experience was bad the staff was not friendly they booked me a room without a key and i had to inaist that they move me to a room with a key and the water was not hot in the cold weather so i wont recommend nor refer aomeone or even go back to the guesthouse.

Please don't waste your time and money booking here. This place is dirty, from the floor having stains on our time of arrival, toilets had marks of dried urine, no hot water, dirty sheets, smelling like feet and armpits, dirty cutlery. I am super dissatisfied.

Was not happy most rooms had cold water and they offered us 34 rooms ..when we got there they gave us 31 rooms ...of which it created a bad name for me.....

The rooms aren't really nice. Some rooms don't have hot water. The kitchen is filthy and they don't allow people to play music and swim after 6pm.

Fantastic place to be with family. Highly recommend
