Very secure place, friendly hosts, the room was clean, the shower water pressure was perfect. The room came with a bar fridge, microwave, glasses, coffee, sugar & cups, ironing board & wardrobe. There's a park at the back where we took cute pictures.

I wish I could say something good about this place. I have the worst experience ever. At some point as I lay asleep in one of the rooms, I felt something moving on my face. I quickly woke up and turned on the lights. There were cockroaches all over the place. The room was very small and I didn't even have space to put my watch, cell phone or anything I would use while I am in bed. The bathroom was the worst, i couldnt even turn comfortably. Definately this place need to improve. The customer service wasnt bad even though they spoke to me like I am homeless and I was begging for a night in

We did not even stay a second, on arrival, we asked to inspect the room, and it was clean, with cockroaches all over! The bar fridge and the walls were infested with small roaches....the receptionist is rude as well, will not recommended it to anyone, sorry!

The Place Is Not Bad, I Enjoyed My Stay There. The Only Problem I had Was the wi-fi Anything Other Than That Was Top Notch.. Hope To Come Back There Again Soon..!!

Worst service ever. We've been waiting for the room towels for over the whole day. We got rained on when the uber dropped us and I don't know who was supposed to open for us the gate. But we waited and got rained on for 56 minutes.

A nice cousy guest house with beautiful rooms with showers and hot running water. The guest house is very clean and strong secure security. Ooh the inside parking lot

The room was dirty, linen had stains and fowl smell. Bathroom veryyy bad, small and tap not working properly. Only limited tv channels, they don't know how to talk to people. It should be the Last lasttttttttttt place to go to unless desperate. For breakfast they don't have menu. Bar fridge smelling. I'm never going back there.

Some rooms will disappoint you. Overall great place, quiet neighborhood, however, the owner allows parties inside which can be bad for other tenants. Oh...some rooms...not so great.

The place is Bad People I asked refund on the 26.05.2023 around 14H00 immediately in less than 5min checked in the lady from reception told me they don't refund. I Found dirty towel and sheets. When I'm trying to tell reception late at around 20H00 they insisted that they gave me clean sheet and towel shooo I immediately took my luggage and leave without using anything. I felt that i was been treated like slave. I won't recommend anyone to visit that guest house. since I'm working in hospitality industry . Even now I need my refund I can't just trough away money like that Nooooo... And worse thing again immediately when I check out same day the man at reception quickly run to my room as if he wanted to sell the same room I paid to other arrival guest I met at reception on my money. I think is the reason why they did not want to give me refund, it seems as staff aswell making money on our disadvantages. Please the owner of the place must fix this mess coz really is 0 /10

Firstly the staff members are very rude. Secondly their rooms are dirty including bed sheets, pillow cases and the showers. Their rooms are full of cockroaches. The guest house's maintenance is very poor and they do not cater to the guest's essential needs. We had a bad showering experience with water not coming out from the shower heads and/or bad water pressure. That place either needs to close down or they need to deep clean and update their water and electricity systems. IT WAS A TERRIBLE STAY. VERY TERRIBLE.

Beds are terrible, and they have bad attitude staff. The nice part is that the place is warm and has reliable wifi. Rooms have microwave and bar fridge inside

This place is horrible. The rooms are a mess and the staff is very rude and they claimed something is my fault and charged me extra 300 for a blanket. Don't even bother. The blankets a re so dirty. I regret getting their service

The furniture is quite old, I think the place is not well maintained but overall it was a good experience

This guy they are not cleaning they are room's properly and all so the toilet they just put water you can't bath on the shower

Booked for 7 nights! Could only spend 1 night there due to unhygienic conditions! Poor service! The unapologetic owner refused to give me even a partial refund bcoz he said i booked under a promotion on booking.com.don't waste your money here! Its greatly misrepresented in photos!

I book 3 nights for myself and the price in that area was really good. The size of the room can fit 2-3 persons and bed was really big for my own. I will 3 persons can sleep well on it. It's really quiet. The wifi is fast, I was streaming movie HD online on my MacBook and it work pretty well The staff are friendly
